Plot

Bong Ye-Bun (Han Ji-Min) works as a veterinarian in the peaceful and crime free rural village of Mujin. She also possesses a psychometry superpower. When she touches the rear end of a person or animal, she is able to see into their past. She is a warm hearted person who is meddlesome. While she is experimenting how far her powers can go, she gets involved with Detective Moon Jang-Yeol (Lee Min-Ki). Moon Jang-Yeol was a hotshot detective on the violent crime investigation team in Seoul, but he was demoted to the small police station in Mujin. He struggles to get back to the police department in Seoul. To obtain his transfer, he uses Bong Ye-Bun’s special psychometry superpower. They work together on small cases in Mujin, but a serial murder case suddenly takes place.

Meanwhile, Kim Seon-Woo (Suho), who suddenly appeared at Mujin, works part-time at a convenience store in the village. He has a naive and tender smile, while he treats other people with kindness. But, he is also a mysterious figure.

Her Nov 15 2025 2:01 am If you are like me and you check reviews before watching series, let me warn you: Don't start this one. I didn't believe the bad reviews but please believe this one. They played around with the whole "who's the killer" but ever since they mentioned blackouts, it was pretty easy to figure out who the killer was (what could cause blackouts for the eyes alone and who in the series had them one various times?) He was even caught for COL!! ??‍♀️ The FL had more chemistry with the supposed "villain" than with the ML. The FL was spineless and the ML was too boneheaded to see the truth in front of him because he was too busy being jealous. The FL for a doctor wasn't smart. The character of SW was so scattered! What exactly was he? Too many plot-holes. If the end surprised you, you need to get your IQ evaluated. This was a really si**y one and I would absolutely not recommend.

Unique, funny, at the same time it keeps you under tension, there is comedy and there are also quite serious moments that keep your interest! Until the last episode I thought I knew who the killer was, but things changed so much that your doubts always go to another person! Congratulations to the entire team behind this valuable, brilliant and incredible series! I am very happy with the drama, I will be happy if there is a season 2! The main actors had an amazingly good acting, perfected to the smallest detail! Excellent and very natural acting! <3 Love you all !

Jeni Dec 08 2024 10:17 am This drama was simply amazing. I don't know how I missed watching this last year when it was aired. I don't remember it getting the hype that many other mediocre dramas got.

A brilliant flavor of suspense with comedic sense. It wasn't a complete murder mystery, but neither was it a full on rom-com. There was no romantic element that was forced down our throat, thanks a lot for that. I loved the female lead's friend character, and her little gang of female gangsters.

The shaman was such fun to watch. Kim Seon-woo did his role perfectly. The only pair I hated to see was that female lead 's aunt and police captain storyline. It was cheesy and I had to skip their scenes for most part.

I loved how they kept the romantic element towards the very end, where they were hinting at a romantic relationship between the leads. The male lead was such an unemotional guy in the village scenes, but once he was back to Seoul, he seemed to shine under a different light. Was it make-up?

These days, I am not able to move beyond 8th episode in many dramas. Korean dramas are not like how they used to be: witty, playful, dumb, silly etc., It is becoming more and more poignant, dark and twisted maybe for catering to its newly found global audience. I just don't feel like getting a drama started at all these days. Even if I do, I either drop at 8 or 12 max because of the plotline. But this drama was very easy to watch until the very last episode. They messed up 16th episode like crazy, else everything else was great.

Cadita Sep 05 2024 10:10 pm Disappointing. Yes, mildly entertaining and the performances were good. But, the female lead character was written very poorly - embarrassingly so. (The FL should have just stopped and said OMG stop this nonsense) You cannot have a strong-willed woman be a total idiot and a wimp. And, one or two minor plot holes is okay - but they were all over the place. If you are going to do a fantasy-based show, it is not that difficult to bend reality to fit your plot. I only continued to watched it for the main male lead. He's sexy in an oddball sort of way.

Jillibean Aug 20 2024 4:37 am I've been watching lead actress Han Ji Min since her first drama in 2003 when she was a teenager, All In. She's always excellent in every role she accepts. Lee Min Ki I've been watching since 2007's Dalja's Spring. He too has never disappointed me. So I think it's important to lay any problems with their characters on the writer, not the actors. They made us laugh and they made us cry, and they kept us hooked. That's what they are paid to do. This drama was very addictive, and not all Korean dramas are. It was a bit on the strange side but I LIKED that! It kept the story from being the same predictable one we've seen in countless other dramas. Let's hear it for unique stories, not just "the same old, same old."

She also talks like a child, acts like a child, i dont know how she became a doctor at this point. She's dumb. at this point i only watch this because of Detective Moon, the rest was just ickkkk!!!

That's exactly how I'd describe this show. Such a waste of so many characters. Too many back stories, details, but none were fully realized. Could've been condensed in 12 eps.

Side note: go check each of the writer's page, and get your mind blown with their respective writing credits. Can't believe they actually put out a masterpiece after this hodgepodge series.

Brian V Aug 02 2024 12:52 am Offbeat romantic comedy, with a serial killer. So many oddball comedy sequences. I had to pause after watching Han Ji-Min go by on the bus with her tongue stuck out, lol. I've seen Han Ji-Min in three shows now, and she's becoming one of my favourites. Joo Min-Kyung was perfectly cast, and her sis gang were always good for a few laughs. Even the name of the corner store "Ok-Hui Deok-Hee" is so close to Okie-Dokie. Of course the title, behind being the area that needed to be touched, is a play on words. I figured out the killer too soon, unfortunately, and I missed out on some of the confusion on who the killer was, with a constant parade of suspects being offered up. With so many side stories, Behind Your Touch is definitely worth watching.

I've seen his previous works and he did okay with them. This one was different though, he did an excellent job being the mysterious character.

OrM Mar 10 2024 1:08 am It's one of those shows that sucks but is addictive like a manhwa and had lots of potential and thus stirs the imagination. The female lead started off as highly cute and sympathetic but ends as very annoying and selfish. In the beginning her friend seemed to treat her badly but by the end it was she who was worse, acting like a spoiled child at all times. The male lead is one of the most underwritten and frustrating characters ever. His limited backstory is highly confusing and doesn't make sense. Why does he feel betrayed? Why was he transferred? At least if he had a well-fleshed story he wouldn't seem vague and contradictory. Even his nemesis Baek(a nod to liberation notes) is written to be as dumb and ineffective as he. The only conclusion can be that he is a straw character. If the two were in their teens it would be an okay kdrama, but since they are 35 (and the male lead looks 40 at all times without any filter) their stupidity, unprofessional and childish behaviour and failing the mystery genre, or even failing the subversion of the same entirely, leave one highly frustrated by the end. Suho is either written to be the male lead or given a script to show off his newly learnt range of acting skills. But his characters direction directly contributes to the feeling of having wasted ones time watching this drama. The grandfather's and politician's part of the story was the most frustrating, the abrupt way both end without any real answers. For those who like the journey it might be a good suspense but to those who like the variations in crime KDramas, the end(especially the mechanism used by the culprit) makes it feel like one was fooled all along, a waste of energy becoming so invested in this drama. The background characters who breathed life into Mujin have the most depth unlike the main characters with the farmer and his tragic girlfriend, the best friend and her posse, 55-51, the shaman and the animals being the heart and soul of the kdrama. However it feels frustrating to see the showmakers try to fool the viewers into believing the Mujiners were hostile at any point to any of the protagonists whereas they never once were. Good arcs that could have been get shortened and crammed into an episode and stories that should have been compact got dragged out but left without conclusion. The million or so shoutouts and parodies of anything and everything from liberation notes and 25-21 to extreme job and popular memes were the real highlight of this drama.

Alicia Feb 13 2024 7:15 am I prefer Han Jimin and Lee Minki in their other works but they did a good job. The script led them down in the last three episodes. I had never seen Suho in anything before and I was expecting something different based on reviews but was let down how very little matched what I read. They could have had him do an OST idk. Most people don't seem to be familiar with comedy based on their complaints. I was reminded of many old shows which combined comedy, drama and mystery albeit episodic. Also I don't find the main characters childish or annoying at all since almost everybody else were also acting like a "hip" teenager. Nobody mentioning him but kudos to Cha Ju-man's actor. It has been his year where he has blown away the audience with every role he has taken up.

