Jang Ha-Ri (Jang Na-Ra) is a single woman and 39-years-old. She works as a deputy manager at parenting magazine company "The Baby." She has a beautiful appearance, but she hasn't dated in the past 10 years. This is because Jang Ha-Ri is a workaholic. She has given up on finding love or getting married, but she still wants to have a baby. Jang Ha-Ri soon becomes involved with 3 men.

Han Yi-Sang (Ko Jun) works as a freelancer photographer. He continuously looks for hobbies that will make him happy. He complains about pretty much everything, but he is enthusiastic with his work.

Yoon Jae-Young (Park Byung-Eun) works as a pediatrician. He is friends with Jang Ha-Ri. Suddenly, Yoon Jae-Young becomes a single father and he struggles to deal with his situation.

Choi Kang Eu Ddeum (Jung Gun-Joo) is a rookie employee, who works for Jang Ha-Ri. He has a positive personality and he adores her.

But damn, the male casts and their characters are so irritable, I dropped it right away after seeing that Han Yisang man. His character is so annoying. How can his character be so proud with himself with that face???? Ew.

Plus that eagle sound also distracting (and annoying too). This is not a high school students love story! They could make it better by cutting all those unnecessary scenes and sounds

G Aug 01 2021 5:08 am I personally think this drama is a good watch. It doesn't have a superb plot but it's not bad either. It also tackles a very good topic. Wanting to have kids without getting married is becoming a thing nowadays because finding the right life partner is difficult. I love Jang Nara's acting. Her chemistry with Ko Joon is good. It's my first time watching Ko Joon in a rom-com.. he's a cutie! He's not the most good-looking lead but he definitely has his charms! The bond of the ladies of the editing department is so cute as well as the relationship of Yisang and Soocheol-nim. Overall, it's a nice watch! 7.5/10.. You too should give it a try~

Every character in this drama really potrayed every struggle of single mom/dad or parents in raising child or how they endure with people's opinions and expectations. This drama is soo nice and very heartwarming to watch. I started to watch this bcz of Go Joon and also the the Ost Beautiful. In this drama, Go Joon really looks cute and different from The Fiery Priest. Then, after watching this drama, i'm in love with all the characters. Even the side characters are also very good. I give 9/10!

The topic is interesting but it can’t decide whether to be a comedy or drama and there is zero chemistry. ByeongEun Park carries it, he is so many sided, he can produce any character. Shame he has to lose out again. Jang Na Ra not as good as in VIP. She’s not versatile in this, always purses her lips and skips around.

Ending the most unsatisfactory after waiting 16 episodes to see if she has a baby, we are still not sure in the end!
Male infertility an interesting subject, but finally we are not sure if it’s his fault or hers, as she has endometriosis. She should have chosen the paediatrician with a baby who loves her and is fertile!!
Recent good picks guys - Crash Landing On You, Something in the Rain, It’s OK not to be OK - all three make you hang onto your seat all through.

Familiar Wife Nov 11 2020 1:41 am This show was a decent watch and has a very thoughtful script, exploring all the sides of a story when it comes to the decision of wanting children. A meaningful watch for those who have dealt with infertility issues. The ending did get a bit draggy after ep 12 or so.

I wish they showed more about the male infertility issues and it would have been nice if the girl was included in those sessions with the guy, or helped with the hormone injections etc. Unnecessary time skip, but as usual most k-dramas have it.

Paula Nov 08 2020 4:45 am Have only just started watching this drama as it has the same lead as VIP, Jung Na Ra. Now I see there is Byeong eun Park, I know I will love it.

He was so brilliant in Because this is my First Life, he may be slightly older, but who cares. He can do comedy and he can do romance, he can dance, he is an all round brilliant actor. Now he is going to try being a single dad - he will just own it for sure. Better than Jung Hae In One Spring Night, he was uncomfortable.

I am only on episode 3 but these 2 will make it a delight I’m certain. 
I’ll comment later. Great casting. Good plot so far. ?

I used to get bored in kdrama which full of cliches and predictable scenes, so mostly I never finished watching the whole episodes. However this one is quite different. I can relate the feeling on how scary life would be when you're getting older but still single, eventhough I'm already married. So, it really worth to watch.

Pregnancy is a sensitive issue for woman reaching 40s and Nara did great in showing the desperation and love to be a mother. Love how Han I sang only had eyes for ha ri. This drama proves the versatility of go joon. No one can imagine he played so many gangster roles haha. Finally his wish to play a handsome character came true...

I skip quite often. There's quite many unnecessary scenes which eventually makes them short of screen time and not highlighting important things. But still, it's a fine drama. I got the moral of the story eventually. The chemistry between leads and mom-daughter were also spot on. Yet I agree that Go Joon should try romcom dramas more to expand his acting range. He still looks a bit stiff and imprecise here, but it's a good start for him.

And I think that's the best point of this drama. expanding the range of ages of romance in dramas. Not too "wild, young, and free" as 20s, not too energetic and thriving as 30s, and not too "twilight years love story" to said. They're just 40, there's still a decade to reach "half of century" status. But people in this age group rarely described or being told in romantic ways.

Ideas of love in 40s often buried in being a working parents whose children are in growth spurt. Putting aside the fact that there are people in their 40s who are still not married, either because they can't or don't want to. This drama capture the moments and stories of those people perfectly.

