Kotetsu T. Kaburagi also known as Wild Tiger and Barnaby Brooks Jr. return to Hero TV. Kotetsu T. Kaburagi wants to do activity as a hero in the 2nd part league, but Barnaby Brooks Jr. wants to return to first part league. Mark Schneider is a new owner of Apollon Media which Kotetsu T. Kaburagi and Barnaby Brooks Jr. belong to. Mark Schneider pairs rookie Golden Ryan with Barnaby Brooks Jr. and assigns them to the first part league.