KatM Jan 06 2024 12:27 pm A vet who doesn't know animal anatomy and 5 random men walk into a barn. Then the meteor from Eulchacha Waikiki.2.0 gives three lucky lotto winners super powers. And this power is implied to be the pregnant cow turning into divine cosmic energy. Somewhere not so far away a 51 year old wishes on the same star to get her 21 happy ending this time and an unemployed school bully is looking for a French husband. Shortly before, foils Prince Snow White and Carlton Lassiter both moved into the fabled Mujin, a mythical city name also used in Mouse. Throw in some recent JTBC crime shows and take the BL out of each and you have the hastily put together crime parody that took up too much runtime for an one-time TV experience, no rewatch. A tad more animal stories, small town shenanigans, abuse, trafficking and political evils might have been better. They lost sight of the lesson about the importance of small town crimes for the generic big catch. And making the main star quite unlikeable and responsible for the mess at the end was a big no-no. Cuteness and comedy cannot smooth everything over. Even if it is a grown up baby Yebin who is 16 going on 35.

I was really shocked by knowing who is the villain. Lee min ki,Han ji min and suho and all other actors have done their best in acting this drama. I will really recommend this drama to all kdrama lovers who like to watch thriller dramas with comedy. You will not regret by watching this drama for sure!!!

Lolo Dec 03 2023 8:06 pm I liked the mixture of Crime drama and humour, they were blended really well. But I feel like they should have stuck to the Political mystery and not introduce the staber murder mystery.

I feel like it would've worked better and make more sense if they had stuck to the one major crime story. By changing the major crime mystery, I feel like they never really gave a good resolution to the political drama.

His selection of work after his break has mostly been terrible and he doesn't seem to fit in to the new acting world anymore. But first his character was written inconsistent and some of his scenes are far from organic. Thus I can't comment on the acting because it is not like the scenario was smoothly written. What was that awkward back tapping movement for the FL when he comforted Deokhui in episode 1? Why was he gushing out of character at the coffee girl about how her boyfriend knows her past? Why did he and FL's grandfather leave their characterised selves and greet each other cheerfully like old pals? Why was he just smoldering at the harbour thinking about FL's mom killed herself? If he really caree about her why didn't he tell the Captain he'll help investigate the politician? Why would he ask her out like that? Why is he yelling to FL they have to catch the culprit together in the police station in front of his other colleagues? Most importantly FL made him her friend by telling him he was a trusting person deep down because of how he feels about the boy who calls him hyeong but what happened after episode 7 that he trusts no one else at all and keeps falsely accusing the SML because he saw him in the raincoat after his brother was killed?

Kim Nov 29 2023 8:14 am The acting is phenomenal. The world building is also excellent. The directing was good in that every second is addictive and the characters feel alive. But the script was amateur. Whoever wrote this seems to have no idea about the detective genre. This should have been a sice of life comedy with few thriller elements instead of a serial killer murder mystery. Till I read a post I didn't realise the evidence against the politician was hidden in news clippings and he was going to be investigated for the murder too it was confusing. Also the original politician who went to Seoul had died was mentioned? Whoever finds all this watched this show very carefully. I shouldn't need to read through posts to find out important details like this, it should be made it clear in narration.

anonymouse Nov 28 2023 3:01 am Best characters- Shaman(rewatch just to appreciate small details about him), Unnie and the way he says unnie, Ok-hui, Gwang-sik the cow farmer, the female detective(her skills are on another level), Detective Mun(he is the eye candy in this show), Dok-hee(he was the best thing in the first few episodes and in his small screentime in the end), Seon-woo(watch for Suho's acting final). I'm not sold on the FL so much she was a little too childish and frustrating in the end, and she treated few people with touch partiality including suspecting the farmer she knew from long but not her crush. It got annoying because she was talked of as if she was a merciful Mother Teresa and it didn't match. The twenty-one twenty-five parody got tiring pretty soon and I wish we got more mature story about the two and the ex-husband since this is by Law School director but it would have needed too much time. Hate the grandfather very much and nothing will justify him no matter how much they make up excuses. The spiderman reference is the best! The weakness of this show is its excess use of tell don't show and show don't tell in the wrong places.

This drama was so frustrating to watch and I would not recommend unless you like to be irritated lol. The cast was fine, I don’t really think there were any bad actors, however, this drama was just so poorly written in plot and in character stories. All of the characters made such poor decisions and did not act like the professionals they were supposed to be in their respective fields nor were there ever any structured communication between the characters and the romance between the two leads was forced. Most of the supporting cast were only there as comedic support and served no real purpose to the plot. The protagonists’ decisions led to frustrating outcomes that could have been prevented had proper procedures in their fields been followed. They all acted like naive rookies on the first day of their jobs. There were also long drawn out dramatics and the constant suspicion switching back and forth between characters was just redundant and annoying. I was over the drama half way thru but I watched until the end bc I wanted to confirm my suspicion of who the serial killer was, and it was obvious and disappointing lol.

I just love how they prolong the mystery and yet still make the psychometric ability as the main point throughout all episodes. And i love how they make us confuse with all the clues. This is an amazing storytelling. love it! Great story + great acting. Double thumbsup!!!!!!!

Nadia Nov 12 2023 2:48 pm Amateur writing and directing. They had a pretty good story going but then all the misdirection storylines just made it ridiculous. I skipped through most of it.

Neuhan Nov 06 2023 4:13 am Episodes 1-8 were so good but then the creators dropped the ball, they were working on more serious projects around the same time can't be helped. That tonal shift to a thriller just doesn't work even though they're the same team behind Kim Myung Min's detective series. The ending was only okay. The only highlights in the final episode were wrapping up the side stories for the best friend and aunt. The murder mystery left too many unanswered questions for what happens to the villain in the end to alleviate the mood, also because Kim Myung-min already did the same comic routine before. The two fillers in the final episode were unnecessary comedy sketches.

kdrama lover Nov 04 2023 1:02 am although there are many scene that are unreasonable like why the Detective still keep suspecting Seon Woo eventhough it's clear that he's not the murderer, and there are clues from Ji-Suk's murder case that slowly to be forgotten (people who touch Ye-Bun), but i still enjoy this drama. It's a crime-comedy-fantasy genre, so no need to be so logic about the plot. Also i don't like Ye-Bun's character, she's 35 years old but a bit childish. But i do appreciate how the drama keeps changing our mind about who the murderer is.

Actress Park Sung-Yeon and Actress Choi Jung-In who are acting as Jung Sisters in this drama look very much alike if you see from any angle..they look like real life sisters…I need to appreciate the director or casting director whoever it is for taking so much effort to cast these two actress who look like exact real life sisters…one must be very keen eyed, detailed and determined to cast like this even though they are supporting characters...wow..mind blowing. This shows the overall good quality of drama.

For anyone who don’t know, they acted as female lead’s aunt and mother in this drama.

Gigi Oct 28 2023 3:38 am Continued- Ye-bun was 35 and living with her grandfather under the same roof for close to 20 years. He genuinely seemed to hate her father all things considered and there was no logic to why he didn't want to take the first step in mending the relation or why everyone said she should have taken it. This sort of redemption trope only works for teenagers or those in their 20s or who had little actual contact for years. Then again this macho trope is the same with Park Seung-gil who thought he'd save his dear ones all by himself(I don't get how Jang-yeol didn't know about the hospitalization or the visit by the mob boss but then his whole backstory makes no sense) and Gwang-sik. Investigating it all by yourself and getting yourself in harms way is something great apparently even after all the jokes the show poked at this trope but used it the same stupid way instead. There was negative character development for both Jang-yeol and Ye-bun in this regard in that neither seem to realize their actual culpability in the whole thing. Jang-yeol sees it as his failure as a policeman which is the only thing this show might be about and Ye-bun blaming him seemed more real than her short explanation about feeling guilty fir suspecting but neither think back to any of the other victims or how they fit into the cause and event of the kille's actions. Even as far back as the Lee's murder it seemed to set up her blind faith in Jang-yeol backfiring on her which happened too often even after. Normally characters grow by the end but not here.

