"Galileo: Episode Zero" is based on a novel series by Keigo Higashino, winner of the 134th Naoki Prize.
"Galileo: Episode Zero" aired on the same day as the big screen spin off "Galileo," titled "Suspect X" (Yogisha X no kenshin), was theatrically released.
"Galileo: Episode Zero" takes place three years 3 years prior to the original Fuji TV drama series "Galileo".

1. The guy playing the young Yukawa, Haruma Miura, nailed it. 2. It took me awhile to realize that was Masami Nagasawa. She looks very different now. 3. Surely, there's going to be more Galileo stories to come, right?
