Second year ob-gyn Seo Hye-Yeong (Jang Seo-Hee) is demoted to a countryside hospital, after performing an abortion on a patient who did not want a second disabled child. Making things more traumatic for Dr. Seo she discovers that she herself is pregnant and attempts to keep it a secret from her co-workers.

Dr. Seo also finds herself among two potential love interests: Pediatrician Lee Sang-Sik (Ko Joo-Won) and Dr. Hwang Jae-Seok (Seo Ji-Suk).

Didi Feb 28 2021 10:31 pm I like all aspect of this drama but the romance, so annoying and dragging. Would actually love to see the female lead to just be happy with herself since she was presented as a strong character.

Kjw's character is so clingy, I just can't. The only reason why I still watch this till the end was the fact that the medical storyline was that good! Like many users have said, the amount of information given was presented in a way that was easy to understand.

Even the decisions made regarding the medical conditions was so realistic, nothing over the top and grande, it just flow like how it's supposed to be. Some devastating decisions must be made and that is what they show here.

Overall, watched it for the medical storyline, hate the romance 7/10

Rob Nurse Feb 13 2018 3:45 am I also very much not only enjoyed watching this excellent medical drama series, but also loved the romantic love story,that also was included in this drama.But what I really liked the most,was seeing all the medical situations,emergencies, and other medical cases that were shown on this drama.As a registered nurse myself,I also could relate to it very well,because I have seen many cases like that,and also have cared for many patients under my nursing care,with similar cases like that,and I know how that feels. And just like in real life,doctors, and nurses are not only dedicated,and loving caring health professionals,but also are always doing their best in saving,as many lives as possible.All the actors in this beautiful drama did an outstanding job,and I give this drama a 10/10 rating,period!

Firenze Mar 07 2016 9:19 pm As I continue to watch this drama, I see that it's informative and educational in a way. It's good for women as well as for men so they could understand and sympathize with what women have to undergo just by being a woman.

At the same time it's kind of worrisome because of the extreme medical conditions presented. This drama is kind of encouraging and also a bit scary. I hope more women will get to watch this . . .

Dr-Wangnyeo Jul 25 2014 12:06 pm Great drama , I am a doctor and that is why I am so impressed with this drama , it is the most similar one to our reality and daily life among all the other Korean medical dramas .. instead of showing the rare cases , it did present the most common ones ! and has many medical / scientific facts , even I was impressed that those information were accurate and updated ! the cases they showed , also was approached in the similar way as in our real life ,, instead of being like those super genius in other dramas who could diagnose unexpected cases , the cases in this drama , I diagnosed most of them though it is not my specialty and I am a neurologist ! but really it is showed the reality ,, I am so impressed with this work ,, thumps up to all the staff ! great job .. indeed this is going to be my number one favorite Korean medical drama ! thanks for making such a doctor who rarely could enjoy a medical drama to find such a masterpiece , good and respected to watch drama like this one ,, thanks so much <3 ..

I found this by looking for more Kdramas with Seo Ji-Suk. I love his acting, his voice and he's so handsome. Little did I know that Song Joon Ki would also be in this. He's always fun to watch Ko J00-Won, Jeong Ho Bin...so many here I like and are the cream of the crop. I think if you give this a chance, you'll like it too. Really interesting episodes and it's even educational. I love it!
