Ran Riu (Yuko Takeuchi) is member of the triad in Hong Kong. She is cold-blooded and appropriately called "Ice Princess." Ran Riu possesses the best diamond in the world. Dako (Masami Nagasawa), Boku-chan (Masahiro Higashide) and Richard (Fumiyo Kohinata) attempt to steal the diamond from Ran Riu. Meanwhile, handsome conman Jessie (Haruma Miura) also tries to get the diamond.
