The ability to flesh out a character with nuances, making conventional bad guys human, elevates the drama and makes it more enjoyable.

Marites Valdez May 28 2014 4:11 am I really love Rye Jin. He was best in acting, drama and romance. I had watched 3 Leaf Clover and it was amazing. I really love the story especially the casts. They have done their best, I watched the movie 11 times and I never regret it.

When I heard he was going to be in the new variety show with his son, Dad where are you going, I was really excited! Finally I can see one show he really smiles a lot and I could see what's he is like on variety. ^^

Ronaldo Sep 28 2013 9:24 am Real great actor. He's fun to watch in his 2010 drama series "call of the country". Even though the first 3 episodes were kinda boring and mostly stupidity acts, from episode 4 on wards, it's really entertaining, interesting, cute and fun to watch particularly his scenes as suspected director being spy by the police officer.....

Gasenadi Mar 29 2012 2:00 pm Absolutely broke my heart in Scandal in Old Seoul. What a performance! What a story! His love story was even more compelling than the "lead" one. Am now watching Baby Faced Beauty and he does a strict, stoic, stern boss. Didn't even recognize him, he's so transformed. I'm looking forward to his other work.

Faith Feb 21 2012 9:35 pm I have to say that this Drama was a class act from the first to last Episode. Every scene was filled with great acting and good story line.

There were a few flaws , but the acting of Ryu Jin really enlivened the story. What a wonderful character! I would give him the best actor award for this series...he was real, even when he cried. How relieved I was to find out that he was a good guy after all...had he been able to rely on his father's support, he would not have been a victim.

Loved this series, and loved this actor! This is the first time I have seen him and I will be watching ALL his shows from now on.
