In the year 2016, Lee Ha-Min (Seo Ji-Hoon) and Han So-Mang (So Ju-Yeon) attend Seoyeon High School. They keep their friendship as a secret from other people. Lee Ha-Min appears like a bright person, but there is also darkness within his mind. Han So-Mang is a warm-hearted person, but she is also quite timid. As they enjoy their high school days, something happens to them and this leads to Lee Ha-Min's death.

In the present day and after six years, Han So-Mang returns to Seoyeon High School as a trainee teacher. There, she meets Lee Jae-Min (Kim Min-Kyu), who is the younger brother of Lee Ha-Min. Lee Jae-Min wants to know more about his older brother and his death. Other students around them includes Yoon Bo-Mi (Kang Hye-Won), who is a sweet model student, Choi Jin-Young (Yoon Hyun-Soo), who loves playing games and has a delicate personality, and Kang Sun-Hee (Oh Yu-Jin (1999)), who seems to have a strong personality, but she is actually tender-hearted.

I am disappointed :( was looking forward to seeing him with sunhee.. nevertheless I am only at ep 5 but the show goes nicer than I thought and I liked the actors and actresses that were chosen for the roles. Especially Jin young looks really cute just like in the webtoon with that mole under his eye*.*. But I didn’t like much the actress that portrays bo mi,, she could’ve acted better her facial expressions are a bit off . on the other hand I like the two main leads they’re amazing:)( seo ji hoon’s acting was great in revenge of others so I had to watch this series too for him) and overall i don’t care much about the storyline being a bit different I think it’s good to have the seasons mixed with each other

Ives Jan 10 2023 12:04 pm For those confused on the timeline of the drama the original WEBTOON was split into four different parts and focused on different characters with each part, but they’ve always overlapped or interacted with the other stories/characters.

EL Dec 25 2022 11:37 pm I have not watched it yet, but I cried like a waterfall when I read the Webcomic Version of this KDrama. The Webcomic was amazing, and So-Mang & Ha-min were the reason I love the Comics. Til this day, I still can't get over their story. All in all, the Webcomics is a must read, all stories in the Webcomics were about a lot of couples you've all saw in the KDrama Version. The Webcomics showed how relatable it is too a lot of teenagers in todays time.

If u like a light story, this is for you If u like a sad story, this is for you If u like a youth-romance story, this is for you If u just need a drama to make u cry, this is definitely for you

I started watching this drama because of seok jaebum (seo jihoon's character in revenge of others, cuz he looks hella hot there ehehh). I skipped certain scenes in the beginning of the story cuz i cant find the main leads (this story is a mix of the present, and the past. the one im looking for is the past cuz hamin (jihoon's character) is in the past). And i started to invest in this series after i know how the story is actually blended between somang-hamin, and jaemin-bomin-jinyoung-seonhee.

If u cant understand, but feel curious about what im talking about, just start watching the series. It has so many soothing scenes, cute, and a lil taste of humor in it. you need to grab those emotions first. cuz the one that u will face after several eps is a rollercoaster.

i wont spoil anything here anymore, just those i already mentioned. the important thing is to feel the story told in the drama. try to put urself (at least either in hamin's shoes or somang's shoes (i put myself in somang's, and it really works)) cuz that's how watching dramas work. u wont feel the thrilled, sadness, happiness, heart fluttering, and anger if u dont put urself in the story. so, try give a try. Goodluck!!

p/s: i could say this story is somehow realistic though it seems cliche in the first place. that's the reason why it's hard for me to move on from this series :')

:) Dec 13 2022 9:23 pm I really loved this webdrama even tho I didn’t think much about it when I started watching this but I ended up crying a river :( hamin didn’t deserve all of this :( he just wanted to be loved. the only thing that I didn’t like was the second story that was kinda merged into hamins and somangs story :// acting was also off with the teen leads, didn’t really like that. wish they could’ve separated hamin and somangs story

I hope to meet a work like this in the future, a work that makes me look forward to every episode. Even though this drama has ended, I gave a lot of support.

It's super worth it read the webtoon, trust me!!! There you have so much more deepness in the characters and history that a 30min/16eps kdrama can't possible expressed it all (and that's fine and expected along with some changes/differently things between both of them).

The webtoon (Seasons of Blossom-Hamins' Flower) made me cry alot. I was watching the drama then read the webtoon while waiting for the next episode and i didnt regret reading it.I saw suicide in a new light.

I enjoyed this best compared to its competitors on other channels like love in contract and love is for suckers. I feel sad about what happened to Ha Min. I enjoyed their love story more than the younger gen. Im still rooting for the 2 of them even if Ha Min died.

I know it’s supposed to be dramatic etc but come on, let them at least have a single working brain cell lmao they just let their lives be controlled by others ? Hard to feel sad or anything remotely close to giddy when I’m too busy being annoyed at their lack of logic for anything hahaha

I think about this a lot, before I go to sleep, and every time I watch this. How grateful, so sad, I cried for every moment in the past, and thank you for choosing them for this, their chemistry is so good. Very happy to know this. I'm waiting for this and the next project like this.

Jillibean Oct 16 2022 6:18 pm I think this show is poignant, beautiful, well acted and directed. The leading lady from A Love So Beautiful is doing another excellent acting job here. So what if part of the drama is in flashbacks and the actress is playing a high schooler in those scenes: I always looked older than a teenager when I was in my teens. Everyone is different. Silly criticism. It would be an even bigger adjustment if the character was played by a different actress in her teens in the flashback scenes. She wouldn't look like the same person at all. Too jolting. Think of the classic Winter Sonata: Bae Yong Joon and Choi Ji Woo at one point in the story had to play teens and they didn't look like teens at all! So what. You use your Imagination.

MJ Sep 28 2022 8:47 pm The director inserted "Bomi's Flower" and "Hamin's Flower in a 16 episode drama and it turned out really wonderful. How the actors depicted the true emotions of longing, pain, sadness especially Suyeon (Han Somang). It is a bittersweet story. The released episodes let me experience to look forward to Hamin and Somang's love story at the same time sadness because I know that all those moments are already a memory.

If you feel alone, lost and don't know what to do, please find someone who can help you, find someone who will listen to your problems. Don't be scared to reach out because someone out there will be able to listen to you no matter what you are going through, you can always turn to God. Keep going and may you find wonderful reasons for you to live your life.

If they really mean to make the good series, the main story and main lead is not about hamin. Even in the wetoon "Hamin Flower" the main story is about jaemin, Or they can make like season one "bomi flower" its more interesting. I don't get it why they made the main story of the male leade only going to die.

Steph Jul 15 2022 9:56 am Why not hire age-appropriate actors to portray high school students? So Ju-Yeon is 28 years old and playing a high schooler (again) is ridiculous. With so many teen dramas/comedies out there, there must be young actors qualified to fit into these shows. To be honest, what’s wrong with being 28 and playing characters within that age range?

So Ju-Yeon played a character in Lovestruck in the City where she was an adult and she did a great job. Let’s face it, she doesn’t look like a teenager anymore.

Give the younger actors these opportunities!
