Plot

Kang Jae-ho caused the death of Shin-jeon's father when Shin-jeon (Joo Jin-Mo) was a young boy. Ever since his father's death, Shin-jeon thought about getting revenge. After studying abroad in America, Shin-jeon is hired by an American investment firm and is promoted to the position of branch head of their Korean office. In his plot to get revenge, Shin-jeon intentionally approaches Eun-seol, who is Kang Jae-ho's daughter, and uses his charm to win her heart. but Shin-jeon finds himself falling in love with Eun-seol as he gets to know her better. and decides to forgive her dad. As Shin-jeon plans to marry Eun-seol and settle down with her in marital bliss, Eun-seol finds out that Shin-jeon approached her on purpose to get revenge on her father. Angry at being betrayed, Eun-seol begins to devise a plot to turn the tables around on Shin-jeon...

Park Min Jan 10 2023 2:15 pm The drama is like 50% revenge and 50% amnesia and the latter was truly awful. It's also way too long for the actual content it presented and what made it even worse is the lack of anything interesting. The earlier episodes had some serious cheese, as if they were a fan fiction written by a teenage girl after watching 10 dramas. The chemistry of the leads can be a hit or miss, some scenes it worked while others didn't at all. It's hard to recommend this drama unless you are a fan of the leads.

I became joo jin mo's fan because of his great acting skills and of course not to discount his superb and virile looks. I will definitely watch from ep 1 to ep 20 as i had done in all of joo jin mo's dramas.

Not overdone melodrama but some romance angst but complete closure at the ending which leaves viewers satisfied and finishes off with a happy ending. Joo Jin Mo is most definitely in my top 6 list among song seung heon , so ji sub , kim soo hyun, kwon sang woo , ji sung . Who can dispute that any of the actors i just listed are not versatile drop dead gorgeous actors?

He was funny, charismatic, evil, good, happy, sad, depressed-he showed every possible emotion with such competence! He is really the reason to watch this show. Joo Jin Mo is one of the most talented actors in the world and probably the best Korean actor.
