Han Seung-Hee (Song Yoon-A) is a famous folk painter. She is also a single mother and raises her son alone. One day, Han Seung-Hee learns that she is terminally ill and doesn't have much time left to live. She becomes so worried about her son being left alone. To make a family for her son, Han Seung-Hee finds her ex-boyfriend and also befriends his wife.

Park Min Apr 24 2023 11:03 pm It's pretty clear what you are getting yourself into and it delivers just that to a certain extent. I personally found it unnecessarily long. Which is why it took a more melodrama route than a familial/drama route. Which is also why it took some time to get to the point. It does nothing new, however, it remains a decent tear-jerker. That final scene on the motorcycle was a nice touch.

Binibining Guro May 29 2022 8:52 am I just finished watching this drama. And I must say, one of the best! I love its pacing, not too fast and not too dragging. A big thumbs up to the writer, Yoo Yoon Kyung, that was a beautiful storyline. Song Yoon Ah, despite being on hiatus for 6 years before doing this drama, did a pretty good job here. She deserved all the award she got for playing Han Seung Hee. And as always SYA always has the best chemistry with younger actors, I ship her with Jong Hyun. Yoon Chang Young, this young man will go places with his talent. He executed a commendable performance. Overall, this is a must watch!

I expect a noona romance but Its only one sided, little bit frustrated but understandable because of the situation. How I love to see that the two got married, but i guess It would be more painful for ji sub. Anyway, love this drama so much. Song Yon -ah, a vey charming woman. Want to see her doing a noona romance pair with lee jong suk, a romcom probably.

Cath Nov 16 2017 11:59 am I just binge watch 10 episodes straight. Song Yoona daebak! She's such a great actress. All the awards for her! I love Seung Hee and Ji Eun's friendship so much! The only parts that I don't like so far is Ji Sub pursuing Seung Hee's love, it would be awesome if they not wrote him as her love interest and remain just as noona-younger brother friendship cos there's this scene where Ji Sub mentioned that Seung Hee reminds him of his late mother? I mean what??? You have a crush on your late mom? That is a big no for me. I have yet to watch the rest of the episodes.

I can't wait for more Geu Roo and Mom scenes! and also Geu Roo + Mom + Dad getting along together cos I need more of it more than anything else at this point.

Angel Jan 26 2017 11:47 am I actually watched this kdrama because of Song Yoona. Thanks to the K2, I finally met an amazing woman with a different aura. She's really amaaazing! ugh I love her so much! Hoping to see her in another kdrama this 2017. This drama really made me cry a lot.

LKB Nov 18 2016 2:40 pm Like others, I clicked here (and will watch) for Song Yoon A thanks to her brilliant acting in K2, but I have to point out a perk: YOON CHANG YOUNG, that adorable kiddo-now-15 who has played some of my favorite kid roles brilliantly-Blow Breeze's Jang Go oppa (to her, not me!), Bubblegum's Ri Hwan, Dong Joo's younger, angry self in now-airing Romantic Doctor Kim promising so far, and still-waiting-for-enough-hours-to-watch Gap Dong... In any case, I'm on a Song Yoon A withdrawal (somehow even moreso than my typically high Ji Chang Wook one--but then I'm too busy sighing over Lee Jong Suk and Joon Gi and Seo In Guk and my ultimate man of a man and actor to beat all actors Ji Sung... oh, Ji Sung I miss you), so this is my next marathon! :)

Sabrina Feb 17 2016 10:12 am This is truly one of the best drama I've ever watched. Tho the story is really frustrating, it doesn't make you wanna stop watching it.

I firstly watched this because of Song Yoon Ah, I love her so much! But I ended up adoring the whole cast. Yoon Chang Young is the best child actor I've ever known so far. Moon Jeong Hee also done a great job, tho I hate her character in a few last episodes.

Two things that I love the most in this drama are: 1. The mother and son chemistry and 2. SONG YOON AH AND HONG JONG HYUN's LOVE LINE OMG THEY ARE TOTALLY THE BEST COUPLE♡♡♡♡♡♡ I love them both so muchhh and I ship them real hardddd

sonjia Oct 20 2014 10:26 am I love dramas with friendship in it!!. I loved all the acting with the exception of geu roo. His crys just didn't hit my heart. I was hoping that the divorce couple would end up back together for bo na alittle bit. Omg though the acting between Song Yoon A and moon jeong - hee was just simply amazing!!! You ladies really know how to jerk a heart right out of someone chest. I hope both of you get awards from this show.

epoh Oct 13 2014 6:52 pm Amazing actors. I love the drama. Even after 6 years of not acting, Song Yoon A is an amazing actor. The story plot was very interesting and heart-warming as well. Friendships, heartbreak, sad moments, those moments you just want to jump in and smack some faces, and those few happy moments that made you wish you could end the drama right there. Yep this drama had it all. Although I feel as though the ending will be quite sad, I just hope it suits the drama as a whole. Hwaiting for the last two episodes ! <3 You guys are amazing !

I love stories wherein the girl is older than the boy and the boy loves the girl so much. Just like I Hear Your Voice or I Need Romance 3. I am seeing that Bo Na's mom will win an award. She is good. I love this drama. I am always looking forward to this drama.
