Akira Mochizuki (Kie Kitano), who replaced Natsumi Yukihira (Ryoko Shinohara), begins her job at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. A female high school students asks her to find her missing father. Shortly afterwards, the phone at the police department rings. A man on the other end of the call states that he kidnapped 4 men. The female high school student's father is among the 4 men kidnapped.
