Kang Shin-Woo (Lee Jung-Shin) is a math teacher with a good looking appearance. He has not forgotten his first love Han Ji-Soo (Lee Yeol-Eum) for the past 10 years. By an accident, he travels to the past when he was a high school student. There, he meets his younger self (Seo Ji-Hoon). Kang Shin-Woo struggles to make the younger Kang Shin-Woo's love come true.

janni Oct 15 2020 11:28 pm have just finished watching this drama and i must say that it's totally heartwarming and touched my heart. the heartaches that came in every possible way, simple joy of being with friends, love of a mother, thrills and excitement of meeting your first love again and loneliness of feeling guilty are well taken, done and presented. kudos to all the actors and actresses especially seo ji hoon. for a newcomer at such young age, he has great potentials as an actor. have watched him flower crew, welcome, mama fairy and the woodcutter and men are men. he's indeed good and good looking too. i hope he gets to lead a drama very soon. congratulations, "my first love" team.

YoungKSWfan Aug 09 2020 8:02 am I feel bad for young KSW, because he sacrifices so many for HJS and older version of him. So, I really want to change the ending. It's just what I want. Older HJS travel time to tell Younger HJS about everything. So, HJS and KSW will still together and they don't have to wait 10 years. That's what I really want.

Every time I watch this drama again, the feeling when I met my first love, my heartbeat and the butterfly which flying in my stomach has reappeared again. This is the only romantic kdrama made me feel that way. I'm a man, so I really can feel what Kang Shin-Woo feel when he meet Han Ji-Soo again. :')

The character of the adult Kang Shin Woo will not change too much either. Lee Sang Woo himself has calm and composed expression just like Seo Ji Hoon. The character of Kang Shin Woo will not change to much.

Plot is so twisted for a moment i thought his mom is alive (i keep on thinking that his mom doesn't need to ride the boat to save his sons future, ji soo already decided not to board the boat his mom could have stayed. Win win for both of them)

Also considering it is just for a storyline. I didn't even give a hoot about the age difference as it was basedon time travel. Whew some of you need to get out more. Taking things too literally. Great drama! Short and Sweet!

maine gracia casablanca Mar 09 2018 3:30 am After watching "Father Is Strange" with 52 episodes, it was really long but not boring. Still it made me feel tired. For a change, I liked this ten-episode webtoon that I enjoyed not only because it was short but the overused time travel or time slip was written well with a twist in the story. Otherwise, I don't buy time travels anymore. Nothing was that spectacular but a heartwarming drama like "Longing Heart" plus the lead stars whom I saw only here were reasons enough to pursue it to the end. New actors are also worth watching regardless of flaws in acting. I guessed it right that female viewers would like the 18 year-old character because he was handsome. Don't most girls act that way?Still, the drama is indeed worth rewatching since we love romantic stories. Go for it and love this webtoon.

I would never have feelings like that towards my teachers and teachers shouldn't have those feelings for students either. It's a drama not a porno, so why include romantic student-teacher roles?
