phoenix Apr 30 2016 10:31 am I like him a lot. So far, he convinces me with the way he portrays his roles. I first saw him in Death Note, and now I'm watching the ST series... I don't see any resemblance between Light Yagami and Samon Akagi even though both are complex characters... He is an intense actor but I don't think there's anything wrong about that at all... I am reminded of Jeremy Renner who is also an intense actor but manages to bring different shades in the characters he plays... But then, we all have different tastes and preferences, right? So, it's all good if we don't agree with our opinions on how FujiTatsu is as an actor...

Lucy Apr 13 2016 7:59 pm I only watched his performance in 7 dramas, so I can't really generalize things, but he didn't impress me. In fact, just now I realize I've been dodging dramas staring him, afraid that he's going to ruin the characters.

It's hard to say what's he's lacking. Some actors are gifted with charisma, some are just born with an expressive face and learn how to use it. He's kinda like Masataka Kubota, but Kubota learns to master different types of emotions with his seemingly ordinary appearance. When Fujiwara tries, it always feels like he tries too hard, so his acting seems forced.

doram Jan 30 2015 3:49 am I forget to write this in previous comment, I watched ST after Shield of Straw and it was really really splendid. (Tatsuya acted as a villain in Shiled of Straw and as a police in ST) He's such a great actor, where have I been all this time? He's one of my favorite actor. I could recognize him only by his voice lol cos his voice is such a once-you-hear-it-you-know-it's-him :D

They're somehow look alike, I don't know where tho xD

His expressions are superb . Definitely ONE OF THE BEST. if anyone is not impressed by him try to watch few things for him you will find his facial expression are various and different from other actors

Anonimous Nov 20 2013 7:22 pm I don't get why this dudes above are saying like "his acting is not that good" and etc. Personally I think he is one among best actors and he can really convey the characters feelings; but if I disliked him I was not here saying things like 'he sucks' or similiar things. Besides when saying that somethings is not working you have to make explanation and if you don't have just shut up. Btw, good movies are coming in 2014 :D
