Loved her in Que Sera Sera, Spring Waltz, May Queen, The Good Witch, Jewel in the Palace, Sparkling, Biscuit Teacher And Star Candy and film Daddy Long Legs. Saw her in Dae Ja Geum, May Queen and now in I summon you, gold. She is the best! her acting is completely believable and your look changes as her roles change. BEST middle aged actress! Hope she'll get MBC's Golden Acting Actress Award this year) LAPD Jan 22 2013 4:53 pm Ms. Geum is such a great supporting character actor. I would hand her an Emmy in that she is this comedic figure in often serious dramas. Jejungwon my second of her playing mother, (post Jang Geum), I still find her spritely and fluid actress. Fly through a lot of dramas and it gets harder and harder to spot positive mother roles. Ms. Geum gives the role a little humor, a whole lot of humanity, and a lot of grounding. I enjoy her and bumping into her every so often. :-)) As for the unnecessary roughness below, unless you're in these folks' lives daily, I think it fair to speak to their characters as opposed to their real life persona.