Gigi Oct 28 2023 2:11 am On the one hand I'm amazed by Ok-hui, Captain Won, Shaman and Gwang-sik's actors as well as how charismatic Lee Min Ki is to make a very hateable character so likeable. The ultimate irony is this whole show is a ripoff of Strong Girl Do Bongsoon but with the cop characters made actually redundant and the love triangle not being actually romantic but just there to create the red herring for the final bait and switch reveal. On the worse side this drama suffers from some very backwards beliefs which, let's be honest, adds nothing to the humour or the story at most points. What can be accepted for humour include the butt and leg touching becoming normalized, detectives' toxic and manipulative relation with his love interest, the aunt and best friend being toxic and the cheating comedy because they can be separated in a fictional sense and by the lampshaded tropes these are made to work. But say the misogynistic treatment of the BJ Sia its lame. Theres literally no reason Seung-gil was killed and he is redeemed and the other victims are not bad at all the others other than Cha Ju-man so Sia and the politician literally seem like they deserved to be killed. They dehumanize her tremendously and theres only a token reaction from the main leads who are affected by her death but it's for their characterization and doesn't actually chalk up for her character and definitely doesn't cover up for how she's basically made into a character that deserved to be killed especially with her own carelessness literally asking for it. And all this after being shown a week of her being beaten and abused by a stalker and almost murdered. As if she didn't deserve a second chance because she didn't turn into a perfect goody two shoes but stayed who she was. A victim of a crime can only be perfect morally? Not to mention how her overreacting to a man bumping into her is supposed to be her stuck up attitude and not definitely not a trauma reaction. But putting her aside the treatment of Ali and all the foreign arabic speaking men who are all criminals is fairly blatant and bad. And all of it is just for Ye-bun to have a loveline with her tragic beau, nay, should I say a comic crush based solely on what the director called Snow White looks that anyone can fall for in first glance. They never built up on the connection of the past to actually make it a proper romance and Seon-woo contradicts everything as a character what should make him normal and not just dancing for plot convenience. He was a teenager when his mother left the town how does no one know them? They made ther ages to coincide with Suho's age and it causes too much confusion. Coming to the biggest problem it's that age old traditional belief that the best masculinity is to suffer in silence and die misunderstood in silence that is paralleled between the grandfather and Seon-woo to give the sense of action proving they truly loved Ye-bun unlike everyone else.

I recommend this drama Oct 23 2023 10:18 am (my opinion) At first I didn’t expect much, interested cause of Suho? But the drama is reeeallly worth to watch, comedy line is really funny, investigating line is also very thrilling. Especially ep 14-15 is so spectacular. All of the actors did so great! also the staffs. Not to mention my bias Suho, he acts so well more than I expect.❤️❤️❤️ Great drama to watch!

Just to mention one: the cryptic talk of the Mujin folks, lol Cast: fine, fine, fine, I can not complain. We even got some bloopers at the end, also photos taken on the set, I always love these.

Just watched First episode, got me laughing in tears when [SPOILER ALERT] there are parody of the drama "25, 21" of Na Hee-do and Baek Yi-jin, to the point of surprisingly the actress does look like Hee-do from certain angles despite the age difference. Complete with even the OSTs. Bruh that was Gold I tell you. That was just One of the few moments I was caught off guard. I really hope the rest of the episodes are just as entertaining. Even if it doesn't, the first episode alone is worth 7 out of 10points.

Not Satisfied Oct 14 2023 1:50 am But you can't feel suspension of disbelief if it's not well written!? The comedy, yes- it is and it operates on a perfect cartoon logic and they should have stuck to making it a village crimes comedy. But the second half, it's not. Some people may feel deeply defensive due to personal reasons but seeing the majority feel dissatisfied with the murder mystery part isn't out of the left field - it just wasn't that well written, many other series have balanced comedy and thriller at a much higher level. Also they introduced two different major crimes relevant to our main characters and then didn't bother. Some characters shouldn't have been written in at all or given screentime that was basically pointless, some character deaths could have been avoided and explained better such as it is already in the story why Ji-sook's occurred, and the last episode crammed several unnecessary action arcs into one which could have been smoother with more thought and it also didn't help that the villains final plan was revealed as done with some last minute survey instead of a longer one considering he had the opportunity and time. Also once you know the final answer it ruins the rest of the show because so much of the plot feels unnecessary and unresolved. The backstories are also written confusing and incomplete and there is no catharsis for many of the characters the audience wants to care about. The three main actors also contribute to negativity by not being at all on the same page with the rave fan opinion about the endgame at all as if the ending was sprung on them like a joke.

This is a crime - comedy drama after all guys, we just need to laugh together with them and feel the suspension tense in every intense scenes. For me, this is a good and enjoyable drama after all. And the most important, Lee Minki & Han Jimin chemistry are out of the world! Those amount of chemistry with almost zero love line tho... such a waste FOR ME but they played it well, make us giggles even without any excessive skinship. Love for behind your touch! <3

Anon Oct 11 2023 1:07 pm @sara They don't actually get a complete script before starting and as far as both those actors said they agreed on the spot because they had worked with the director in previous projects. Han Ji Min is the only one who said she was told who the murderer would be from the start itself, but Suho, Park Hyuk Kwon and Park Noh-sik(cow farmer) were told to prepare as if they could each be the murderer in the end. Suho was also told midway to prepare in case he gets immortalized.

Although you may find it should be like this that etc, the flow and pace from ep 1 toward the end was surprisingly managed well. Usually last 2 eps in many kdramas either too much stories to fit or a longer version of what should be completed in ep 13-14. Lee Minki and Han Jimin really connect well as partner and even without explicit romantic scene, the characters and how the story built up make sense for us without forcely believed they are the couple in this drama. The comical act from both is hillarious and never dissapointed. Somehow they remind me of lite version of Nodame and Chiaki-sama haha. I think just enjoy the show, it is recommended one for me

While most things were thought thoroughly and implemented,back stories however were not. We don't know what exactly happened for ML to be demoted,what his and Seungtil's relation exactly was. We also don't know why Grandfather never talked to FL,why did FL's aunt's ex kept coming back. Why exactly did grandfather support Cha Juman. If Seonwoo's mother lived in Mujin before,why did people not recognise Seonwoo as a child. These are not exactly loose ends but they could've been tied if the pace was good. However,it also has it's good sides. You really suspect everyone,and the suspense aspect is really good. The investigation kind of makes sense too,the ML is smart,but also has his flaws which doesn't make it look like they're superheroes of some type. Overall,a good drama. Just can't decide if it's high in my list of the genre it explores.

I wish they had shown more scenes like those. And Ok Hui was cooler than the main lead. Btw, I remember an anime where the guy rescues a stray cat, and the writer obviously makes him a killer, and I really thought he's a killer, but he was not. And I'm wrong with this time too haha. I should have known guys like that are green flag

Bruno Oct 09 2023 2:05 am @Elle As far as we are shown the police Captain added some documents with photos of the mom's car to the grandfather's evidence scrapbook along with land sale deeds so the prosecution was forwarded something to make them reinvestigate Bong's mom's death. It is mentioned in the news headlines we are then shown in addition to corruption charges as involvement in mysterious death(no longer a suicide). For Seon-woo's mother and Ae-ran's brother they will always remain mysterious disappearances since no one followed up and they seem to be left as cases of sometimes people disappear and are never found be they dead or alive. No one from the past like the old lady in the hospital or the captain cleared SW's mom's name about not running away with money either. FL's mom by contrast was known as a heroic journalist who died fighting till the end. SW's story is mysterious for many reasons such as when we see his birthday on his urn seems he was abandoned in Seoul when he was in high school which means he grew up in their town but the SW we saw was a very small kid and no one remembers him. I don't think they thought things through with the backstory. The coffee shop girl had the worst treatment precisely because she truly had a hopeful future waiting for her and it was for no reason, it was disproportionate for the dying message and could have been easily done without a death, like, a coma.

