This is my first time watching her and was impressed with the charisma and skillful.acting. Saw reviews she acted very well in "Mother", would be watching next! Dafuqboom Jun 10 2020 7:58 pm Didnt notice her much in BOF, but Mother - I just can't. Absolutely no words on her stellar convincing acting. I felt like I've lost someone close when she passed away in Mother. What an amazing character and amazing actress. Big love!

Malu Catina Apr 17 2020 1:41 am Just watched the 'Mother' only this year 2020 march. I couldn't help myself from watching it over and over. I am so amazed with the acting of ms. Lee Hye Young. She is so elegant gorgeous and i love her. Kudos also to other cast to mention who played the biological mother of Kang Soo Jin. They're all great. Another project for same cast but i still want to see more tv series of ms. Lee Hye Young as one of the main cast.❤❤❤

BMR39 Oct 06 2019 2:36 am Lee Hye-Young delivers a magnificent performance as Kang Young-Shin, the mother of the heroine Kang Soo-Jin in "Mother", itself the best K-Drama I have ever watched - and keep re-watching.. Lee's performance in the final episodes of the drama is powerful, majestic and deeply affecting. Lee Bo-young as her adopted daughter Kang Soo-jin is equally stellar in a different register.

       "Mother" is a drama of extraordinary quality in every aspect: directing, script-writing, acting, cinematography, music.  It mesmerizes you, touches you and makes you think. Among several others, the  interactions between Lee Hye-Young, Lee Bo-Young and the extraordinary 9-year old Ho Yool as the young girl Kim Yoon-Bok leave a deep and lasting impression on me every time. They open my eyes, my mind and my heart.  A  most unusual experience.
