High school students Chi-Hyun (Lee Joo-Seung) and Myung-Soo (Kim Chang-Hwan) always takes care of their best friend Kyung-Sook (Lee Gi-Kwang), who is terminally ill with leukemia.

Kyung-Sook's last wish is to kiss his first love before he dies, but he has never experienced falling in love. For Kyung-Sook, Chi-Hyun and Myung-Soo look for a girl who could become Kyung-Sook's first love.

By chance, they meet Kook-Hwa (Jeon Soo-Jin) and they succeed in connecting Kyung-Sook with Kook-Hwa. But, Chi-Hyun becomes heartbroken watching Kyung-Sook and Kook-Hwa falling in love.

Elle Mar 26 2016 4:28 am When I watched this, I was like a crying baby. I can't stop crying. Everytime Chi-Hyun cries (when Kyung-Sook already died) I also cries. That time, I really felt what Chi-Hyun feels when his friend died.

nimo Feb 09 2015 1:38 am i wasn't going to watch this....I'M SOOOOO GLAD I DID. (spoilers) their friendship is really amazing, but the weird thing is, I never once though of them as "gay" or homos even after they "confessed" to each other. it felt more like a really ironic, beautiful love that wasn't weird or completely normal, it felt like a feeling that you couldn't describe with the words "love" "friendship" or "gay". it was something that only the two of them felt with each other....I'm glad I watched it and I'm glad that in the end, before he died, he found his true first love. They both found it together . PS. I cried while watching this. SO MUCH. highly rec to anyone with a sensitive heart.

Lee Feb 04 2014 8:27 am It's sad but yet it's funny and sweet story. Great acting for Ki Kwang and Joo Seung, i can feel the deep of friendship from both of them. I watched drama special 20 but Ki Kwang did not impress me as much as he did in this show, a well done acting. Worth to watch.

It's sad to know that our loved one will die but that's the fact of life. What matter most is that we have to give and show them all the best to experience the happiest moments while they are alive and with us.....great friendship:-)

SumiB2uty Jul 10 2013 11:28 pm Soo much to say but don't have words to explain... The best drama I've seen soo far. Showed the true meaning of friendship in 1 hour. So neat and perfect. GlaD to see kikwang in such role he did a gr8 job and Lee Ju-Seung he is too cute and did gr8 as well . I loved all the artists. The story came out soo well i felt connected to it all the time. I cried with them, Laughed with them. Wish to have such beautiful friends like them... Friendship is love .. <3 Love you Kikwang

I think this one is much much better than "A Faded Memory"...Simple but neat....What I liked about this show is the true meaning of friendship...I noticed though that Koreans are not really showy when it comes to emotions...Yes they are respectful but unlike others like the Americans even Filipinos are not shy when they show their love or appreciation for others like embracing or hugging...
