Now I'm simmering in it's juices. Even after watching until the end I went back over the episodes that truly made my heart ache for the characters. I've watched many movies in my life. But there are very few that leave a strong impression when it's over. Its a mystery to try to piece together what made it legendary. One of the greats. One thing is certain however; whoever wrote it knew what the viewers would long to see. And whoever wrote it knew what it must feel like to need someone or something so deeply that it could change who you are. I have never seen a K drama with romance and thriller, that has ripped my heart into pieces. The combo of actors was the best, and the casting of lee joon gi and the villian (the accomplice) was top notch, because they accurately portrayed your writing extremely well! i hope you consider working with lee joon gi and moon chae won together, if you plan to write a romance soon :) Shruti Sep 05 2021 6:10 am I have watched couple of kdrama...but it's flower of evil which has kept me in hook. All others are actually boring...youAmazing screen writing and direction...you should write many more... hopefully they all are made into movies or drama. Norik baboorian Checkosky Jul 21 2021 6:29 am This was an amazingly intriguing excellent storyline . Bravo , not a dull moment I was hooked instantly and had to binge watch it on Hulu . I would say as an avid reader of all types mysteries, and hooked on Korean dramas with more than 900 dramas under my belt , I would say this was one of the best mystery that I have watched . Panda Nov 05 2020 7:56 pm Hope you write more dramas, Flower of Evil was an epic drama! a good drama is a mixture of great actors, great production, great directing and the foundation: a great writer! excited to see more of your work! the twists and turns in Flower of Evil was paced so beautifully, i haven't felt an emotional response to a drama in a long time, edge of my seat, mouth shocked kind of reactions. I finished it in a day and its one of the best kdramas ive watched (not trying to be dramatic, ive watched most of them?). The story is good by itself. Then on top of that, we've got great dialogue, fantastic cinematography, visuals, soundtrack and acting. Fast paced story thats exciting to watch. Always anticipating what will happen next. The story is very touching. It shows the consequence of labelling someone, and the psychological effects. Mental health, Family, Friendship, Trust, Teamwork are all themes touched in this thriller. I'm a long time fan of Lee joon gi and moon chae won, and your writing skill seriously did justice for their acting ability. To be honest FoE becomes my top 2 of lee Joon gi drama all time along with TBDW (2003) and becomes my top 3 drama of moon chae won along with Good Doctor and Nice Guy. Thank you so much. Aria Sep 24 2020 7:49 pm Dear writer Yoo Jung Hee, I admire how you presented the struggles of young couples - There are things you may not entirely know about your significant other and its surprising how the couple managed to cope with all struggles they had to go through as long as they face it together. The best part of me was how you ended episode 15 when you showed Hyun Su's dream where Cha Ji Won allows her to rest - It made the viewers curious whether Hyun Su died after the gunshot. I like how Cha Ji Won's character was empowered where she saved her husband's life so many times!! Its a great story and truly one of a kind.
