First impression of him was questioning why he looks plain for a chaebol, later i find him more and more attractive, first time seeing him on screen so I have zero expectation. I first noticed him in Joseon Flower Crew as Lee Soo, and he did amazingly well taking on a king role. Then I watched Revenge of Others also solely for Seo Ji Hoon and well, he nailed his character again. Yesterday, I just finished Seasons of Blossom, and I fell for him harder. (Fyi, Seasons of Blossom was a really really great drama, 10/10) Honestly, I have to say, his acting skills are very enjoyable and impressive everytime and always. I am not joking. I'm going to root for this man for he is noticably a one promising good actor. Especially with his eye expressions. I can read what his character is feeling. Aside from his exceptionally good looks and and deep voice, he is also tall and has nice long fingers (that's my weak point). Overall, Seo Ji Hoon as an actor will never bore you. Then , i came here look for his work. I think in Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter , he has the portrayed the roles well. LKB Feb 06 2018 12:19 am Since everyone here likes comparing people in Kdramas/idol groups, I will start with my hopeful future pairing: Lee Sang Woo... This guy would be a great younger version (ideally one like Longing Heart/1st Love where both get ample screen time) of him, whichever is considered the main role/era, or since LSW looks so young, brothers could be pulled off OR even a father son one if either they somehow age LSW, baby up this 20y/o more, or have the tale be about his dad x years ago when he was a little boy-several young boys emerging now can pass for him! Anyway, I would have been much more convinced if they picked someone who has a similar feel and closer resemblance had been the older one (though age wouldn't work AS easily since LH/FL actually used people who could pull off 18 easily, just not 28 really), but I liked it, weird pairing nevertheless. Having seen all his works except the hour long KBS special I am going to go view in a while, 1) wow, shooting up fast, kid! 2) What a great discovery of talent and obviously looks to kill (a lot of ovaries lol-explosion risk for both maternal sorts and obviously crush material!) and 3) I am so impressed with how dedicated he is to shedding the skin of prior roles and fully becoming the new one so convincingly... Not sure if that came from raw talent or he was in a lot of theater productions at whatever level, but had he been discovered 8 years ago, he could be second to only the likes of Yoo Seung Ho, possibly surpassing honed skill young master Yeo Jin Goo, even, by now.
