lex Nov 26 2021 4:40 am Bill-I also got to watch her in "Happy Home" just recently and her role is actually worse there since she played the role of a mistress taking advantange of the guy's family. Yeah she may be quite despicable in "My Only One" but at least she made amends for it and you'll somehow understand why she is there. Despite her roles, I enjoyed watching her and look forward to watching her in other shows like the one now.

Watching her also now in "Young Lady and Gentleman" and I really like her a lot more here. She is even prettier and more beautiful here. As usual, I'm looking forward to watching her in the future.

Bill Nov 20 2021 6:48 pm Wow. We have the same birthday. I'm "only" 36 years older than her (1954). First time I saw her was in My Only One. I didn't like her role, and even though she has a cute smile, her despicable behavior spoiled it. So glad that her role in Young Lady and Gentleman is better, but still neutral about the smile. I hope after seeing her in more roles, I get a better picture of what she's really like.

nini Apr 05 2015 9:35 pm @alex, I have to disagree with you. AGD is a great drama, except for the screaming and whining scene from Yoon Jin Yi. I always skip her scenes because too laud and childish. But over all, the drama is memorable and worth to watch over and over again.

Mike Ajossi Jan 10 2014 12:24 am In A Gentleman's Dignity, 윤진이 plays a young woman completely in love with her brother's (17-years-older) friend. In the first 15 episodes or so, she absolutely nails the reaction such a head-over-heels woman would have, when the object of her affection appears. When Yoon Oppa even so much as talks to her (instead of telling her to go away, as he does often) her face lights up like a firework bursting. You cannot watch her performance without rooting for her and Yoon Oppa to work things out. (She's great in the last 5 eps as well, but there are fewer happy times during much of them.)

She also does a very credible total-heartbreak meltdown sob-fest. You will want to get through these scenes - as good as they are - quickly, so you can see the fireworks again when she's happy.

An adorable actress who I hope has a long and successful career.

I really love every scene her with kim minjong, they look good together. After I finish the drama, I replay all of her scene with kim minjong from first episode until end. She's amazing. It is her first drama, but how she can act nicely. I'm a big fan of her now. Fighting!! Can't wait for ur next project :)) And I hope, she can going out with kim minjong in real :p :)

I believe that it is because of you, A Gentileman's Dignity became more awesome and touchy. Even though the scenes you played were a little bit short, nonetheless, they were honestly great. tina Aug 08 2012 2:09 am I honestly did not know she was a newbie actress. I see some people are saying she a bad actress, but you know, skills also come with time and experience. The more dramas she'll be casted in, the better she'll get. But I didn't think she was that bad at all. I'm sure her character is suppose to be like that. A bubbly, over expressive, hopeless romantic, young girl who is madly in love. And you know what, no one cried prettily. Not even the most beautiful girl. The fact that even though her character is overly expressive and can be pushy or annoying, but people still like her character and is able draw attention to her character means she is doing a fine job.

Usually characters like that can be annoying, but I love her character. She's hilarious and sweet. I think she's a really good rookie actress and wish for the best for her. ^^

axis Jul 27 2012 8:17 am what a great debut, normally i would 've benn irritated at someone so over expressive and loud ,but in her case i'm not at all!i'm rooting for her, and i really hope she's gonna marry dear choi yoonie.they are both so cute together,having great chemistry you can literally feel her love and desperation when she's pursuing yoonie and as actress she doing fairly good job !love her to bits! and on contrary to someone comment here, i 've never felt like slaping her at all, cause im tired of emotionless and stiff korean characters..and shes one of the best thing in gentleman's dignity! @ youareallblind comment, i think you're blind,not to recognize her talent..she's great in portraying her role ,its not like her really life character,its scripted .I fell in love with yoonie and her, great pairing,they should develope their thread much more!^^ the age difference at all,doesn't matter at all^^you can feel their overflowing love and desire ..i find this couple the most interesting in the drama!!