Elle Oct 08 2023 8:20 pm Liked the show overall. Though, the final episode in the first half was a bit disappointing. A few things I wish they would’ve cleaned up more: the moms - cause I thought SW mom was dealt with the same way as the FL’s mom.

I’m glad they kept the comedic tones through the drama cause it was needed. I feel like it may have benefited from having less episodes because the whole him getting away and action in the boat just seemed dragged out. Same with the last two deaths; especially since the ex-coffee girl found love.

I will say they did well with keeping the mystery about the killer; though, if you frequently watch dramas you’d figure it out - it was still fun guessing what turns they’d take.

I’d recommend giving it a watch if you like crime dramas. It wasn’t horrible and they didn’t make the detectives seem completely useless so that was a nice change.

All the time she could have cheked and known for sure but she didn't then her grandpa dies and she is regretting. She is reckless, and she act stupidly.

Other than that I like the other characters. Not a bad drama

Kai Oct 07 2023 8:32 am I'm a crime drama fan and decided to give this a go for some comedic touch. The first few episodes were funny. "With great power comes with great hair loss" Hahahaha but the next half were straight stressful crime drama. The twist is impresive. Although I think LMK is best paired with Jung So Min (BTIMFL), he also had great chemistry with HJM. On the side note, I'm a little bit of an EXO fan and I think Suho should just stick to singing and dancing.

Jillibean Oct 04 2023 11:21 pm Lolo, sometimes you can tell where the clothes the actors are wearing came from by noticing the ads in the end credits of episodes. Those companies will often supply the actors with their costumes/ apparel for their characters.

I remember falling in love with a blouse actress Gong Hyo Jin wore in It's Okay, That's Love (2014). I checked the ads at the end of the episode and noticed a clothing store. I looked them up and sure enough they had the shirt! I bought it and wore it so much because it was as comfortable as it was pretty. I still have it but it's very worn out now, yet I don't have the heart to throw it out. :)

NG Oct 04 2023 8:31 am @Priscillar I can answer that many Korean viewers made theory videos and posts about sight power after the episode where Jang-yeol and Gwang-sik discussed that there is another psychic who saw the cow from far but didn't touch it. And they rewatched looking for clues about what can cause blackouts and found the sunglasses. So its entirely possible. The other major suspect who wore sunglasses was Cha who died after the teamup episodes. No one suspected the cops though the had sunglasses. There was also the memory manipulation theory which would have made finding the solution impossible. There are plot holes with the sunglasses such as Ye-bun hit the killer on the head with a helmet, Jang-yeol tackled him down and he wasn't wearing them the first time he went to kill Cha not to mention he arrived in the shed faster than Seon-woo after killing two men and arranging the body. And he killed two healthy young men quite easily for his age but wasn't much of a fighter. Also most people were suspicious from when he said Si-a was nothing like her videos in real life whereas we didn't see him see her belittle him. His lie about Justin was another one telling Ye-bun how he was a good dad to him with the money for KPop lessons and why he returned to Korea and later it turned out he fought with the wife and brought back a child he couldn't communicate even one word with so there were people who suspected he found out she was deceiving him of the money she demanded and he killed her. And also he spoke what sounded like the last words of Seung-gil. If you notice he started speaking after he made eye contact with Jang-yeol. How would anyone know the person who stabbed Jang-yeol was calling him big bro? Moon-hyeongsanim would sound more natural and it was surprising he himself didn't suspect this man. Even the captain knows their relationship as a cop and the juvenile delinquent who betrayed his trust. The comedy part was definitely one of the best and if that was the tone throughout there would no problem with the series at all even on everything wrong with thriller part. Super smart and tragic romantic Seon-woo killed the mood with his plot device. In the middle things got too serious and the leads stopped being funny. That and the way the story was being moved rather than moving(script was not smooth) didn't keep the balance for suspension of disbelief because you feel something is not right. If they keep that balance no matter how big the gaps or absurdities it wouldn't have felt off key(almost all the funny scenarios have things that are plot holes or logically impossible but it is irrelevant because it is cartoon logic). And making the main characters 'fail' too near the end with very little time to develop in such genre is a no-no especially if it's suddenly become serious and then gives you secondhand cringe. They should almost fail and then get back up and regroup. Ideally the grandfather should have been the final death and the either of the other two almost dying a wakeup call for them to redeem themselves. Also this was fridging of one person of the love triangle and not developing the others slowburn romance and making it seem unrequited and platonic only to bring it back in the end as mutual out of the blue instead of actively choosing made for some really bad choices.

But in this drama, he looks extremely attractive and handsome. Maybe due to different clothing and hairstyle??? I love love the platonic love relationships in this drama. No cheesy action or conversation. No more yearning for weekends. My heart feels empty from now on.

NY Oct 03 2023 10:06 am To put it plainly, the story goes downhill as the show goes on. This has got to be one of the dumbest shows I’ve ever watched but at least it kept me watching til the end. Probably the only good thing is comedy. I felt no sadness for any of the characters. It felt like the connection between the characters weren’t well done. However, I did like the friendship between the bestfriend and Ye bun. Between Seon-woo and Ye-bun was ok but I didnt even understand how Jang-Yeol began to like her. The stupidity of Ye Bun made me not want to continue watching. She is ditsy and reckless. She has a huge crush on one of the characters and he was a main suspect to Jang-Yeol. He practically pleads her to not go off on her own and yet she proceeds to do so and on top of that, she tries to be secretive about it. Going off at night too! There is a serial killer on the loose and she does stupid sh* like this. Lol. Jang-Yeol even had to resort to locking her up at a jail cell to keep her safe while he had to be on duty elsewhere for a bit. Also- how is she a vet doc but relies heavily on her special power to diagnose the animal’s issues? The butt touching power was funny at first but Ye Bun gives excuses that are pretty unrealistic. It’s unlikely someone would allow you to grab gum or something off their butt/back. I wouldn’t feel comfortable and I’d try to do it myself. But whatever, it’s a comedy and show. You gotta make it work somehow. What really annoyed me was how the show displayed multiple suspicious acts from at least three characters and it keeps trying do plot twists over and over. You think you know who the killer might be—you don’t. The show desperately wants to keep you watching until the end and continues to throw sh* that just doesn’t make sense.

I Feel So Empty Noe That It's Finished I'm So Sad I Still Can't Move On! i am super satisfied with the ending, and it's an ending that will not have any season two because there are closures to everyone. i started watching this way back its first week (two episodes) and have been waiting for the episodes since! this drama was my escape from my responsibilities (lol) and now it's finished huhu i don't know what to do anymore aaAA i still wanna see more of them huhu i laughed way too hard from this drama, i can't let it go just yet huhu

Aaahhhhh!!! Excellent. But mouse still is #1. Other than this, his reason for unaliving people? Sick! But if he have visions without his trick, what was the trick for? It’s been 2 days since it ended and I’m still thinking about it. This is the plot hole for me that doesn’t make sense. I am gonna miss this show! It was fun and unserious thru and thru. Pippi Oct 02 2023 11:19 am It's been a day and I'm feeling so empty. This series really kept me hooked till the ending and made my weekends enjoyable. I have gripes about plot holes and character deaths and incomplete narratives but overall I loved every character so much I wish we could have had more side stories. I really wish the last episode was done in three 1 hour episodes there was so much more I wanted out of the Unnie gang and the epilogue love stories. All the stories are completed so I don't have any hopes for a second season and this really makes me sad.

They should have just left it as a funny Tom and Jerry mystery series about a Seoul cop not adjusting to village life and his past chasing him. The leads were cute together, and changing slowly for the better and the slow burn was nice in the beginning but it was ruined completely in the end. Han Jimin and Lee Minki both admit the characters relationship was not a real romance but a comedy and even that would be okay.

