When I left Philippines in 1977 at age 29, I never met a Korean. Thirty six (36) years later, I understand that there are roughly 150,000 Koreans living in the Philippines and millions coming as tourists. Even in Australia where I now live, I am delighted to see Koreans around and one of my favorite comedians on Philippine television is Ryan Bang. Sandara Park was another of your countrymen who spent time in my country of origin as a young actress.

Dianne Jan 07 2013 1:47 am Tonight, I watched my 3rd drama starring Song Chang Ui, "Syndrome". I loved this drama from beginning to end -- it kept my attention completely. So many tears! 'Life is Beautiful" was my favorite film of his, then "The Great Seer" is still fabulous at Episode 23 (it won't be complete until February or March of 2013). Song Chang Ui has to be one of the most talented actors in Korea with his soft voice, his intriguing eyes and his beautiful smile!!! To me, he's an actor I could watch over and over again and never be bored. I will watch as his career continues, and I wish him all of the best in the characters he portrays on the screen for us to believe in and enjoy his performances!! I love the show. This is the first time I've become addicted to a Korean drama series.
