Watched him in an American TV series too, but I really prefer when he comes to Korea and makes television dramas and movies. I miss him. :) Stay well, Daniel.

Shinee0511 Dec 02 2021 2:55 am He’s an amazing actor but he works more state side and those works wouldn’t be listed he’s in the last few seasons of criminal minds and did two cameos prior starting with the episode beyond borders the back door pilot for criminal minds: beyond borders probably one of the best spin offs I’ve ever seen and I just love this man.

Maybe has attidude? hard to work with? his korean was poor? we don't know but I think Daniel's prototype should be the basic of kdrama's leading men not those very disturbingly pretty boys they always gave us.

Not only is he good looking but his pronunciation and the way he speaks english is admirable for an asian man - when they are raised in US from Asian families, sometimes for those also, there is an accent remaining - Not for Daniel. Most of the time, in K-Drama, the accent is a killer, not for him. I have just watched "Seducing Mr. Perfect", a good romantic-comedy, and really, I would love to see more of him. I have read someone saying he was into "Criminal Mind", (In Canada it's not on Netflix - only in US) but we went on the web to watch many episodes so far, and honestly, I did not see him. I'll have to watch more ! Well, if Daniel ever look at this page - I want to say: Bravo ! You have a great presence on the screen, a lot of charisma. Hope seeing you more in K-drama.

pitzel May 16 2016 7:35 pm You can see this gorgeous actor on an American TV show called Criminal Minds Beyond Borders. He plays an FBI agent who travels the globe to rescue American citizens in trouble overseas. It's an ensemble cast so he doesn't have that much screen time,but he sure looks great whenever he' s on camera. He acts pretty well too.

Was often in that situation myself, because of a parent's work...

The fact that you were actually going through your own introduction to the Korean language and the country AND playing a character who does as much, makes for a performance that we can see is "real".

...I am an Irish 'mutt' too. Home base with a brood of brothers, and where Irish-First-Nations father taught us so much is a cabin in the woods in Canada. Great 'grounding' early in life.

Dolphina Slatkin Jan 24 2011 7:21 am Wow! I first saw him in commercials when I lived in S. Korea. I mean this man SMOULDERS!. He doesn't have to say a word, and he still communicates a LOT. He's very funny on that show where he and a friend do funny jobs all around Australia. And in addition to his good looks, he also seems to have a sweetness about him. As an EFL teacher, I developed an entire unit on him for my Korean middle-school and high-school girls. They all scored well on that unit test. HA!
