Nam Joong-Do (Park Hee-Soon) and Kim Hye-Joo (Kim Hyun-Joo) are a married couple. Nam Joong-Do is a member of the National Assembly and he is driven to make the world a better place. His wife Kim Hye-Joo runs a book repair shop. She hides a secret, which even Nam Joong-Do does not know. Kim Hye-Joo wants a peaceful and normal life. Even though her husband is a politician, Kim Hye-Joo has never sought publicity or appeared in the media. Due to a case, Kim Hye-Joo's secret becomes public.

- "Trolley" takes over the SBS Monday & Tuesday 22:00 time slot previously occupied by "Cheer Up" and followed by "The Secret Romantic Guesthouse" on March 20, 2023.
- Kim Sae-Ron was first cast to play Kim Soo-Bin, but dropped out of the drama series after getting into a single-vehicle accident and later apologizing for driving under the influence of alcohol. She dropped out of the drama series prior to filming any scenes.
- Ep.11 & 12 will not air during the lunar holiday weekend of January 23rd & 24th, 2023 and instead air a week later on January 30th & 31st, 2023.