So Lala Sep 24 2020 12:07 pm It's sooo good to see Go Joon in a romcom movie. He's a funny guy and he 99% percent hits the humor in his role here. It's not painful to see, even when my first impression of him was coming from his merciless "Hwang Sajang" role in The Fiery Priest. And I don't put high hopes on Choi Kang Euddeum at first but dayum, He Cute. Can't wait to see him in more dramas. Be better if he gets lead role.

Although they don't get along well at first, but I love how they can run deep conversation between themselves. It's like they're just comforting each other. In simple words, I love their love story the most from this drama.

Aug 28 2020 10:05 am i watched till episode 5 but then i decided to drop it because it doesnt satisfy my heart and proceeded with other dramas.. just romantic kind of drama. and today, i decided to watch it again, and i just realize this drama is soooo good and now im already on episode 9. if you are into teenage kind of romance / usual type of romance, this drama might not be your go-to drama. this drama is about mature people falling in love - not blatantly getting into relationship, they have other excuses that prevent them from being in relationship. its good actually!

She literally plays a barely visible, middle aged, sahm of a workaholic husband who is messing with his secretary because his wife is so boring. Her characters never changes either.

I skipped many parts of these. and i had hard times to finish this until ep 16. Maybe the whole story should have been wrapped until ep 12 only.

There are many things I learnt by watching this drama and it gives me consolation too honestly. Priority, sacrifice, having dreams, family matters, friendships, learning to letting go of something- this drama is literally so worthy to watch!

I keep thinking that this drama should be wrapped up into 10-12 eps instead of 16 eps-long dramas. I am in love with Go Joon’s deep voice but I think he needs more romcom drama to be comfortable.

Nice drama, nice plot but some of the execution could have been better. Jang Nara and Go Joon have some weird awkward chemistry. I don’t know if it is just the character they are portraying or the script that makes them awkward in some scenes.

Anyways I hope they get paired again with better script.

baechu Jun 30 2020 12:30 am I was really into jae young at first, but after few episodes i realized both ha ri and I sang shared the same pain and really give effort to each other. Now i feel annoyed with jae young character, he's kinda selfish and don't know what he wanted. While ha ri&i sang were sure about their feelings, jae young immaturely being overprotective and didn't even treat ha ri well. BUT on the other side, there is uri eu ddeum-ssi who put 1000% efforts even when he's not sure about his feeling, not to mention that he didn't even got the chance to tell ha ri about his feeling. Please be nice to him, give him a happy ending jagga-nim :(

They behave as acquaintances rather than newly fallen in love couple. There is no spark, no emotion, they don’t lovingly stare at each other; it’s just not there. What makes me really mad, is the convenient writing, which is typical when writers get stuck. Firstly JHR tries to buy sperm, the whole nation hears about it, then she decides to write about it in the baby magazine; however, when push comes to shove she just freezes? Those two should be going by a schedule and hoping to get her pregnant asap. What happens instead? She takes care of herself by staying long hours in her “career” job and stressing over it? What’s more important again? The useless job or getting pregnant? Wish the situation resembled what actual infertile women go through and how far they are willing to go. God heard me and gave me a beautiful girl who has grown to be a loving young woman. Kudos to tvN, the writer and the cast, especially Jang Na-Ra. Her emotions of disappointments and her determination brought back many memories.

He just seems selfish. Love this drama bcs the storyline is realistic daily issues faced by many. I think at my age (36), what matters most is how the man treat his woman. The toxic relationship /shouted at /taken for granted teenagers drama is not appealing.

Hyunjaee Jun 19 2020 12:50 pm Even it is romcom drama , I am sad every episode because I ship Hari and Jaeyoung. Poor Jaeyoung try to win Hari heart but he dont want to ruin their friendship. But i think he gonna confess to Hari abt his feeling . I think Hari already sense that Jaeyoung like her.

I know that many people are start to annoyed with Jaeyoung because he keep coming in between Hari and Isang way. But he just dont want to lose Hari again. He lost Hari once because of his stupid feeling towards his ex-wife but now he realized that he really loves Hari. If you said it is his fault because he cut off his relationship with Hari in the past but Isang also reject Hari 3 years before they meet again. I think everyone deserve second chances.

Since Isang is the male lead so I know Hari gonna end up with him . I hope Jaeyoung will get a happy ending too. At least I hope the writer will make him live happily with his daughter. Please dont make him get back with his ex-wife. Because she is truly the annoying one. Leave her husband and daughter without a word and shamelessly appeared in front of Jaeyoung again? Poor jaeyoung is really a sadboy huhu

As for Euddeum ,I ship him with Hyo Joo. I hope they end up together.

Something that you can reflect on, especially when you are still single in your middle age. I love also the straight to the point exchange of words between I Sang and Ha Ri. They are not "pabebe". Just right romance in their age.

it’s my first time watching a drama by jang nara and I love her acting! Her voice is also very unique :) and I can’t get over go joon’s voice ??? hes so quirky in the drama haha so excited for their loveline

Oh My Baby's story line is interesting, in which many singles or infertile couples could relate. It has a good humour too. I ended up watching this drama after watching Voice 3 and the fiery priest. It's funny because the villains in those 2 dramas become main casts in Oh My Baby. Haha, I love to see Park Byung Eun and Go Joon play different characters here. I hope Ha Ri will get her dream with whoever she might end up with.

I really dont like the way she ends sentences.
