Plot

19 years ago, two previously divorced people got married and raised their children together. But the three children grew up to adopt different lifestyles and values from their parents. Hwang’s divorce sets off a series of unfortunate events that take her family on a roller coaster ride of ups and downs... This TV series is about the relationships between parents and children, and brothers and sisters. It touches upon subjects such as romance, marriage, divorce, unemployment, illnesses, dreams, disappointment, hope, courage and so on. The story follows the tumultuous events surrounding one family as the deal with the tribulations of life.

Park Min Apr 09 2023 2:24 pm This drama had a good example of how to do a proper "enemies to lovers" relationship instead of the usual light banter we get. The leads actually hated each other intensely with lots of bad blood between them and it took them quite some time to change that. The elder sister story I wasn't a fan of, it felt flat and lacked depth. Meanwhile the son's story was almost non-existent with the usual cameos every now and then for a comedic relief. More focus on the family was needed. The drama itself was decent although it was lacking in many areas and the last 10 episodes weren't as interesting.

I really like this series and want to watch it again.

What I I don't understand is why the trailer you chose would give away the ending to the entire plot. I would have been extremely disappointed if I had checked asianwiki first--that would have caused me NOT to watch it.

chamini Sep 09 2014 9:23 am I happened to see a part of EP 9 when I was searching for another channel on TV and I instantly fell in love with this drama. I was so addicted to it and kept watching it on You Tube. Believe me, I watched about 12 Episodes a day! And still watching......
