I found it to be a compelling, brilliant piece of work. The entire project depended upon the cast's ability to suspend our disbelief in their lack of ballet experience. While Kang Song's performance was superlative, the project's success more heavily depended upon Park In-Hwan's ability to convince us the a 70 year old man learning ballet was anything but ludicrous. Mr. Park delivered a nuanced and powerful performance, consistent throughout. The script delivered in-depth character study and a deeply moving story. As both lead characters strived to soar, I soared along with them. Brilliant work. Many thanks to all involved with this production. His brilliant acting drew tears to our eyes as a 70-year old aspiring ballet dancer dealing with the limitations of his age and an early onset of dementia. Seems like the relationship between your character and that of your ballet instructor paralleled the relationship you had off camera. Very real and touching. As a 75 year old ballet dancer who started as a youthful 55 years of age, I found a special place for the meaning of learning to "soar".
