Oh Dan-Byul (Choi Jung-Won) lost her parents due to her own mistake. She marries Joon-Young (Kim Jeong-Hoon), but her husband passes away.

Meanwhile, her mother-in-law, Ho-Duk (Yoo Ji-In), divorces because of her husband's infidelity and her sister-in-law, Se-Sil (Shin Dong-Mi), returns to South Korea after divorcing her Italian husband.

Now, these three women live together while overcoming their own personal problems and becoming important to each other.

kdramafan Sep 23 2021 3:33 pm epi 122 final epi very very disappointed the first 3/4 of the drama were good i like it very much but then the last 30 epi were really bad omg i dont know what happened they threw this drama out the window luckily for me i skipped almost entire epis the plot got lost and there were too many disconnections something really wrong must have happened with the production team or sponsors who knows anyway i end this drama with sour grapes in my mouth my final ratings 2 or 3/10 with no recommendations

kdramafan Sep 02 2021 2:35 pm Epi 81 wow wow great epi I was so surprised great twist of the plot like i never anticipated Now this is back to the beginning but I want to see some punishment for heejin and mil lae they need to pay for their bad deeds I think the plot will be retwisted once again when mil lae finds her long lost son I know who it is but I wont tell hahahaha anyway i think everybody know who he is already still my ratings are high 7.5 or 8/10 looking forward for next epis

kdramafan Aug 29 2021 10:37 am epi 70　omg omg a huge bomb was dropped in this epi and next scene said 1 year later its like a new drama started the plot had a huge twist that I never anticipated the intrigue and suspense is at the max cz nobody knows what happened in that year but I think its very interesting and I cant wait to find out what the hell happened the writer scored big points here with the unknown this drama is getting better and better praises to the writer

kdramafan Aug 17 2021 5:04 pm epi 52 great epi loved this epi very much it seems this is the peak of the drama where both leads acknowledge each other and making a new start for both i also like it cz it clarifies lots of things that happened in the beginning of the drama like that accidental encounter of dan byul and kang hyun on her wedding day where she lost her wedding shoes and had to rip her wedding dress to make bandages for kang hyun wounds now the plot is very clear the romance of her mom in law and the chairman is also very good and i hope they end up getting married this drama is getting really good

kdramafan Aug 13 2021 4:08 am this was on my waiting list for years but couldnt spare the time to watch it now with the pandemic i found lots of free time am at epi 40 the start was a bit slow but now is getting very interesting with the romance of both leads and the antagonist girl that is trying to derail everything for both am enjoying this so much to the point that im watching epis in a row 3 or 4 cz i just can not stop so thats great i like the lead female acting very much cz the character she is playing is difficult imo but she is nailing it my ratings so far 7/10 and i think is gonna get much better the same thing happened with iron lady cha didnt have the time but now am halfway and like it so far my next project is bravo my life

tncdel Aug 16 2017 2:18 am I am currently trying to get through watching this drama. I have watched over 200 dramas the last 15 years or so. And this one, so far at episode 20, is hard to like. Especially with who they cast in the main role: Choi Jung-Won. She is a lousy actress, and her looks are so ordinary. Like someone you'd typically see working at a Korean fruit stand or working as a maid.

How she landed the leading lady spot is hard for me to fathom, minus acting talent or looks. She seems to have an idiotic facial expression as second nature.

The scriptwriter seems to have taken the easy route. By portraying all the main characters as complete idiots, since the challenge of creating a script about reasonably intelligent people would have been far more harder to do. Because that would have required him to think the script through the eyes of people who exhibited sense and were capable of finding solutions to problems. Rather than wallowing in them, like the characters in this drama.

Fans of K dramas need to complain to SBS about dramas that disrespect viewers by presuming they are as dumb as the characters in such scripts. This is an example of what a tedious approach comes up with.

Anyone who rated this drama above 70 has confirmed the scriptwriter's belief that viewers must be idiots.

Jill T Dec 10 2016 11:08 am I just started watching k dramas six months ago. If this was the first one, I would have quit because it was so awful. None of the actors were believable. CJW had a blank expression 90% of the time. SJS was stiff. The chemistry was zero. Other actors tended to OVER act like amateurs, especially KSK. In the end, it was just an irritating nightly option over the local news.

Ka Dec 10 2016 1:55 am Only if the main actress wasn't Jung Won, then I may have liked this drama. She is so annoying in character and always has the same stupid facial expression. It doesn't matter if she's angry, sad, hurt...she has the same stupid look on her face. Definitely the worst actress. They need to stop casting her in anything.

@ut. If u think the drama is dumb now, wait till u see that the evil lady is the cause of the death of Dan Byul husband, Joon Young. Now that DB knows that the evil lady is KH's biological mother, we'll see if the writer will make the dumb DB split with KH or later when she knows the evil lady is the cause of her husband's death.

Anatole Feb 27 2016 10:41 am I just want to say that this is the BEST DRAMA CURRENTLY AIRING. I am watching it on weekends with my parents and grand-parents, and we are loving all of the actors, and the story is fantastic as well. I can't recommend it enough. Normally I don't watch dramas over 50 episodes, but I strongly feel that this one will be an exception, and that I will reach the very end. Also, keep in mind that the episodes are quite short (about 30 min. each), so 100 episodes of this drama equals to 50 episodes of a normal drama. And for French speakers outthere: Ne manquez pas ce drama, c'est un vrai bijou!