Easy going drama Oct 02 2023 8:39 am It was fun watching the series. The thrilling part makes it even better despite that this is comedy. No romance at all. I also saw, Killer’s shopping list. Same with crime suspense plot and a bit comedy. Same comedy-suspense but a lot different which I cannot compare how it maybe same/different. Love Eat Kill,suspense-romance. Go watch those 2 series, then compare and contrast.

For all who said they waisted their time, go! Make your own series that will satisfy your soul for the plot and the best script you may have.

Recomending it. Just start ep 1 and have fun with it. You will enjoy this drama

10000/10 Oct 02 2023 7:45 am I don't care man, this drama is so so so fun! The comedy is top notch and I appreciate the plot that doesn't squeeze my brain dry to fully enjoy it. It's been so long since I enjoy kdrama like this. For the last two months I've been always waiting for the weekend for the new episodes. The romance is minimum but it's there. It doesn't need a kissing scene to be romantic. You don't need "logic" to watch this drama (or any fiction stories), supernatural power is already beyond logic lol. Kudos to the crew.

They all did their best, they're the ones who kept us watching; they weren't responsible for the writer's sometimes messy script.

I've been watching Han Ji Min since her first drama in 2003 when she was a teenager, All In. She's always excellent in every role she accepts. Lee Min Ki I've been watching since 2007's Dalja's Spring. He too has never disappointed me. So I think it's important to lay any problems with their characters on the writer, not the actors. They made us laugh and they made us cry, and they kept us hooked. That's what they are paid to do.

I enjoyed many parts that held the tension and my attention but it somehow couldn’t be sustained.  The mystery was ok but couldn’t justify 16 episodes. The ending felt just “tacked” on. The cast was terrific rescuing this drama, seasoned actors and some new welcomed faces.  I am a fan of many.  Han Ji Min showed a delightful new side of her talents.  She was more emotive bubbly “looser” in this role.  Lee Min-Ki again showed his courage & thirst for something new and became quite the martial artist.  Bae Ok-Hui of course brought her uniqueness to her role.  She never disappoints.  A word about Jo Min-Kook, a new face I’ve now seen in two dramas.  His comedic timing is subtle & noteworthy.

But this was so different. So many scene I can tell 'that's not how it works'. Especially detective Moon, he was so incompetent, always relying on Yebun. I thought he can figure out the killer without Yebun's help. I was wrong . Nice twist with the powers tho.

And here they gave shaman too much illogical supremacy like till the end he was making an idiot out of cops.

It was a good show in start but went to crap eventually. Also if yebun can hear those distant sounds in memory then how can she not hear the sound of him removing leaves and covering the lid with leaves again.

Didnt like touching the butt of woman who crossed the road and also that of touching kids and director forgot the limits of humor.

And the fact till the end to catch the shaman jang yeol was depending on yebun's powers. What is the use of making hin a main character when he can't do his main job and that was actualky done by 2nd male lead.

The only good thing in lst episode was reunion of 2521 couple who will marry on 25 of some month and the eoNNNNNiee guy.

Very disappointed with how show was spoiled by writwes just to maintain a fake and illogical murder mystery suspence!! Duhhh

Watch only 10 episodes and forget the rest ever came out. I regret wasting time on ep 11 - 16 hoping for some good revelations. Also show gets pretty serious from ep 12 and never goes back to old humor.

Tom Oct 01 2023 5:18 pm For the most part I didn't care for this show. There was very little romance. Detective Moon Jang-Yeol treats Dr Bong Ye-Bun like crap, insults her and is a bully. He was also indirectly responsible for the murder of the man she first liked. Only towards the end does he become nice.

I know you have to sometimes suspend belief with a show sometimes but this show had many unrealistic happenings from start to finish.

There was no chemistry between the leads

AAA Oct 01 2023 4:51 pm It was not the ending that I was expecting although I am trying to understand the writer's and the director's perspective so as not to detach from the comical vibe of the story. With the ratings received by the episodes towards the end, I am looking forward to season 2 (or a spin-off maybe). Hopefully, if that happens, the writers will not give the audience another "meh" ending.

jasmin Oct 01 2023 3:18 pm spoilers. a reply to a comment below by Idges. the reason why seonwoo didnt tell detective moon was because nobody believed him except for dr bong. the fact tht the detective was fully convinced seonwoo was the killer. seon woo even tried to tell him that he was not the killer and the detective just gave him a good scolding. if seonwoo did actually try to bring the knife to the detective, he would be handcuffed immediately, for sure.

Minnie Oct 01 2023 2:54 pm This last episode left me wishing they kept the cartoon feel from the first few episodes throughout. The culprit was the best actor in the end. They should have had the murder mystery part with only the main leads and the second psychic trying to solve the mystery while solving other comic side stories and more animal interactions. The writers didn't research investigations or think much about logic so they should have kept it looking like a cartoon instead of trying to be a serious murder show. The teasers and trailers have so many scenes that could have made for comic stories that happen. Especially to give the leads moments to actually show the progression of their relationship. Their romance had to be fast forwarded and wrapped up fast despite them having great chemistry in the beginning. They had few scenes such as the funeral where their relationship is so mature but it is not utilized to show how they reached this dating phase after only 8 months after great tragedies. And it's as if they buried the third and forgot him as an afterthought. And some of the other victims didn't even get that much even though they were close to the main leads.

We didn't understand the useless waste foreseen by the plot with the scenes in the women's prison. What was that ?

The character we least appreciated was Detective Moon who show to being a unable policeman. He was completely debauched by his work, that he forgot to be even a Man, waking up a little bit, only in the last few episodes.

However, a series of which we would have gladly seen many more episodes. What a pity it's already over. Grazie director Kim Seok Yoon for giving us this pleasant moments with this TV-series Kind Regards from Italy

I know, it's crazy, unrealistic, but I guess they don't want to promote guns as a means to stop violence. Now, there is an exception: vintage stories. I am watching a drama taking place in 1915 Korea and Everyone has guns! Lol! They made a point of saying they were shipped in from China, not produced by Korea. Too funny.

He literally was just a tragic plot device who ultimately has very little else going for him. Ahjusshi's death while investigating alone was tragic enough and he could very well have done something similar to indicate the killer. Both deaths together was worse in fact. They also forgot about wrapping up so many stories they introduced.

sigh* (Spoilers) I knew what was coming I was really really hoping the writers would be more creative and pull the rug from beneath us but they really just gave up in the end like 99% of all kdrama finales. They give us such fun and great episodes just to write a shitty ending. This has been my comfort drama these past few weeks so to say I’m beyond disappointed is an understatement. I’m sad and mad they ruined it for me. And for people saying “omg what an amazing twist”, seriously?! Did y’all fall asleep watching the drama? It was So Freaking Obvious from the beginning!! In ep 5 during the mcdonalds burger scene they show him with the glasses on and him stumbling to get something from the table because he can’t see well even though it’s right in front of him. He’s the only one who has been wearing sunglasses almost always and he’s known about Yebun since day one ‘cause she literally told him. I think my main problem with them going with such an obvious plot is that they shouldn’t had tried to make his character a funny one, because of that I’m not buying the whole “out of nowhere I’m a vicious serial killer with absolutely no motive”

I kept hoping it wasn't the shaman because I liked that actor and I kept thinking "that would be too obvious if it were him" because they suspected him for quite awhile (as well as other people). I wish they had chosen someone "out of left field" so to speak, a total surprise, as the killer.

I also thought it wouldn't be him because every time they showed him in shadow, in darkness, the actor with all the features hidden by a coat with a cloak / hoodie was much shorter and thinner than the actor playing the shaman. I wonder if they did that on purpose, to throw us off? I don't like when producers play tricks on the audience like that.

I would have written it differently, and kept Seon Woo alive, but hey, I'm not the scriptwriter. :) And why would they let a serial killer out of jail For Any Reason??? In real life that would NEVER happen. They would know he would just take the opportunity to kill again. In jail he couldn't do it, unless he had an accomplice.

