nalimo Sep 23 2021 2:26 pm I loved how she carried a sapphic woman in a korean show, she portrayed the hardships of being queer in a heteronormative environment, it was a good representation, we need representations like that to show that everyone could be queer, a chaebol, politician, police, doctor, artist, criminal, sister, brother, child... I hope we continue to see good representations in kdramas. Even starting in a kdrama fan forum is a good place, for example sexuality is not a preference, and no it's not your gender, we need to break such misconseptions to create a society that is more accepting and understanding. I loved her acting in the drama I hope to see more of her talent

I truly enjoyed this drama, my favorite aside from Nobody Knows and The subtle and tasteful approach to her characters sexual preference made the drama more intriguing and solidified the ending in that being true to yourself equals Mine.

Would love to send a gift from the U.S. however I am not sure how to go about obtaining her fan or entertainment companies address. Any suggestions would be helpful and appreciated.

Seowith Mar 31 2021 1:17 am I was only 10 years old when I first saw kim seo hyung on her drama temptation of wife. My younger self really hated her but I saw her again after a decade in her role in sky castle as coach Kim and and Empress Dowager in Empress Ki, that's when I became a real fan. I just realized that no one can surpass her portrayal of Shin Ae ri (temptation of wife) and she didn't deserve the badluck brought by such great acting. Thanks to her role in sky castle (Kim joo yung), she regained the recognition that she deserves.

Not the prettiest by any mean, but something about her face features and way to act in dramas makes her so cool and enthralling. I started the drama Nobody Knows because of her and she carried it on her shoulders like an absolute pro. Hope she really finds a great suited role for her in the near future.

I am completely floored by her job in Sky Castle but that is only a footnote to this actresses stellar acting prowess. She is beautiful and intense at the same time. Just love her - not necessarily all of the characters she has portrayed -- but she is the one bringing in the ratings.

She is often given the most complex roll and always seems to shine in it. You can love her, hate her, sympathize with her, be confounded by her, and yet, you can't take your eyes off of her. In many years of watching movies, dramas, plays, etc, I have to say that Kim Seo-young (for me) rates right up there with the best of them. Much like Kong Hyo Jin (another fine Korean actress whom I admire greatly!), her physical beauty becomes more apparent once her character is allowed to touch your heart...
