She is one of those actors that is so good you don't realize that she's acting. She's up there with Son Ye-Jin in her ability to communicate with very subtle expressions. She deserves to get top leading roles. She carried this series brilliantly! Keep on!!

I'm in LA and have done some directing and pretty good at spotting great talent. I can tell you she's exceptional! Hope to see much more of her acting. Also Playbook is amazing. Shal Oct 31 2023 5:36 am I really enjoy her dramas. Sweet home, moving, and now I just watched AOS S2. I must say that her role are the reason why I love AOS. First season was good. But 2nd season with her as BuYeon was something else. Her beauty was crazy!! Really her face was radiant. As Buyeon, she portrays an innocent and cheerful woman, but as Naksu you can see the difference in her facial expressions. Some ppl said that she can’t act and have same expression. But really, I felt the roller coaster of emotion while watching AOS S2. She did a great job and I will rooting for her future projects! I hope she get a good role in a drama with great plots. I am also waiting for her projects with Lee Jae Wook ?? their chemistry was amazing!!

I thought to myself “ omg she is so cool” I got so curious haha only for to be gone in the 2nd epi ? nevertheless I enjoyed the rest of the season. Out of curiosity I went to binge watch all her previous work before starting season 2, i must say this is one talented women it’s not just her looks but rly she can act so well to the point you only remember her even though she is not even in the lead. I loved her in sweet home so much. It’s so heartwarming to see her take up minor roles to supporting roles and finally got the lead role she deserved!! she did really well in alchemy of souls. Her voice is a gem and expressions is definitely one of her greatest strengths. Now that I have watched moving I am still in awe she portrayed Jang heesoo so chic confidently only younjung can do that so perfectly actually in the webtoon heesoo doesn’t not really stand out but in moving live adaptation she managed to do that. I also saw her performance in hunt and what a transformation her scream gave me chill not surprised that she was nominated to all the big awards for her movie hunt. younjung you have worked rly hard to where you are now continue flying higher !! Her acting have made me fan now and I want to see excel and reach greater heights. Literally the definition of not just a pretty face but also super talented

She didn't immediately choose drama as the main lead, but chose to play a supporting role so she could learn from her seniors. Now she's gonna lead a spin off hospital playlist, you've come so far younjung-ah!!

By the way I read the comment below and I agree; how can viewers fairly rate actors based on whether they liked the part one or the other plays? Jo SoMin is an experienced and excellent vet all by herself and deserves credit for that but Go Joun-Jung is a super-gorgeous, super-talented, pure reputation, rising star. She deserves credit based on her work and her attributes, which are stellar, not on narrow-minded character ranking. Both of the women told the story well, and in their own way. Go Joun-Jung is my Stah forever though.

But suddenly I see her coming back in season 2 I was so happy and she performed really really well ! That I was shocked to know it’s her first lead role ! I’ve watched many dramas and she performed like an absolute veteran actress even though it was her first lead role. I’m really excited about what’s to come and will definitely watch every drama she acts in ??. GOYOUNJUNG FUTURE OF K-DRAMAS Dec 14 2022 12:50 pm I am so excited for her next projects!!! Most of all, Moving!!! They are filming it right now. She will play a character with athletic skills who can heal quickly so I am looking forward to her fight scenes and other badass scenes.

I also cannot wait to watch the next episodes of Alchemy of Soul: Light & Shadow. I like Youn Jung so much I jumped into watching the Season 2 without watching Season 1. I figured if others don't want to watch S2 then I also don't want S1. Besides, it is very easy to pick up the story. I am a very fast learner unlike the so-called S1 fans who still cannot get the plot no matter how many times it is explained to them.

Anyway, support Youn Jung because she will do amazing projects in the future. So effortlessly beautiful and very talented.

The first thing that got me excited and anticipating in AOS: Naksu's fight scene and Yoonjung's performance. But it was always a disappointment not being able to see the real Naksu and her power afterwards. Literally Naksu's power slept through 20 episodes. Anyway, also the sensual harmony between Yoonjung and Jaewook looks gorgeous and dazzling. ??

She’s such an amazing actress that she took the role of Jeon Ye-Seul in law school as a young woman who’s in law school and being abused by her powerful boyfriend. There are many women, unfortunately, who experience date rape, and I think she embodies that experience and the character.

She has become one of my "girl crushes". She should be offered lead roles soon. She's much more beautiful and talented than the other South Korean actresses who have been taking on lead roles. She should be given the big break that she deserves.
