Story follows the love lives of four adults who have lost their faith in love.

Son Moo-Han (Kam Woo-Sung) works as a managing director of an advertising company. An Soon-Jin (Kim Sun-A) lost her daughter unexpectedly and she works as a flight attendant. Eun Kyung-Soo (Oh Ji-Ho) is An Soon-Jin’s ex-husband and he is now married to Baek Ji-Min (Park Si-Yeon).

Notes

Park Min May 16 2023 10:19 am I liked it, initially. The drama's biggest problem is its inconsistency. The second half felt like a different drama from the first one. The first one was heading in a great direction while the second one took a sharp left turn. The second half was dumb, weak, dull, and not sad.

I've enjoyed every min of their encounters, it can be unpredictable at times but their love story is something to reckon with! I highly recommend this drama & now that I'm missing seeing these two actors I wld hv to either resort to their old dramas just so i won't feel abandoned by them LOL! I just hope they team up again with another love story! Great acting & no surprise they won those awards mentioned here! Thanks asianwiki for sharing all the infos on Kdramas w/o which we may never know which ones to watch & which ones are upcoming! Great site indeed for Kdrama lovers!

My first time watching kam woo sung in a melodrama. Love the way moo han look at soo jin, and all those hugs and kisses. Their chemistry is so strong in this drama! Now trying to hunt down for those kdramas that aims for middle age romance. Lol.

Jen Apr 17 2019 2:31 am So love this drama. I cringe at An Soo Jin's effort to catch the big fish Moo Han. I laughed at their antics of not caring, of pretending to be cool but doing the exact opposite thing. I ignored this drama for months because I thought it would be too melodramatic for me but it's actually funny, lovable and so romantic. 1st episode got me hooked right away. Definitely a must watch!

But if you could look pass that, you’d be able to enjoy the excellent storyline. It makes you wanna fall in love. The ost is also very nice. So happy that they won daesang and best couple award!!!

Eventhough the female actress spoilt some parts by acting weirdly, i can't help to fascinate with her beauty when she's a longer hair. The main actor is a prince charming. I can't believe i'll fall for him. And i can't believe i didn't notice you before. You both make my eyes swell so much from crying.

Sabila.718to415 Apr 11 2018 1:22 am I am so impressed with everything (almost everything) about this drama; felt compelled to write this after watching Ep 31-32.

    First, for casting Kam Woo sung as the lead actor (love him and Sooyoung in My Spring Days). I have some reservations with Kim Sun a. I have a love-hate with her acting. In my review of “... name is Sam Soon”, I described her voice as the sound you’d hear when someone drags their nails down a chalkboard; I still feel (maybe 65%)that way. But I love her when she’s doing serious acting rather than a cutesy or funny act. I do admire her for doing a comedic act. It’s harder to be funny. 
    Second, the dialogues are almost poetic. Few scenes where soon jin and mi ra talks nonsense really are just time filler and irritating. 
    Third, impressed with how the writer cleverly told story of how Moo-han and Soon-jin’s existence are intertwined. And the use of the supporting cast and their connection to Moo-Han and Soon-jin further developed the audiences understanding of how and why the leads are the way they are. The story is incredibly layered and nuances adds depth to this story. I definitely will start to follow the writer of this drama.  Also Loved how the writer weaves the past and present to slowly unravel the love story between Moo-Han and Soon-jin. 
    Fourth, the cinematography adds another dimension to this beautifully crafted cinematic storytelling.

    Last but not least, kudos to all that are involved in making this drama happen and for bringing up the topic of “death with dignity” to our consciousness and for handling it with sensitivity, respect & without judgment.

I understand this drama is different and may not appeal to everyone, but give it a chance and appreciate the brilliance of the writer(s) and all the actors. ??

I hope they get better because everyone else if not interesting are at least tolerable. I love the couple though starting to fast forward from other people though at this point they are annoying.

In real life they would not be tolerated around the ex wife they betrayed. They're so presumptuous it's distracting. She needs to tell them to jump in a lake.

