Prosecutor Kohei Kuryu (Takuya Kimura) takes charge of a possible murder case implicating diplomats from the foreign embassy of Neustria. Due to the extraterritoriality involving the case, the investigation is doesn't go anywhere. A crisis then ensues. Kohei Kuryu and his office attempt to extract the truth behind the wall of the Neustrian embassy.

Don B Feb 13 2016 5:07 pm It's a real good movie, plus the fact that a politician is also in trouble of being exposed as a corrupt individual only helps to make me smile even more. All kidding aside, the movie is well directed and the acting is very good. This movie is better than most of what Hollywood put out recently.

Their first 'romance' collaboration (although they weren't the OTP) was 1996's Long Vacation (awesome rewatch value) and over the years their pairing is my favorite jdorama one... peaking in 2001's Hero.

Nearly 20 years, and they can still make me laugh and cry! :) (Well, the trailer nearly did by itself!)

Need. Movie. Out. NOW!

Latika Aug 23 2015 11:27 pm yeah yeah of all pretty ladies he's paired up with i really like him with Takako Matsu... and i want another drama of him together with Matsu.. i know i know they already did a movie Hero recently but still i can't help but want to ask for more...after i saw the show HERO THE TV they have segment of him with matsu having date i cant help but gettng giddy over them... i even re-run their drama Love Generation once again..

ace May 06 2015 2:28 pm Kohei Kuryu and Asagi and Amemiya. Who ends up with who? Who cares?!? That is nothing. Only one thing has me stoked. The most important thing to anticipate is what will the master of St.George‘s Tavern say and do? He is the Hero that never fails.

NEIL HOLDEN Mar 03 2015 7:25 am It would be great if Takako Matsu and Takuya Kimura will have their "reconciliation" in this movie and release the 3rd season for the series, hehe. Although they are not that young, i still prefer to see them together rather than pairing a young individual with either of them.

The producers/ story writers might want to include a "young" (son) Kuryu in the series who will accompany his dad in his investigations. Or a daughter (little amamiya) who acts like Kuryu since the story tells about seeking true justice, which is being portrayed by Kuryu.
