Na Oct 12 2021 9:47 am I watched him in My love from the stars and of course i loved the series but i didn't was his big fan at that time.He was really good acting as an alien but at that time i used to watch kdramas only for entertaining instead of being fan of a specific actor/actress. After 6 years of not watching kdramas,I found IOTNBO and i fell in love with him inmediately .My heart was broken when i saw Gang Tae suffering a lot.His acting was so good and ofc the series was good too .(i fell in love for him harder when i saw the bts of IOTNBO. That showed me how dedicated ,passionate,gentleman and detail he is). After IOTNBO,i watched all his series and movies and i realized what a gem of an actor he is.Now i'm waiting for one ordinary day and can't contain my excitement because the cast is amazing.He is my first and only favorite korean actor♡♡fighting #OneOrdinaryDay!!!

So I can only comment on acting performance. I've only seen 'it's okay to not be okay' and 'Crash landing on you': Great series, really good acting, and I hope this will be continued and we will get to see more of this actor at our end of the world. I understand that 'It's okay to not be okay' is a contender for an international award: I voted for it, would be well deserved compared to a lot of the American standard stuff we get!

Awtry Serna Oct 02 2020 9:46 am I thought "Its ok to not be ok " as one of the best K dramas I have ever saw. Not only does it deal the complexities of mental illness and autism, but it shows how this issues can effect ones life. I was draw to the show of course because I saw "him", but once I started watching I shocked at how real and emotional I felt while viewing. I felt the two main characters had a chemistry that the story believable and made you want them to be together(no matter how much I was drooling over Kin Soo-Hyun!) I hope to more of his work in the future. You have a definite fan in the US!

He caught me off-guard with MLFTS but what made me love him the most was the BTS / NG scenes... he's so fun to watch! Personally, I think BSC character is not easy either as I took acting classes for about 7 years though part time. Without kim soo hyun dramas and movie, I don't think I survive so well physically and mentally. I occupy my time watching his dramas and fan meetings instead of moaning over the ill fate. His acting is fantastically good. I had ample time and so try watching other dramas by other famous actors. Just no comparison. He really put his heart and soul into every character he portrays. He is capable of getting his audience to wear his shoes and share the same sentiments as his in all his dramas. Hope he remains humble throughout his entire career.

Actually I am his fan because of his acting and should not worry too much whether his other fans can take him as a bad guy in his new show. Yang Apr 27 2015 5:46 pm KSH is not one who appears handsome at first look. However, I am very impressed with his ears. His popularity should last longer than many of his other peers. I am attracted by him for his acting, After watching his dramas/movies i realised that he is totally adorable. From the interviews he gave to the various stations, i begin to "worship" him. A very sincere and down to earth person. Many of his peers try to follow his one very distinctive feature/trait and that is " filial" but a bit too late. He showed that filiality long before people realised it. I downloaded his "Embracing the sun" and "From the stars" and watched whenever i have the time. I am waiting anxiously for his "producer" and movie. If i am granted a last wish, i want to meet him personally. I sincerely wish that he never get too proud of his success and remain himself forever.

From the starting when Sam-Dong shown how surprised he was that Hye-Mi went up the stage with him to the very part where Sam-Dong found himself going deaf, and the parting with Hye-Mi...those expressions and emotions...wah, I was simply drawn into the show as if I was there. Its because of your amazing way of portraying the various characters in your many dramas that I cannot help but wanting to see you more. You must have worked very, very hard. Africa Sep 08 2014 1:44 pm Kim Soo Hyun should play alongside Gong Hyo Jin. He would be awesome in a ROMCOM and although he's young, he has serious chemistry with the noona-type actresses. He should stay away from high school and young roles and go for something mature and sad because he has the most beautiful tearing up expression or something really funny, like one of those Cha Tae-hyun movies where it's funny, sad and meaningful all at the same time.

How ugliness and rude style of Jun Ji Hyun are what i love the most because it is what make her famous and funny and still funny cute and pretty.

Kim Soo-Hyun, I love his acting and role in this drama. Really suit them so much and love and love and love and more than a love.. hhaha! All the best!

So please keep making great dramas and movies.. and stay away from plastic surgery because you're already perfect.

kary May 27 2012 7:28 pm i'm impressed that he gets in college so meaning he had a high grades back in high school. lot of koreans didn't go to college due to their high rank education. i'm happy that soo hyun's talent on acting was discovered and now for 5yrs in his career he is now one of the hottest actor in korea and we don't forget too that he had an opportunity to become a k-pop idol through his singing and dancing talent. cheers to king lee hwon!