But there is a plot hole in detective skill. When Moon was hit by the killer in ep 14 and the killer ran off to one of the houses near the shaman's, Moon doubted Kim because he was going out to dispose the trash. But if he ever think twice about there are 2 people living there, and why would Kim walked out with a bloody hand like that? Or if he ever asked Kim about any man in raincoat just attacked him, Kim would tell him about the shaman. Kim died getting proofs but that was too miserable of him. If I were the writer, I would have him survived due to the fact he has his heart on the right chest. The killing spree and the culprit's style remind me of the drama Gabdong. The killer hides perfectly in plain sight. But this drama is on the next level of cheating the supernatural, which is already a life cheating skill.. Kim's death is too hard to forget to everyone as he used to be the final suspect. This drama is so addicted on the first watchthrough. 11/10 of a mysterious plot

In order for Ye Bun and Jang Yeol to fall in love in that short period of time he must save her life from the killer and she becomes overwhelmingly grateful to him. And Seon Woo cannot be dead or she will always blame Jang Yeol for his death. That would prohibit any romance between them. Plus Seon Woo would need to be involved with the killer to the point of criminality to some degree.That would halt any romantic feelings Ye Bun ever had for him. Plus one more plot point will have to be addressed: will Jang Yeol go back to Seoul, or stay in the country town with Ye Bun?

Third then it would be the shaman, true that it maybe due to being possessed and not remembering shiit is something to do with it, but at the same time he not be in the killer. It maybe due to the did with different personalities in one.

Final Answer is, we all do not know so we just needed to wait until the episodes comes out everyone.

This in itself is a crime! He has no right to hit and slug a detective in his department! And the others don't get angry when it happens, in fact the scriptwriter hints that this is supposed to be funny! I find it very offensive. I doubt that is normal practice in police departments in South Korea. Why is this happening? Why does this Police Chief Lim Yoon Bin want his department to stop investigating the serial killer case? He gets so angry at detective Won Jung Muk who states he thinks it's his moral imperative to keep investigating the case since people in his town are still being murdered. Is it possible that this physically abusive Police Chief Lim Yoon Bin is the serial killer?

Jillibean Sep 25 2023 12:13 pm Anon, I hope you're wrong but I fear you're right. The script started out so strong but then became a bit convoluted, to say the least. The only way for Ye Bun and Jang Yeol to end up together romantically is for Seon Woo to still be alive but also implicated in attempted murder or other crimes which would make Ye Bun's feelings for Seon Woo cool down or dissipate completely. She might still have some sympathy for him as a human being, but sympathy doesn't mean True Love.

I think Seon Woo is still alive and another reason why is because the camera froze on Han Ji Min running toward his supposedly dead body at the end of 14. We never see her reach him and see him die like she did with Gwang Sik. Maybe in 15 someone else gets to him first, declares him dead without proof, and then is revealed later to be the serial killer. That killer has been targeting Ye Bun from the beginning. He's not about to give up now. I think his / her identity will be revealed in 15 and then 16 will build on a kind of simple announcement from Jang Yeol that he loves her. All the final pieces of the puzzle will be tied up in the last episode, but to a lot of us that is going to feel rushed.

Seonwoo might not really be dead or might be but because he was falsely accused and harassed and cornered by Jangyeoul and then he became a martyr for true love it will cause a rift between Yebun and Jangyeoul which logically should be not mendable in such a short time. And if it is death she would never forgive him logically. Even non-romantic partnership fallouts over misunderstandings happen in the middle in most Kdrama so the partners recover by the end when they need to fight together. Their mutually exploitative relationship exploding over a late love triangle near the end can only have some corny resolution now.

He is a rather tall man but each time we see the figure of the serial killer he / she appears to be much shorter than that Shaman. Also on the thin side. So let's look at the villagers who match those physical characteristics.

Jillibean Sep 25 2023 3:43 am No matter who the serial killer turns out to be, on the romance front we haven't seen much sympathy between the two official leads, played by Han Ji Min and Lee Min Ki. All her romantic interest has been toward Suho's character. Since we know in 99% of Korean dramas ever made the two main leads end up together romantically we have to wonder how that will happen now when she blames him for Suho's character's "death". We did see Suho run to save her life, so if he is still alive (and I think he is) he will still have to be incriminated in *some* kind of crime for her to fall out of love with him and turn to Min Ki's character in the last two episodes. That doesn't give our two main leads nearly enough time to build a true romantic relationship. It's all very strange.

Ree Sep 25 2023 3:34 am If the killer is Shaman, then the plot will be too predictable. Remember that the writer lead us to suspect Gwang sik in episode 13, then Seon Hoo in episode 14. The killer might be someone else, or Ju man's assistant as he has connection to seung gil, youtuber, juman and other victims.

So, the real killer might be someone else or Ju man's assistant, as he has a connection with seung gil, youtuber, and Ju man.

mttsshh Sep 25 2023 1:33 am The serial killer is the shaman, and the reason why they can't see the scenes when he killed the victims is because he has DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) or a split personality. When the shaman switches to his criminal personality, the good personality isn't aware of what his other personality is doing. Thus, he always tells the police that he has no idea or can't remember anything. That's the cause of his blackouts.

Shaman had a brief encounter with the YouTuber outside the convenience shop & killed her after that encounter?

Shaman probably killed Ae Ran’s friend because he wanted the villagers to believe him after he told them something along the line that another murder will happen in the village again, cos it didn’t “happen” after it was found out that Ae Ran just went into hiding with Gwangsik & wasn’t murdered.

Everyone was angry with assemblyman Cha & wanted him dead. When Yebun saw Shaman outside the office, he was probably prepared to kill that night if not for her.

But, what connection did he have with Seung gil? I still can’t find a reason for that, maybe I should rewatch the earlier episodes again.

Shakti Sep 25 2023 12:52 am Killer is Shaman. If you remember when he went to kill Mr. Cha and Ye bun caught him. Later, when Ye-bun touches his bum she saw same scene twice. But in one of the scene there is voice of Ye-bun stopping him and in other there were no noise in background. I'm pretty sure it's Shaman. It's in Episode 13.

The drama producers often like to misrepresent the coming attractions, to keep you guessing so that you are sure to come back. I've seen it time and again during 20 years of watching Korean dramas.

I am not sure the killer is the shaman, either. His body size and posture does not fit the shadowy figure we always see. That person is on the short side, thin, bent over a lot, and might actually be a woman. I wonder ... could it be Gwang Sik's lover? Maybe she wanted to get rid of him for some reason? But why would she want to kill everyone else?

But now i think the culprit is McArthur shaman because remember when Detective Moon lost the culprit around Seon Woo’s house, and then Seon Woo came out with bleeding hand. I think he’s bleeding because he’s fighting with shaman and also he got the weapon (knife) and hide it to show to Ye Bun but he was surprised when shaman follow Ye Bun to his workshop. I think shaman know that Seon Woo wanted to reveal that he is the culprit, that is why he followed Ye Bun. Can’t wait for last 2 episodes?

BLACKPINK BEST GIRL GROUP EVER Sep 24 2023 12:10 pm The Shaman is the real culprit. Suho’s character was surprised to see Shaman with Yebun when she entered the workshop. He intentionally spilled the coffee to make Shaman go to the restroom, maybe he wanted to show Yebun the knife he saw from the Shaman’s house.

You can see Suho’s repulsive reaction towards the Shaman when he insisted to assist him to the restroom.

My assumption is either Suho saw that the Shaman is gone inside the restroom or he argued with the Shaman that is why he ran towards the workshop and sadly Yebun thought that Suho might be the killer as she saw the bloody knife inside his toolbar.

I might be right or I might be wrong.

