Fansof_heo Aug 07 2022 11:40 am My favourite, a star shines when he comes onscreen. Love how actors are portrayed as villains on TV but in reality, they are amazing. Sung-tae is the type of actor who we'd see as evil, nasty, gangster like criminal but coming to the reality world, he is so kind, soft-hearted, loving and caring. He is someone that can brighten your day once he posts about his life on Instagram. not only have I fallen for the characters, but I have fallen for his personality. If you love to see 2 sides of him, I'd suggest follow his Instagram @heosungtae and he will never let you down.

Alliyya Jan 01 2022 10:03 am Started noticing him in Squid Game. His character Jang Deok-Su stood out for me. He became my favourite out of the drama. As soon as I finished the drama, I decided to watch more of his Kdramas and movies and he is one of the best villain actor that I have ever seen. He gives me a lot of emotions which just makes me want to know more about his acting. I really enjoy Sung-Tae and I do suggest you all to have a look at his other movies and shows other than Squid Game and see how he is able to catch the audiences eyes. Well acting and nice looking , bravo enjoyed his character , the drama beyond evil , was slow moving , the accusation of each other of the crime was too repetitive , too much and too rapid dialogue , too many psychotic people in one place , not realistic , I quit after 8th episode and went to 16 , and even that could not finish it . Sorry , I’m an avid Korean drama Dan , I have watched about 900 I would say . however , all the cast’s chemistry was awesome specially the two leads , and the acting was excellent by all . Bravo , I still think Vincenzo and it’s okay not to be okay we’re better dramas to to picked as number one , even start up, was better .

I’m currently watching the first episode of Your Honor, (another great drama with Yoon Si Yoon & Heo Sung-Tae in it) and he plays as a prosecutor, I felt like he was a completely different person but I can’t get the image of him being the most worshipping friend of Dong Shik lollllll.

I fell in love after seeing him on Witch's Court -- his acting is absolutely outstanding and although he is initially thought of as a villain, you simply cannot hate him. Will definitely be keeping an eye out for his works.

Rue Nov 08 2017 9:39 am So far, I have only seen him both in 2 consecutive KBS dramas (Queen for 7 days and Witch at Court) and noticed he is being tight cast as a right-hand man doing dirty works. Even so, his villain roles never gave me a bad impression (i have the tendency to an actor if he played well as a bad person). If he is given a primary main role, i think he will be good at being a loving father.. supportive on the sideline... but when his family is threaten, he becomes protective mode or revenge mode if it the situation results in tragedy.
