Tyler Nov 16 2013 11:16 am Tani Rumiko is amazing, but this article leaves a lot about her out. Her real (birth) name is Chigi Rumiko and in the idol agency Hello! Project, she was signed to the label Zetima as Miyoshi Chinatsu (1999-2000) and released three singles.
