Shirley Apr 15 2024 2:50 pm I am really into watching K-Dramas, In February 2022 our 7 year old son was diagnosed with Nasopharyngeal Cancer the same as Kim Woo-Bin. It is such a rare type of cancer especially here in the Uk and even more rare for a child of our sons age to be diagnosed, after doing some research on this type of cancer, I came across posts regarding Kim Woo-Bin who had been diagnosed in 2017 with it, seeing how Kim Woo-Bin came through this awful disease, gave me hope for our boy, seeing him back to acting and living life was so inspirational for me and gave me so much hope. Our boy finished his treatment February 2023 and is currently one year in remission. Thank you Kim Woo-Bin for being such an inspiration and such a wonderful Actor, watching Black Night and seeing you so well was very emotional for me. May you continue life in a healthy and happy way. xx

It is wonderful to see him in Black Knight looking fitter and more handsome than before, if possible. He seems to be a thoughtful actor so I ask, why does he smoke as the Black Knoght (up to Ep,6) when smoking could be a contribution to his particular cancer, and others. I then heard about his battle with Cancer. I have just watched his acting in ‘Uncontrollably Fond’ and ended up crying through most of it. All the actors were -as always in Kdramas- superb, but Kim Woo Bin, in my opinion managed to add another layer to his acting which helped us connect to his character. I’m looking forward to watching him in ‘Black Knight’. ???

Kim Woo Bin, your role in Heirs and Uncontrollably Fond inspires a lot. I have cried a lot while watching Uncontrollably Fond, its makes me to shed tears whenever i'm thinking about it. You did a great job in Uncontrollably Fond. Still now i cant accept your death in the series. Hope you will be awarded for excellent performace in Uncontrollably Fond. After finding out that you're now the main lead on a new drama, I became really really happy for you. "Uncontrollably Fond" is a really great tv series. The story, the script, the soundtrack, the cast and how they played their role ...everthing is just really great. Every episode always ends with something that will leave a mark. And almost every episode makes me cry. Really...how can you do that?! The tv series showed how hard it is to make choices, how those choices affect lives and how it can destroy and ruin a person. It tells a lot about life, pain and reality. "Shin Joon Young" showed how we make the most wrong of choices, how we struggle to make things right and how we get hurt, feel weak but still gets up and stubbornly fights. You are able to make us feel all that with your acting. Just like what the others say, you definitely don't have to apoloize for not living up to our expectations because what you showed was more than that.And I'm not biased because I really did cry and laughed and everything. I'm being honest and sincere...really. Besides, is ratings the most important thing? It's definitely not! Just like what your character said...Don't listen to what others say. Just listen to those who believe in you. Try to believe in us a bit more. There are millions of us out there you know? And we will always look forward to your every work. I love your and Suzy's acting: you both portray your characters so well. I especially loved the last episode (ep 10). I teared up like crazy through out the episode. Uncontrollably Fond has taken me on quite the emotional roller coaster, but one I have thoroughly enjoyed! So, you should definitely not apologize for not "living up to our expectations." I have loved Uncontrollably Fond and not only has it lived up to my expectations, it has surpassed them. I look forward to the next episodes!

To be honest i wasnt really confident going in to this one I thought it maybe a cheesy remake of the OCEAN series like The Thieves (sorry kim soo hyun lovers I just hated that movie) but it was sooo GOOD!!!! Honestly how they put the mark on the money to mark it seem like coupons and then washed it off with alcohol? GENIUS!!!! I think Danny Ocean him self would approve.oppa!!! Please comeback to the drama scene I wanna see u every week instead of just 2hrs in a movie!!!!

Charisma Feb 27 2014 4:28 pm The only thing that made watching the heirs bearable was kim woo bin. Every time he's on the screen, he just steals the show. Such a charismatic actor!! He had more chemistry with the main lead girl than the other kim tan guy (who was a bit tooo boring really). I literally waited for his scenes in every episode. I wish there was Heirs 2 with his story only. Love his expressions. and don't know why but I adored him with his cute updo hair in the first half of the series. I wish he had had a happy ending with the lead girl. And his look is really different than the other cutie K drama boys- his face is so masculine.... droool!!!

Just because you are very rich does not mean you don't love or have problems as others. This excites me very much! I love your character so much. The story is trying to make your character look horrible when I just see the perfect man of my dreams. Your character is bad, kindhearted, sweet, always being there for the main girl, and not perfect. I love that. When I see you with the main girl and Lee Min Ho just "magically" pops up, oh please. Have some love. Either your character is with the main girl because of a story twist, or you have someone better than the main girl. ;p

KimChii Nov 07 2013 3:48 pm I don't know what to think of this guy to be honest....he's a very good actor, no doubt about that, and he's very hot, but I don't know if I want him with the main girl...there is a certain chemistry between them, but she's a bit too much of a good, innocent girl to be able to handle such a bad boy like him. I think Tan definitely cares more about her, but I'm gonna have to agree that there isn't enough heat/ chemistry there. I wanna see a bit more of that, fingers crossed!

His heirstyle is something special too! :DD The chemistry between Park Shin Hye and him is, in my opinion, better than Lee Min Ho ( I am a big fan of Lee Min Ho) so their acting is really good and impressive. I already loved him in To the Beautiful, but I think the most girls like it if the second guy is together with the main girl. On the other hand, they hate the second girl xD I like it especially that "Choi Young Do has an IQ of 150 xD haha :D So he can make use of it and win Cha Eun Sang for himself >:D

Soon after, he also did a role in "To The Beautiful You". I was so giddy while watching him even though he wasn't part of the main cast. But now he's one of the leading roles in "The Heirs" I think he's got so much ahead of him. :)

He is so mystic, so often first I don't know that he plays good or bad:) His appearance is very special (in a good way) and suitable to play revenger, manly, strong characters.