Yebun claims only she knows that place because she goes there a lot for work but everyone deeply local has no reason not to know the spot. Also if it's not Park, the killer drove back to town on something that is faster than the bus, stood with everyone else and made sure to touch Yebun and then immediately dipped from the scene to go back to murder the girl while Jangyeol hit the accelerator a few minutes later. It's a bit... As some are suggesting it could work if people were working together to kill. Also, more than gwangsik's tiny size, Yebun would have noticed her crush Seon woo's body profile when struggling to save Jisuk. She's already supposedly good at recognising profiles according to Okhui. Gwangsik is definitely looking like a red herring. He is jittery but was trying to tell Moon he saw Yebun behind Park when he got caught. I only hope they don't have him killed. They also dropped Jangeol's side story which makes Seung-gil a random death unless they bring it in last minute. They also just going around in circles with Seonwoo being a suspect. I won't be surprised if it's someone absolutely random like red panty man or Ali.

This episode wasnt funny like old ones and was kind a boring and i skipped most parts. What angered me most was jang yeol like he is a detective he doesnt us ehis detective skills to figure out killer rather depend on some psychics for his damn job, like imagine being a detective and fooled by a psychic for so many episodes and months and not catching the killer because you as a detective believed a psychics words and didnt do your job. This speaks so poorly of jang yeol. And now he is feeling shock, ohhh myyy maybe he fooled us, like duhh!!!!

It could be multiple killers now at this point. Gwang sik already used serial killer plotline to save aeran maybe he actually did one of the murders like assemblyman's.

Anyways i am not guessing the killer anymore as writers are just dragging this plotline. Gwang siks eagerness did make him look suspicious but killer could still be someone else.

Suho's character is shown to hold rage about about abandonment in contrast and is against corruption so if he saw the memories of the little brother or coffee shop girl he'd have murdered the owner of the shop or the mob leader and not the victims. Similarly the shaman had reason to murder the first victim and the politician. He went to Jang Yeol's room with the politician before the second victim was murdered. But he has no connection

But Jang Yeol, Ye Bun or the 5551 couple being the culprits would insane plot twists because they're the main protagonists. Talking of, that new squad didn't pull Bong Ye Bun for questioning at once She carried the drunk and passed out politician in broad daylight to his office where her grandfather was suspected of killing him shortly after making her suspicious as an accomplice. Also the girl gang who got him drunk in the first place. Do CCTVs and dashcams really not work in this town? We think she's avoiding the grandfather to not see him murder but maybe she was avoiding seeing his memories till she got confirmation that he didn't hate her and his feelings for her is she wanted to know. We know she won't do something like that but the showmakers making her act suspicious added suspense.

I also really loved Han Jimin and Lee Minki's chemistry, although halfway through the drama I've been thinking "It's already been 10 episodes and they're still bickering with each other with only glimpses of romance" although at least in episodes 11 and 12, we see them opening up to each other and having emotional and vulnerable scenes, plus Jangyeol's slow character development ack!

Something "Vincenzo" failed to do. Vincenzo was very jarring to watch the dark scenes shift to comedy. And BYT also goes for the brutal murders and not try to sanitize it for the viewers who expected it to be funny because of the premise of butt touching and cute animals.

He just disappears everytime there's a big scene, the first one was taking a trip to Australia. His funny bits like stealing Suho's food stash were meant to distract. Gwang shik? The old "deadly" mother in law who is part of OK Hee's almost all girl gang? The French teacher? Assemblyman's secretary? Captain Jung? The killer has something to do with Jang Yeol's other case. Can't wait to find out. What's the name of the song they play every ending or montage? Anyone knows?

But lets remember yebun saw the killer when she was saving coffee shop girl and that guy was not as short as gwangsik. From the silhoutres of killer yebun has seen in memories the body doesnt match gwangsiks tho obviously writers can do anything. Infact even gwangsiks father is quite short and doesnt seems like the killer's height or body outline. Also did yebun meet gwang sik when she hid the coffee shop girl and head out to the city to call for help. Gwangsik had to touch her leg to know the hidden place but it didnt happen.

And he's so obsessed in making Seonwoo the culprit. Like an amateur, he only picks circumstantial evidence that might support his belief instead of looking for evidence that might lead to the real killer.

In which case it can be anyone. Gwang sik himself too seems to be a major suspect. Especially because he is directly related to all the victims except the one person whose murder doesn't fit for any of the villagers, not even a psychic's- Seung gil. They dropped Jang yeol's side plot completely for the past quite a few episodes so I don't know if it will be brought back to give us a clue such as Baek sajang being connected to the politician and his aide. Or that coffee madam.

And I was thinking that maybe she stabbed Jang Yeol’s friend cause he’s Ae-ran long lost brother or something and that would hurt her. Nevertheless, I think the killer is a woman. So far, the only other sus female char. is Ae-ran, but that would mean Gwang shik is covering for her. My strongest bet is the female detective.

Even if female detective had killed girls but who had killed jang yeols friend. Is there one serial killer or multiple killers. Female detective isnt susoect because one thing jang yeol said that psychic knows yebuns power so he wont let himself evsluated by gwangsik or yebun. Yebun had checked female detective and she didnt see any killings. At times it feels that psychic and killer are not one but 2 different people.

Also there was an issue between streamer and assemblyman and he said we didnt want it to be known to avoid rumors.

Sofia Sep 14 2023 6:42 pm I think the killer is the Female detective. She’s one of the people who touched Ye-bun when she was asking for help. I think her motive is her husband’s cheating. I remember she was looking maliciously at the first victim (the streamer) and I think when she found her husband in the hotel, it was with Ae-ran (not quite sure though about this though). As for the Politician, I think he may have killed Ye-bum’s mom and that’s why grandpa was staying with him to collect evidence. I’m not sure if Seon-wo is psychic too, but he seems to know that something is up with the Politician. Also if Seon wo’s has the psychic power, I think his is touching object like phones maybe?

jy Sep 13 2023 9:06 am A wild guess - seonwoo is indeed the third psychic, hence he is reluctant to be touched. However, I dun think he is the murderer. I mean, if I know that all my past will be revealed if I am touched, I wun want to be touched too. He keeps following the assemblyman around becos someone who is always close to the assemblyman is the murderer... I suspect his secretary. There are brief close up shots of him, dun think he is just there as an extra. Seonwoo also has something bias against the assemblyman (he did not turn up for the voting), maybe because he is suspicious of the people around him. Hope this show is smart enough to not make Seonwoo the murderer or else I will be disappointed. XD

What if Sep 11 2023 2:59 pm Gwangsik evaluated grandfather and he didnt see him murdering, deok hui was also checked and he wasnt murdering. That means seon woo is a likely suspect but then again the dramas always trick viewers that the person they show as most likely suspect turns out not to be the one. Even cha ju man was evaluated and so far yebun saw her mom and is figuring out. If it indeed is seon woo then thats a very simple stuff and drama gave it away easily but if not then wonder who it is.

Shaman guy is also excluded from it. At the festival why ye byn and gwang sik didnt specially evaluate for the blackout parts to see if those black out parts match with murder timings.

Then seon woo is often found stalking the assemblyman, all of it is weird.

Also the guy who was jang yeols friend and was stabbed did he have any connection with the assemblyman?

eve Sep 11 2023 1:09 pm i came to this comment section just to see, is there anyone else that realized, once, yebun touched seonwoo’s butt but, she couldn’t see anything, it’s all blackout then she gave up and blamed her poor psychic vision. if jangyeol’s theory about the killer shut their eyes and do random stabbing, then the situation kinda matched the theory. if seonwoo is the real killer, the writer actually made the character really obvious as he was really suspicious since the beginning. probably there’s another plot twist besides serial killer’s identity that will be revealed in the end. idk

Hana Sep 11 2023 1:55 am I don't understand why people say the main pair have chemistry or it is a romance. Their relation is more like a cartoon comedy. They seem to have set up Jimin with the decade younger Suho as romantic instead but it ends up so shallow because she is only all about looks and the kind and tragic past is only there to cover up for it. The older couple has a much better romance story as do the comic relief pair of the "crazy and ugly" friend and french teacher and I like they get to have bigger roles than they would be given normally.

