I hope oppa will staring at romance action crime :))) and i amazed with oppa in real life, very different in dramaa.. how can oppa became so charismatic in movie or drama but so shy and introvert person in real life, so cutee!! Ross Oct 03 2021 11:00 am I first noticed him in Veteran. He had a supporting role then but the sparring scene with Yoo Ah In made me think he'd be perfect as a lead in an action film. He doesn't have the "conventional" handsome face but he's still very handsome and his overall "aura" is very appealing. I'm glad he finally had a big role in Night in Paradise. He's a very good actor and he looks like he has a lot of range. He has a generally kind face but his look in Vanishing Time convinced me that he could also play a psycho.

Uhm Taegoo really is one of a kind actor and i also think he deserves more spotlight. Sometimes i wonder why he's not an A-List actor yet. With his superb acting, he should've been one of them rn :(

I also wanna see him in a romance drama :( romcom would be really nice haha. His chemistry with the female costars in Trivial Matters and Save Me 2 is so good and cute :( I hope after Hometown you'll get a romance project, with my fav actress i hope haha.

I think he's already pretty known in SK, but I hope this year, 2021, he will gain more success and recognition, nationally and internationally. I'm rooting for you, actor Uhm Tae Goo!

abara Jun 12 2021 9:25 pm discovered him from night in paradise and ended up watching his previous projects. his acting is superb. i paused and repeated almost every scenes he's in. can't wait to watch hometown! i hope the filming goes really well and i hope hometown will have a lot promotion like night in paradise lol. i also hope it will air on netflix. can't wait to see the bts of the filming on ocn's youtube channel lol. actor uhm tae goo, fighting!

Highly Underrated (Main Role worthy & nothing less). 1st time seeing him was in Age of Shadows then I was completely sold with Save Me 2 + Night in Paradise + House on Wheels (variety show). I really want to see him play a character in a series that shows off his shy/introverted/funny personality that I see in interviews, etc. AND a really dramatic melodrama haha like "Kill Me, Heal Me" or "Just Between Lovers" vibes.

Emmasshi May 06 2021 9:36 pm First time to watch both him and Jeon Yeo-Bin on Night in Paradise. It was a splendid thriller movie, so gore and dark, but it was excellent! I didn't notice his voice when acting, just knew it on some comments I've read. He and female lead have chemistry! Like to see them both again on a series. The female lead's swag on that restaurant scene though. So cool!

I had to immediately google him and watch other shows/movies he was in. He deserves to be in the spotlight so much. He is not one of those mainstream actors. Everything about him is so unique and he makes you watch him so intensely !! His looks, voice, physique is just not something you see in everyday shows/movies. I guess that is why he is such a gem.

His acting skills are so good 10/10 besides this his voice is so unique and so deep beautiful and he's so handsome. His personality is incredible let's not talk about how charismatic he is. I have only good words for him because he is so talented. After I saw him in that drama, how good he played his character ot made me to say that now he is my favorite actor . All of my respects. I will support him and I will always look forward to his future works. I wish more people to discover him and to acknowledge how talented he is. I can wait to see him in a main role again , because he only deserves to play as the main actor. His acting skills are the proof . I wish him all the luck in the world and health. I wnat him to be cast more in a lead roles. I love and respect him so much.

I was deeply moved by his unique and terrifying aura. Although SM2 has not released all the episodes just yet, UTG has already killed it in my opinion.
