Queen Seon Deok Fan Jan 31 2020 8:27 am I like this actor. I saw him in Queen Seon Deok and Tree With Deep Roots/Deep Rooted Tree. In QSD, his character Seolwon has many similarities with Yushin. Both in love with a powerful woman (Mishil/Deokman), yet both unable to marry her. Both still in love with the woman despite being not the woman's one true love (from what I perceived, Bidam is Deokman's true love). Both are high ranking generals when their woman has the highest position. Both helped/took care the woman's heir (Bidam/Chunchu) after her death. I am mentioning these similarities because I actually ship his character and Mishil more than I do with Deokman and Yushin. This despite prefering Deokman's other relationships with other men (Bidam, Alcheon) than Mishil's with others (Sejong, Sadaham, Chilsuk). I can attribute this to this actors good acting skills, and have somehow became a fan. In Tree With Deep Roots/Deep Rooted Tree, both he and Baek Yoon Shik were there. Funny for me because, Baek Yoon Shik's real son Baek Do Bin was his son in Queen Seon Deok! :) :) :)

Margs Jul 16 2019 2:43 am The Golden Life - Loved this Drama, he was excellent played his part so well. Loved his relationship with both Jisu and Jian. Awesome actor. This Drama was full of so many twists and turns what a perfect and unique team of actors and actresses. Credit to you all for a great programme. To the one who wrote it .... very very clever, you had me crying, laughing and on the edge of my seat all in one scene. Thank you for such a beautiful reflection of family life, untangling the web of weaving was an absolute roller coaster but definitely wanting you to go back for more. I salute you and all the people who played their parts.

LKB Jun 26 2019 12:20 am Either he loves medical dramas/fantasizes about being the next George Clooney (ER fame) or has been severely typecast as one of two things, sometimes overlapping: medical professional and often the daddy of a younger one now and/or arrogant corrupt arseh∅le to the 9s, the separate chunk of historical works a bit all over the place but still having many centered around medicine, geeeeez! It would be one thing if he did like Ahn Nae Sang and just appeared ALLLLLL over in all kinds of roles, the "can I top 25 this year?" kind of challenge he seems to do, but no, this one does a lot, sure, going from 5 shows with everything from near-lead roles to small but essential ones or just cameos for a couple eps...he stays busy as someone only 53 absolutely should, but he takes breaks to only do a couple things or takes family dramas that are longer (ie My Golden Life) and have really detailed developed characters when done well but also don't require the intense focus day in day out since his amount of time on screen is less per episode than shorter ones with far fewer cast members required to seem fully fleshed out (seeing a small part of someone's world in 16 hours/2 months vs the whole of their existences in 50-some/6months)... Anyway, while good grief he is so good at being so deplorable and two-faced that his truly good guy roles I often totally forget about him being good in and have to take a break and reset my head with a scene from something sweeter/more tender to say 'character not Jeon No Min' so I don't fume at seeing his face LOL! If I saw him in a hospital, I might ask if he was off work or there to see someone all dressed civilian-style, LOL! So many doctor roles/medical dramas I am gonna expect him to pull out a kit and save someone on the street!