Nicky Hanks Mar 27 2018 1:19 pm I love this drama so much. It has relatable misunderstandings. Also, it has seriousness and maturity with the perfect comic relief. The balance in this story is unbelievable and the CHEMISTRY of the main characters is through the roof. They are so natural! Truly, it does not feel like they are acting but we are watching their home movies. I can not put into words how amazing this drama is. It will be my number 1 for years to come in the Melodrama genre. The characters are real and believable with their lifestyles, family dynamics, friendships, and struggles. Impeccable WRITER and ACTORS.

Everything about this drama hits the right note - script (funny yet moving), actors (superb in every way and ooh...so....charming! the male lead and Sun Ah, not the average pretty noona with so much character), even the supporting actors add to the comedic effect. Such a great mix of comedy with substance, the modern age Shakespeare! Can't wait for this drama to be extended and pls.....no sad ending! I cannot take it!

marin Mar 13 2018 3:47 am What a lovely drama. I count days and wait for Monday eagerly. In every episode there is sth to make me surprised and I love it. Sun A has always been my dear girl and she is able to make me laugh my a** off and make me cry my eyes out. But I never knew I`m gonna fall in love with the male lead. Kam Woo-Sung is so damn charming and the way he looks at her is heart-melting. I love him. So peaceful <3 And about Soon Jin`s behavior, I think she has been hurt a lot to the point that she has become numb. Nothing can affect her. She has already lost a child, been betrayed, insulted, fired, .. Sometimes when you are hurt a lot you don`t fight back anymore, just sit and look, because you are mentally and physically so tired and waiting for nothing in life.. That`s how Soon Jin is in the scenes when she is slapped and insulted.. Anyway, Thank you for making a drama that the story is not involved around some actors who are 30 but look 18! I am so tired of seeing baby-faced actors.

Alohadara Mar 06 2018 12:47 am my comment to AS regarding Kim Sun Ah... The character she is playing is what you hate.Then you should hate the writers for writing those things you pointed out. I agree with being upset that she allowed the mistress to trash what was precious to her. But its once again making her more pathetic and I was upset too. That being said, Kim Sun Ah is one of my favorite actress and she is doing a great job in this very touching drama. I think she should win an award for the scene when her and her husband was on the steps by the divorce court. I felt her pain. She is also so good and being awkwardly funny. All the actors are doing a great job with this drama even with flaws its outstanding and I highly recommend.was tired watching so many teenagers act about love when they really dont know. This is very refreshing and hits a cord on so many challenges we face, divorce, loneliness, suicide,betrayal, feelings of hopelessness, doing stupid things due to desperation, hope, love again and much more in store for us. Its number 1 in its time slot in Korea.

AS Mar 05 2018 9:14 am I forgot to mention that the female lead character twice ignored the lead male character's cries for help and as a result both times he was seriously injured and could have died.

AS Mar 05 2018 8:45 am I want so badly to give this show a high rating bc I love the actors. There are too many idol turned bad actors leading too many Kdramas these days so it's nice to see great mature acting. Unfortunately I hate the leading female character. I have never seen so many stupid choices from one character in such a short period of time. It's only ep 9 and she's already done at least that many mind bogglingly stupid things including letting a teen bully destroy her apartment while she was in it. When she allowed her ex-husband's mistress to slap her & destroy her apartment (yes, it gets vandalize by another person for a second time while she's in it) while she just sat there and watched like she was some sinner getting her punishment instead of the victim. She allows the mistress to treat her like a second class citizen repeatedly. I wanted to slap her as well. Slap some sense and basic dignity into her. She plays mind games w/ the male lead so you don't want him to end up w/ her either. She's one of the most pathetic unlikable creatures I have ever watched in a Kdrama. Such a bummer, the humor is right on and I like all the other characters except her and the mistress. This has got to be Kim Sun Ah's worst character ever.

puff puff Feb 23 2018 6:30 pm Hahaha how much do I love this drama!!! These days I find that I like maturer themed dramas. I came for Kim Sun Ah but I stayed because its light, cute and mature. I love a good love story between ahjuma and ahjussis. Plus KIm Sun Ah always slays in the romcom department (anybody else LOVED My Name is Kim Samsoon) !! This has the same vibe!! That is the best thing ever! I'm already obsessed and we're only 2 eps in! LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!

Definitely worth watching if you are tired of younger actors and want to see a pure love story between older people.