Even if she suspected someone from the village was a killer, when theres a whole bus full of men and she says it in front of all of them, then theres minimum chance the killer would have struck due to the crowd being in the know and them not being able to separate from the group. She never suspected it was a group but just one. And it would take a group of at least three to come rescue the girl and another mob would go to chase off the killer considering this is a village where they'll be into making vigilant groups instead of just the possibility of that one known character going and finishing the job as she suspected. It's also unclear how far the places are located or how long it took. So far Jang Yeol's deductions have been very logical so this plot point made it far-fetched.

I wonder if some plot twist happens about Ae Ran's brother. It would be funny if it was Deokee since the parents only talk about how Okhui was made. The first two psychic were holding the cow but the third was far so maybe they can read minds and see the past triggered when something happens as they are looking at someone. It could be the grandfather who went because of the cow. It could also be the mudang who is the most suspicious. He knew how both victims talked. But he was there in the hospital when Seung gil was there.

It is OK for leads to argue from time to time but Jang yeol physically and verbally hurting ye bun is just too much. Ye bun, a vet, is also treated like some stupid pushover. She is a very capable woman, a professional. If this is for comedy's sake, then it's not funny at all. To think I like Lee Min Ki. Begs the question, is this how south Korean men treat women? Smh. Won't be watching further.

The Detective Moon and Ye-Bun will probably end up dating and getting married.

I still can't pin who the killer might be.

It's always someone that is always present but never the main focus, always in the room but never truly focused on.

The second was because he was angry at the girl streamer as she was being so rude to him and Yebun aunt at the hospital lift. Remember before she was dragged away, she seemed to recognise him? Also the killer was seen as walking staggeringly..which fits grandpa as he was suffering with bad knees/back.

Also i agree with OI the hidden psychic is grandpa.

Also now it seems we get why writers brought 2521 here, it seems they were also pissed at original 2521 writers for an effed uo ending and needed closure so they came up with this , frankly this shows 2521 parody ended up giving me the needed closure from the show where they suddenly breakup and never meet. Having said that 2521 has a huge 2nd season potential, realized this from behind your touch.

I have given up guessing who is the killer but i dont think seon woo kr shaman are killers. Most likely it is chairman or someone linked with him like secretary or grandpa. And i think hidden psychic is grandpa.

At first I felt uncomfortable because of the way Moon forced Bong to touch each person's butt, and Bong foolishly accepted it, but the more I watched, the harder it became to guess who the murderer was, and the butt touching box made me laugh to tears.

The story may be a bit nonsense, but since this is a fun drama, I don’t really take it seriously. Ok hui’s character is a bit off and unmatched, but her scene with her squad never fails me! The teacher member is so funny, I would say he’s the mvp haha.

There’re too many mysteries to be unfolded: story of Yebun’s parents (prolly related to Cha Juman), story of Mun Jangyeol and the kid, story of Kim Sunwoo (and why he seems so pissed off with Cha Juman?! I think they knew each other?), and of course, story of the killer.

Han Jimin’s acting is so good and surprisingly not cringey at all! Lee Minki has the most serious face ever but idk why he’s still so funny? Love the duo of Yebun and Detectibe Jangyeol?? Suho still has very few scenes and can’t really tell his character, is he kindhearted? does he know Yebun previously so that’s why he moved to Mujin? So far he looks very reserved but somehow shows a bit of unexplainable madness in his eyes.

While most of the scenes are fun, we still get some slices of thriller and action here and there. I would say this drama is a fresh air! Can’t wait to see how the story unfold more?

I hope he takes on cute roles like this more often, it suits his facial expressions so well. and ok hui I think she's a bit strange, is it becauses he always protects Yebun at school so she feels she controls Yebun

The chemistry , the interactions amongst every member of the cast is also Bravo deserving . Every episode including the 5 th has been action packed , funny and most enjoyable , for instance in soul people are investigating murders , gangsters , and in the village ,they are after an underwear thief ,that is hysterical and the lead is perfect person to realize the differences.I just love it , hope this cast , the writer , the director , could make season 2 , to me 16 episode in this manner is not enough, biggest Bravissimo to all .

Assemblyguy is the one who killed perv's mom, abd it seems sunwoo is there to investigate some case that relates to his life and connects with assemblyman too. I think grandpa is also red herring as a killer.

This series is really fun and it makes you laugh, like really laugh. Spoiler alert - I think the chairman could be the killer. They're giving way too many hints that it's Sunwoo which means it's not him. The streamer girl made a surprised face like she knew the guy in the raincoat and the grandpa looked at the chairman weirdly during one of the campaigning on the street scenes, so I think the chairman is the bad boi.

The best moment was when she sang that song, it was liberation notes ost and was a huge hit, i used to hear it nonstop on loop till got sick of it and never wanted to hear it for some long time lol, it was the best best scene when she sang it and how plainfaced lee mkn ki was staring at her when she was singing.

This was mostly filler episode but still quite good.

Is grandpa the killer. I dunno why we needed to be shown that streamer girl was a bad person, nothing justifies her abductions again n again and killing. Wonder why someone killed her. Are they showing cow guy as suspicious or grandpa. Also her car hits some pile of stuff and she comws out knees injured as if she fell on ground wasnt that weird.

I didnt get the scene where yebun touches brown clothes woman butt, she thinks its her grandpa but what were they showing her grandpa's relationship with her. Hate how grandpa is suddenly becoming a villain.

Other than that the episode was perfect.

The characters are lovable and serve well the plot. Han Ji-Min is a charismatic highly sympathetic and beautiful actress. I intend to watch her previous dramas (films or series) to see her talent in dramatic or romantic roles.

I never laughed so much for any drama very recently as far as I remember..such a great comic timing in all the scenes, worth every minute. Loving this drama already with just 2 episodes completed. Especially second episode has lot of things to tickle your funny bones. Do not put your hats of moral police just watch and enjoy it as drama ..I like the small remote cute countryside village backdrop in the story. Seriously very nice drama.

Maybe the premise is interesting and the dialog engaging, but I won't know because I can't get past the horrible camera work. The rapid cuts and constant changes in camera angles is super annoying. It feels like someone's high school film class project. Wow, this is surprisingly bad given it was picked up by a major streaming platform.

Literally stopped liking the aunt after she tricked her into slave labor, this isnt comedy, ok hui didnt report her and acted like all is fine when she should have reported both the fish farm and aunt and moved away from dangerous aunt, that track was really not funny.

Had seen lee minki in dramas before lib notes and never liked him much but since lib notes and now in touch your behind it has become clear he is comedy gold and a genius versatile actor. He is exceptionally good with all kinds of comedy, whether sarcastic as here or goofy/nerdy like in lib notes.

Everyone in cast is great but han ji min is not matching upto them.

My theory on the show, her mom was killed by the assemblyman and her powers are to find out the murderer.

There was a blend of comedy and slice of live as expected from this Director, so I am looking forward to having tears of laughter and be teary eyes from life lessons as well. The whole cast is amazing and of course MinKi-nim shined (yes, he’s my bias ☺️). Netflix Europe was extremely late in posting the episode, which I don’t understand why, but hopefully that was just a glitch and tonight they will show it on time with the rest of the world ? ‘Behind your touch’ will be the highlight comedy of this summer!!! ??

Good Aug 12 2023 7:39 pm The 2521 parody was so unexpected and out of blue, was very funny, best thing was kim tae ri hairstyle, lee min ki is at his best again. Han ji min js just okayish, rest of the entire cast is brilliant. Cant believe ok hui is that nasty cousin from green moms club. Is suho going to be the psycho. This show has liberation notes feeling and realized director is same from that show.

The storyline is so good, I laughed hard from most of the scenes but that end scene of episode 1, really got me sobbed real bad. That old man and dog scene, I was crying real bad. This Kdrama is so refreshing, light-hearted theme and I'm looking forward for more episodes. Fighting <3

magnolia Jul 06 2023 10:58 am okay i already watched too much drama. based on the plot, these are the choices: 1. Suho is the serial killer. 2. Suho is just mysterious but not the real killer. 3. The director made Suho soo innocent, kind, and happy vibes....but then boom he's the main villain (just like the Mouse KDrama) 4. Lee Minki is the serial killer (maybe this is impossible but yeah...) based on his past and why he was demoted.
