Set in the mountainous region of Gifu. Ryota Shinozaki (Shosuke Tanihara) has picked up a batch of essays for publication and goes to the train station to return home. There a woman (Emi Wakui) sits in the waiting area. He asks her if there is a coffee house nearby. He notices a white cane next to her and realizes she is blind. The two will spend the next few hours together.
