Jillibean Mar 19 2025 11:58 am If it wasn't for a friend two decades ago telling me to watch my first Korean film, A Tale of Two Sisters, I never would have discovered Korean dramas. I was so floored by her performance in that masterpiece film that I looked her up online and discovered I'm Sorry, I Love You Korean drama. Was floored once again by her performance in it, and also So Jisub's, and went looking for more dramas with both of them. That was it for me, I can count on one hand the number of Hollywood films or TV dramas I've watched in those twenty years. They just don't impress me at all compared to the output from South Korea's entertainment world. Su Jeong Im will always hold a special place in my heart.

Trin Jun 14 2017 8:01 pm It has been ages since Soo Jung has been on any kdramas! I am glad she came back and she delivered well in her acting in Chicago Typewriter! I def love her acting and character in the 1930s (during the korean revolutionary time period of the drama). That drama got me hooked! Love films/movies/tv series with similar plots/themes/suspense and historical. I am def a fan of the 1930s to see more about Korean's perspective of the Japanese colonial times in Korea... And just learning overall about the movement and would love to see more films/movies/tv series in that period to learn more about the time period/history and why theres two Korea. Def an interesting time period! Anyways such a phenomanal actress!
