Nora P. Feb 02 2023 6:57 pm I saw two Korean dramas that Kim So-Yi was in. A Jewel in the Palace and Dong Yi or as it was titled in my country "Jewel in the Crown".

Both dramas were Spectacular and after watching the Jewel in the Palace i had my few favorite actors who superbly portrayed certain characters. Kim So-Yi was my Instant favorite in Jewel in the Palace as she was able to create very lively and lovable character in that series. She was my absolute top actress next to the leading two actors as she did as marvelous job as both of them and I was happy to watch how she was able to "metamorphosize" herself into new roles within the character as it was advancing and dealing with the palace reality.

When I tuned to watch Dong Yi and saw Kim So-Yi, I jumped in my chair happy. She helped me to ease into the new series as it takes a little time to make oneself at home with a new long series. She was fabulous choice for the role.

The warmth and depths of humanity that she is able to explore and express in so many ways is incredible and I bow to her acting talent.

I will look for her name in the next choice of movie or show to watch as her presence clearly guarantees a good product as talents like her are respectfully casted to my delight. ``

BTW.. I was just reading her bio and I noticed that her birthday is coming up later this month so from the bottom of my heart:

lady choi Nov 27 2020 12:51 am lady min is a phenomenal woman in dae jang geum! she is like lady han but remain quiet during the rule of tyrant lady choi in the palace's kitchen. In that way, her and her accomplice, Yang chi aka nochang survive the backstabbing and toxic nature of the palace. Unlike jang geum and lady han who openly oppose Lady choi's influence and family.
