Abbs Jan 23 2025 7:23 pm Amazonig series. If only it was real without the sad ending. Love how they all hot along at the end. I was in tears, I've been so intertwined in these shows and movies for over a month and I can't get enough. The writers are brilliant as well as the actors portraying the characters. Simply freaking amazing. The show really shows the people watching what live is actually supposed to be. Til death us do part isn't a vow just to break. Hope everyone finds their happy.

The story line was a masterpiece and choosing Woo Do-Hwan to play Hae Jo was the best decision the show made. U can feel every emotion his character is going through, from his micro expressions to his eyes. It feels real. And for the story to end the way it did made my heart hurt. He has me fully mourning this character Hae Jo. Man hes such a great actor. He deserves all the awards. He brings acting back to its roots. Not too many actors can make u feel that way when watching something there in. And shout out to Lee You-Mi because she did just as great a job as he did!

I've accidently come across a lot of his old stuff because of that and wow man, he's so talented. Plays all of his roles perfectly and is very versatile. He's Definitely one of my favorite actors. Nam seonho #1 fan Jul 03 2024 11:43 pm I know his name since The King: Eternal Monarch blew up, but I just knew the hype and haven't watched it yet. My next interest was piqued when I saw a clip of "Tempted" kept passed by my YouTube and captivated by this gorgeous actor. I tried to watch it but stopped on episode 4~5 because it wasn't my cup of tea. Then, I unintentionally saw him in Divine Fury, and boy, this man is so divine (pun intended). But that's it, until the clip of "My Country" passed by my TikTok FYP and I binge-watched it till the end for about a week (a rare phenomenon, because I always stopped in the middle of drama). Granted, the drama itself is so good, but his acting here is so excellent and hooked me to finish it. He nailed every micro-expression and made people sympathize with this complex yet antagonistic character. It helps that he was so devastatingly gorgeous (and painfully beautiful) and carried this tragic character with so much grace and sexiness lol. Anyway, his acting there convince me to watch his other drama. I finally watched TKEM and Joseon Attorney for him (haven't finished yet). From what I saw, he is a versatile actor. He was never afraid to act with his whole face and body (not afraid to look ugly to convey his character) and definitely never failed to convey emotion with micro-expression, especially His Eyes (I love the emotion in his eyes so much). In conclusion: we need more of this man on our screen, especially one with good writing.

I have practically watched all his KDrama series and will start watching his movies soon. His talent in acting is flawless, even his facial and physical expressions can be noticed easily without a doubt. Playing double, switching characters in several occasions, is quite a hard part to do, but he excelled! He is, an every inch, an actor…a Halyu Actor for me!

By the way, I am an Australian who loves to watch Korean movies.

We were originally intending to watch it for Taecyeon, since he had just gone into the military, but within the first episode we were so interested in Do Hwan. Of course the more we watched the more we got attached, and that's still one of my favorites from his character ALONE ? I miss him like crazy and am so excited for his discharge so we can see this wonderful man and actor in shows and movies again ♡

The show itself was... not my favorite it terms of plot but he carried the show on HIS BACK with his interpretation of the ML. He was the only reason I got thru that show. I also got to see him in the King: Eternal Monarch and again I was so impressed with his acting. Being able to play two completely different characters so flawlessly. I can’t wait to watch the other dramas and movies he stars in. People should stop sleeping on this man!

At that time I just liked him, to be honest what attracted me the most was his acting. he is very good at playing a variety of characters. the other thing that caught my eye was his eyes and deep voice. And in the king: eternal monarch, the charm is dazzling. OK, sorry if this is too much, but he was really cool playing the characters Jo Yeong and Eun Sup which were totally opposite. on the one hand he becomes the charming Jo Yeong, charisma, manly, and on the other hand, the figure is adorable, and funny. How could you not love him. While many people really like Lee Min Ho, I am more attracted to the strong 2nd lead character like him. And in the drama The King: eternal monarch, I fell in love with him. Oh, I'm like a person who is in love> //////// <It hurts even more when I remember that he was in the army and is still out of the army for a long time T ^ T I miss you so much oppa ~ T ^ T Always healthy, we your fans are waiting your return from the army

Claudia Jan 09 2021 10:20 pm During this pandemic, TV watching keeps me sane! Recently discovered Asian dramas and series that I never knew the US had access to seeing. Every one of them is full of the most tender stories and gifted actors. After watching My Country, in which everyone in the cast was a bright, shining light, the stand outs were most definitely Woo Do Hwan and Yang Se Jong. As said in another comment, you can’t take your eyes off of them when they are on screen. I have completely fallen in love with these programs. Somehow they bring me an inner peace and a centered feeling of kindness that is surely needed in this crazy world today. Thank you for these wonderful and much needed stories that bridge the gaps from one culture to another.

