From Sky Castle to The Girl in a Bulldozer, her acting always blows me away. I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I’m also excited to see her in her new drama with Lomon, No Tail to Tell, but Lovely Runner will always have a special place in my heart. Even on my second watch, those heart-fluttering moments hit just as hard as the first time. That’s the magic of a truly great rom-com; when it continues to make you feel all the feels, no matter how many times you watch it. ❤️ Genuinely rooting for Hye Yoon!

Always pushing through and giving the best of her performances in every little aspect that she do. Nailing every role, making people pissed off of a character that she played proves how great of an actress she is. Also thankful to everyone around her who has supported her emotionally and physically, honorable mention; Kim Bora one of her best friends who have been supporting her in every step, Lee Jae Wook, who have been a very kind and reliable friend to our precious Princess Mamel and Byeon Woo Seok for noticing the little details that she does and appreciating her kindness and of course many more that does behind the scenes. shhhh Sep 04 2024 12:41 am i must say she's not just a good actress, she's a very outstanding actress and one of the best in her generation. her choosing scripts is also interesting cause after she had her national character Kang Yeseo in SC, she immediately chose a character completely different from it. but she nailed it. noone see the Yeseo in her Danoh. same thing happen with Bunok in SD and Joyi in Inspector & Joy. two completely different character, and she portraited in almost the same time. That's what a great actor is. Then the movie she's in, TGOAB she acted few months after EOY, also a different character, a very unique and challenging one. She brought home many awards for this work as well, including Grand Bell and Blue dragon awards. Her next project is a sassy eccentric character, yes again different from her Im Sol character. She's challenged herself with many types of roles and every characters she played are complicated with many overlapped emotions and internal struggles. But she nailed all of it, which made me like her more. Her acting is also genuine and natural, it's like she's not acting, which made viewers feel more connected and immersed in the story, the characters,... Her voice is also very good, every characters has a different vocal tones, in LR she even did probably 3-4 tones. this is why i laugh whenever i see some people bashing her voice cause this is one of her strengths and is praised by many native koreans. also i dont really understand some people standard cause this woman is pretty, lovely, and soothing, i love her smiles, her laughs, her cryings, her teary eyes, her hand movements, literally everything cause she makes it very natural. anyway, i just want to say Hyeyoon is a very talented actress, the one born to act, so i hope and pray all the best thing to her, she has so many skills and potentials in the filming industry.

dhes May 31 2024 7:02 pm khy Needs to get awards for her role as im sol!! she apparently cried a total of 95 times from episodes 1-16 of lovely runner and acted perfectly in freezing cold water (when she fell from the wheel chair in the first episode and also when sunjae went to save her) with no complaints while also always being positive and bubbly on set. If that isn't dedication to your job I really don't know what is.

kdrama08 May 09 2024 12:08 pm I never though a kdrama would overtake Extraordinary you as my favorite kdrama but Lovely Runner is quickly becoming my favorite drama! Hyeyoon's acting is extremely captivating and I always cry whenever she cries. It's a little cruel that she has to cry in every episode. I hope her skills are recognized far and wide because she gives so much effort and acting is her passion. She portrays im sol (teens, 20s, and 30s) beautifully. I felt the same way when she acted as Danoh in Extraordinary you, but hyeyoon's acting makes fantasy dramas feel so real and relatable even though if you look at the script alone, it can be hard to believe unless executed well.

She is a good actress who needs vocal training. Her facial expressions and mannerisms were spot on!

If i look back at it, during her first years, her main focus was on her graduation since she has received full scholarship in the konkuk university majoring film studies, that's why she mostly did extras until 2018 when Sky Castle happened. I personally wasn't into this drama but it's the way i've only found out about Hyeyoon in 2019 when i watched Extraordinary You, from that moment on, i knew i'd be in for a ride, sadly covid happened inbetween but she had other projects. The Girl On A Bulldozer last year was her best role, after my opinion and she had her first main lead role in a movie, where she has gained lots of awards. I'm looking forward to see her next drama with Byeon Wooseok, which will probably air in the 1st quarter of 2024. She truly desevres much more, especially more lead roles and to be much more known on a global scale

I loved her characters in Extraordinary You, Secret Royal Inspector & Joy, SKY Castle, Ditto, The Girl on a Bulldozer and snowdrop. I hope to see more drama-lead projects. She has many diversified roles and did splendid jobs in all of them. As the winner of the Baeksang Drama Award, Blue Dragon, and Grand Bell Award, I think she is truly talented and I hope she will get the main role again both in drama and film.she deserves to get more recognition. I hope to see more drama-lead projects in 2024.

KHY fleshes out those characters into full-fledged people. She really breathed life into Yeh Suh and Dan Oh. Like she acted as both in the same year, and yet they are as different from each other as you can get.

I recently watched this one minute video clip of her for a helpline no like 1833 or something on youtube?. And no joke her acting in that short clip moved me to tears. Like it was a very short clip lol. She's a really talented actress.
