rizqueena Mar 24 2021 4:39 am I really like BSB! hez such a great actor! he could play all characters very well, from heartless boss and obsessive husband on My Heart Twinkle Twinkle, psyco obsessive doctor on Graceful Friends, stupid useless husband on The Good Witch, ambitious irresponsible boyfriend on Secret Love, dying inmate on That Kind of Love, poor homeless guy on Mai Ratima etc., I really enjoyed his acting skill but IDK why he rarely won an award (only once as the best supporting male actor on drama Secret Love).. his face sometimes he looks so mature (old), sometimes he looks young (when he had beard and messy hair on drama Graceful Friends he looked young). but what I like most from BSB: he has charming and cute smile! cant wait for his next dramas/movies

Happy Jan 27 2020 3:01 am For me, he's one of the most talented actors in Korea, way more than today's more popular oppas (most of them born between 1986-1993). When those oppas were just doing their romcoms (about years 2008-2011), with many people fangirling them simply because they were the main leads in their dramas, this actor already had a resume of having portrayed very different roles. I liked him as the girly Sayong in Jumong, the good King Jeongjo in Painter of the Wind, the villainous Kim Yang in Emperor of the Sea, as well as his roles in Temptation of an Angel, Dong Yi, and Brilliant Legacy/Shining Inheritance. I really wish he gets a chance to play King Sukjong. One is because he already showed he can be a regal and charismatic king as shown in Painter of the Wind. Number two is that he had already shown fantastic chemistry with the main lead actresses in Dong Yi (a drama which he was also a part in) in other dramas. He was Han Hyo Joo's (Dong Yi lead) one sided lover in both Shining Inheritance and Dong Yi itself. Lee So Yeon (Jang Ok Jung in Dong Yi) was also paired with him in the revenge melodrama Temptation of an Angel. Number three is that another partner, Hong Soo Hyun (Inhyeon of Jang Ok Jung Live in Love) was also in Temptation of an Angel and they also had good chemistry there. With proven good acting as a king and having good chemistry with actresses who played Sukjong's women, I wish he and the aforementioned actresses should be the main leads if they have a drama about King Sukjong

He has such gentle quality that makes you feel comfortable and solid on the ground. It speaks about his warm personality.

  Seeing him playing  kind and positive characters I was caught by surprise by his role in 49 Days. I had mixed feelings towards the character he played as it was complex and interesting. The doubts and suppressed pain of that character felt so real that I wanted him to have his own happy ending regardless of the plot.  And now his brilliant job in The Greatest Marriage! I hope you'll have a drama that you'll end up with the girl you like. I was really sad at the ending of temptation of an angel. Even in dong yi, brilliant legacy, when a man is in love, im so sad for you. I also like your character in Jumong, sayong is so finesse, when i saw you in brilliant legacy and emptor of the sea after jumong, my only reaction was OMG! That's sayong?! I agree that you should be given leading roles rather than portraying men who could not reach the lead girls like in Shining Inheritance. Frankly speaking, you acted much better than the male lead actor in that film. Or is it your strengths to show repressed feelings of an unrequisited love? I love to see you shine. From Vietnam