I found it beautiful, the writing fascinating, and the concept of two parallel worlds captured my full attention. But what intrigued me the most was the actor Woo Do-hwan. His ability to transform into dual characters in both worlds was exceptional. It moved me to examine his other bodies of work such as My Kingdom, Mad Dog, The Great Seducer, Save Me and more. Woo Do-hwan is gifted beyond compare. His presence on the screen commands your attention. He is a true chameleon with his ability to transform into various characters. His sweet deposition is reflected in his interviews and those whom he calls “friend” are blessed. I look forward to his return from military service and his further work in the Kdrama industry. Keep him safe!

When I watched this movie I focused on Woo Do Hwan instead of Park Seo Joon. I've been watching The King : Eternal Monarch, found him so sexy as hell when act like Jo Yeong and super cute as Jo Eun Seup. He's so talented. Give him award!???

His dual acting really made me mesmerized and I really want to compliment him for his effort. I am already loving this kdrama. I wanna watch his other kdrama but I want to finish the first one first. He is already my favorite actor among my favorites. He deserve more kdrama like this but I hope to see him in main leading actor more instead of supporting actor. Cindy May 18 2020 6:32 pm I first saw him in My Country. He was very good at portraying a troubled 'divided' loyalty. Then I watched him in The King - Eternal Monarch. Outstanding as Jo Yeong and Jo Eun-seob! He is great at switching between the two characters. :)

Then I watched Divine Fury and I was like, "No! No! No! You are too cute to play such an evil guy! You are the Unbreakable sword!" lol Anyway he was really good in this movie..... Too good for the sake of his eternal soul.

Gosh, he's what 27 now? We will lose him for two years to the military soon... *sigh*

Great actor. He is good at a variety of characterizations. He will not to ever be type-cast. :)

Lulu May 14 2020 6:50 am The drama is amazing. what first catched my eye was Woo Do Han look in the advertisement..can you believe? and I was not disappointed..in fact I got so addicted to the show that I watched the same episodes many times. Woo doHan is gorgeous and great great actor despite his age. awesome! The end is a very bad trip..my goodness..it had to finish that way? but other than that, the drama is well written, wonderfully performed and even the sound track is great. I am not a huge fan of korean music but Wild Road got on me. now, expect to see Woo do Han over and over and over..

eely Jun 11 2019 1:41 am I just know that Woo Do Hwan's great acting skill makes the shows (and all other shows he'd acted such as Save me!) worth watching. When I first saw him on screen in the first episode of Save Me, it didn't leave any big impression especially when he was standing beside Ok Taec-yeon. However, that quickly changed as he had totally mesmerized me with his acting skills from Episode 2. His gaze, his eyes speaks a thousand words in Save Me. He is definitely worth watching!

It’s not mentioned on the site or anywhere else, but after watching the drama, Woo Do Hwan appears as a Shark Gang member too, especially in episode 3 to the left of Do Hyun Bae when he enters the pool hall.

Lee joon said his kind of eyes are making it hard to have a romance scene. The same with him, but there are many times woo do hwan stare is so warm and lovely. Especially his scenes with ryu hwayoung (jang hari at mad dog).

It’s still on-going tho so you’ll have to go through the waiting struggle every week hahha but definitely worth watching, every episode is so intense it gets you off your chair

gundane Jan 01 2017 6:43 pm i just saw him on stranger in my house and i felt this immediate attraction (so i had to look him up). from his short introductory scene his acting seems to be pretty decent! really like his tone of voice. might sound weird but the way his mouth moves when he talks (and his voice too) reminds me of song joongki and i also get park changwook vibes from him and yet! he still has pretty unique features. really hope to see more of his acting in the future!
