When he cries, he draws you right in! Where one feels it! And I can’t believe he’s 32 years younger young! He looks like he’s 24. Though I found Still Shinning a bit slow for my liking, it was a good plot, sweet, young romance and great acting from everyone!

He has a way of using his emotions to tell us show us how he feels without having to utter a word. He’s very natural and always makes me cry. I can literally feel him through the screen. I pray you get bigger and better each year in the k drama industry. Urghhh I love you Opaa, I pray you soon get the recognition you deserve. Love you in Still Shining and all your other dramas. cipa Mar 16 2026 3:30 am Park Jinyoung’s acting is honestly insane. He has this rare ability to deliver so much emotion through the smallest micro-expressions and subtle shifts in his voice. Sometimes he barely even needs dialogue. one look, one pause, and you already understand everything his character is feeling. Nothing about his performance feels forced or overdone; it’s quiet, controlled, and incredibly natural, which somehow makes the emotions hit even harder. Watching him act feels less like watching a performance and more like witnessing a real person exist on screen.

I stand by my point of jinyoung's dramas, although I can't ignore his presence, I found myself enjoying his works not because of the drama itself, but because he is in it. Which isn't his fault at all, but something I noticed

Jinyoung is the main lead for 3 dramas (not counting any whr he is just the younger ver. of the main)

and aside frm his debut lead, HIP, there is little to no focus on his other characters.

Not to say they are bad, but I dont believe the characters in the dramas he's played so far have done his acting justice

i'm still rooting for Jinyoung, I know it when I see it, and he is one of the ones

Upon watching the Yumi's Cells, I can say that he is a very good actor and he deserve more recognition and more projects. You'll really get hooked when he's the playing for a role in a certain drama or a main character. Hoping to see him more in acting field. Pls pls pls.

Kc Jun 07 2024 3:02 am I was skeptical to start this drama due to the genre, not a fan of thriller, suspense & horror however I saw the Special Edition intro video somewhere & was captivated by the storyline & the handsome Jinyoung! Amazing acting by all especially Jinyoung, his visual is no joke!! And his acting was exceptional! Didn’t know he acts so well!

What I also love about this drama is the ending! Unlike some drama ending leaves you hanging in the air! This drama gives a closure for everyone & of coz the happy ending is added bonus. Definitely recommend it!

That emotion he showed when offended, the emotion when he was terrified and lost of word to explain himself after the accident and the fear of loosing Yumi again, was truly awesome. Hope he will be given more opportunity and good scripts in future. Kim GoEun is a very talented artist and together they were just fantastic. That drama is more than half way through, so I guess I'll have to go to his earlier works while waiting. ∪_∪

Since their recent appearance in “Dream High 2” placed them in the media spotlight, it allowed them to officially launch their singing activities.

JB and Jr. real names are Im Jaebeom and Park Jin Young respectively – two of the most influential names in the Korean music industry. Therefore Im Jaebeom decided to use his initials, while Park Jin Young decided to use his nickname ‘Park Jin Young Junior’ minus the Park Jin Young.
