Discovered by a talent scout while accompanying her older sister (who was a singer) to a public appearence, Shim Hye Jin was the "Choi Ji Woo" of her time. Still amazingly pretty and ceratainly massively talented, she's one of the names who will automatically have me tuning into whatever latest venture involves her. My favorite all-time vampire (as "Franceska" in 'Hello, Franceska'), no one who has ever played one of "the undead" was ever this funny, or ever looked so gorgeous while doing it...
