Boudard Diane Aug 24 2023 4:16 pm Hello, I’m writing this message because I’m heartbroken. The Penthouse was such an intense, emotional, dramatic and sad série. Why can’t the end be an happy ending?? Why killing everyone even the two best characters of all time? This ending does not make sense. I mean, after everything that happened, all the suffering , theses two went through the darkest things ever and they deserved a better ending. It was already very hard to see the « bad guys » winning almost all the time in every season, the « good ones » deserved the best, not suicide, not cancer, only love and happiness and not in the afterword asap. This last episode had so much potential, why making it even more sad?? I simply don’t understand. Please explain me why it had to end like this.

Ky Feb 06 2022 6:35 am @Banchan - She will nail that remake definitely, also some of the most famous Mexican and Latin American Telenovelas, like Rubi, Tres Marias (Maria Mercedes, Marimar, Maria la del Barrio) and Rosalinda of Thalia, Cuna de Lobos (if there will be plans) because only she and her fellow Makjang Royalty - Im Sung Han can nail those stories and give a 100 percent justice on writing it.

PS - Maria la del Barrio is the most parodied in some of Korean SHows and Vlogs, due to the "Maldita Lisiada" Scene.

I like how your most drama didnt really focus on love triangle..mainly focus on real life family problem.. those evil characters do exist though!! Keep writing writernim!! Benita Dec 16 2017 10:19 am Unnie is Alive was such a dope drama it got me hooked instantly and i can't seem to realize how much hours i spent on watching the whole thing. Probably like i finished it in 2 weeks? Crazy enough to devote myself on dramas that much but once i'm hooked on one particular drama it's hard to stop. While i loved this drama but i still couldnt get over how bad My Daughter Geun Sa Wol was aigoo. Keep writing great dramas like Unnie is Alive and please, no more sloppy dramas like Geun Sa Wol anymore :)

Rika Jan 18 2017 6:26 am i mean why everybody doesnt like her script. i think that she is the best wirter. i understand that her way of writing a storyline sometimes a bit nonsense, unrealistic, unlogical but, guys please it is just a story to make it more intersting to watch, hear and feels her way of script presentation. please dont take seriously about her writing, what most important is every drama she scripted, never boring to watch.

Senpai Ngo Nov 30 2015 11:39 pm I personally think Kim Sun-Ok a poor writer. After watching, Jang Bori and Geum Sa Wol, I wonder why it so similar? Both main lead character are naive and pushover. They getting overpowering by their "sister". Now I know why, because a person who don't have enough creativity to create a new story. Why write a drama that is the exactly same as one before? Even the parent part of the situation is the same. The "sister" well the villain want the parent's love and pretend while stumping the real daughter knowing it.

Yogi Dec 26 2012 4:18 pm I thought this drama has potential but it has big holes in the story. It doesn't make sense that Young Ra waited 14 years to start her revenge against Ji Ho. The writer could get away with it if YR did not have the opportunity during all those years, but that's not the case here. Elvin Kim spending all that money and time for revenge based on YR's earrings left at the fire is a hell of a story considering that evidently he still cares for her. In Hwa getting one year jail time and YR getting 8 months (did not even serve it) for all those crimes is unbelievable. The last crime they committed is at least attempted murder if committed here in the U.S. (could be murder if the body of the intended victim is not switched). I think the writer should do research about crime and punishment to make her script realistic.

tp Oct 10 2012 8:02 am your script written of "Five Fingers" is so stupid, boring, and tiresome to watch. The beginning is alright. However, the more the episodes, the boring it is cuz it's such an unbearable one to watch with those repetitive dirty tricks from both mother and son to harm such a musical gifted and righteous one. Plz. write something that makes more sense in the future.
