Apparently, as far as I can gather, it seems that Sakamoto-san is doing small lives and self publish CDs at the moment. However, I hope one day to see him acting again. Welcome back, Shougo Sakamoto!

KIAB Jul 02 2014 12:25 am Another great actor who left the entertainment world behind to further his studies. It's sad to see great actors like this leaving the entertainment world when they had worked so hard and shine through. Shougo Sakamoto left the entertainment world in 2011 when his contract with his company ended. Deciding to not renew it, he clearly decided on a different path and that was his education. Wish him the best endeavors. This kid is forever my favorite Ciel Phantomhive from Kuromyu (Kuroshitsuji musical).

kat Jan 01 2012 2:38 pm he's just lovely in general^o^ he's so talented, has a lot of expressions/emotions, you buy his acting…even though he doesn’t have a lot of roles focusing on him. but its enough to see his skills. ohh and he's actually a good singer. Check out the musicals he was in, Kuroshitsugi 1st musical, and Tenimiyu (Prince of Tennis musical).
