I have watched so many kdrama but this is the 1st time that I have been so enamored by the lead that I wanted to watch everything that he did. I watched him on Parasite and was amaze by his acting but him being the lead on Our Beloved Summer made me like him more. He is a very versatile actor who can be both the protagonist and antagonist and he will do great. I watched how he worked with the Directors at the BTS of his kdrama and he contributed a lot on how the shot will be done and how to do the scenes, he doesn't just listen to the Director he give his own ideas respectfully and he showed professionalism. I really want to see more kdrama where he is the lead.

bella Jul 18 2022 11:37 am i dont kno why, but i really love choi woo shik, he makes me so comfortable during watch this drama, altough i kno him so longg which he came in parasite cast, but i suddenly find him comeback this drama after 4-5 years only for obs! multiple times watch him in youtube in tv series and im so glad, he more cheerful,nice, wise and so funny! i really love him when he became choi ung, and obviously choi ung is define my type for future, sometimes, i asked for myself? is there any choi ung in my real life? how i meet and fine man like choi ung? choi woo shik successfully to figure this character, and i really aggred if anybody say obs is obviously realistic drama!!

Sadly, he doesn't choosen to be the lead role and just a cameo. I predict he will going up soonly cuz he looks so talented and calm. And yup it is right. The prediction from 11 years movie reviewer was never been so wrong?. I analyze a lot of actor-actress and character, and he can potrayal a great character!! Nowadays he also joining Our Beloved Summer kdrama. This drama is so unic too, looks simple yet so meaningfull. I can see the plot twist in Choi Woong character, how Yeon Su fight for life and other cast give a good impact. The rom-com and youth genre is a right choice for him. The director pick a great cast!! I really appreciated him for real. Sorry for my bad english, I hope u guys enjoy and appreciated his acting very well too!!

I totally adore his quirky and clumsy characters but I also really liked his tougher performance in "Time To Hunt". Wooshik must be my most favorite actor by now! <3

He is underrated I hope more intl. fans know him, he probably caught ur attention from "Parasite" but y'all better keep on hyping him up. Waiting for his movies to be released in 2020. Hope he chooses a korean drama series in the near future where he's the main lead and he plays an opposite character from "Hogu's Love" and more on "The Witch" because if a puppy-like character acts like a baddie its 10x hotter oop.

hotarumaruchii Jun 04 2019 8:33 pm Choi Woo Sik is an actor that can do a variety of styles from dramas to films, thanks to my sister since she's a fan of him, I got to know him as an actor since Parasite won the ‎Palme d'Or at Cannes, the spotlight right now is on the film, the cast, the director bong joon ho but particularly Choi Woo Sik. Now that Parasite is getting a lot of buzz from their home country and international film industry, I know Choi Woo Sik is more of an actor in a film (since he usual got leads & interesting characters there) than a tv drama actor but I still hope that he could have a drama lead with good production & script and I bet it's gonna happen knowing he has a great portfolio now that he is one of the leads in the first ever Korean film that won in Cannes.

To Be Honest Feb 16 2017 7:03 am I've seen him first in DAY6's MV and first watched him act in Train to Busan. I instantly loved his simple yet charismatic approach. Now that I've just finished watching Ho Goo's Love, I can't help but appreciate not only his acting but his personality on screen even more. He's one of the few Korean actors that attack their roles differently. The way he throws his lines is unusual (in a very good way). Yes, I am blown by Nam JooHyuk (in WFKBJ), Yoo Seung Ho and Park Bo-Gum's acting skills and versatility level at their age, but Wo-Sik is giving me a new acting experience. I really hope to see him more in a leading role, with a better casting. I'm not saying that HGL has a terrible lineup, but some characters did not pull their roles off that well.

(T.T) really didn't want tha drama to end! hope he gets more and more leading roles, i wonder what will happen if he gets a character who is very serious or evil? everything he does seems so innocent, i think they could use that to an advantage in a horror or thriller movie, a bad guy that no one believes is bad because he acts in a very pur kind of way.
