Lee Kang-Woo (Ahn Jae-Hyeon) is a handsome guy, who enjoys being the center of attention. In his past, he was dumped for being ugly. Since that moment, he has been obsessed with his appearance. Joo Seo-Yeon (Oh Yeon-Seo) is an enthusiastic P.E. teacher. She does not like handsome men, because she went through a lot of trouble due to her 3 handsome brothers. Her ideal guy is someone who is closer to normal.

Lee Kang-Woo and Joo Seo-Yeon happen to meet. They initially argue about everything, but they develop romantic feelings for each other.

Flower Feb 28 2023 2:29 pm I think the animation used here is amazing. The drama feels like a real life webtoon. It is really entertaining. I wish the same people who work on the animation effect and the director works for other webtoon adaptations.

Park Min Sep 27 2022 1:24 pm AYO! Like 90% of the cast consists of pretty bois. The amount of silicon will kill any turtle within 10km radius. I enjoyed the first 3 episodes, it had some good laughs, but it fell into empty fluff mediocrity afterwards with the second half being barely tolerable. By that point I was sick with the main leads, couldn't they just separate or one of them die or anything eventful to happen? They are the worst part about the drama. At least the side stories were fine but even that didn't go anywhere. By the end, most stories remained underdeveloped and their resolution was brushed off quickly in the last 30 min. On the bright side, I got to see Kim Seul Gi in a main role.

Dive Mar 17 2022 7:57 am I am rewatching this right now and I still like it. The lead couples are so cute. This is a light, heartwarming drama touching heavy sensitive topics like death, trauma, etc. but it stayed true as a romcom. I really don't like dramas that begin as romcom and then ended up as melodrama. This is not one of those so I treasure and support this one. Plus I am a fan of Oh Yeon Seo the female lead.

Ciepao Jan 20 2022 12:43 pm This drama really has a good casting for the characters, all actors and actresses are lovely, charming, and funny. The OSTs are also refreshing to hear.

The only problem is, both main characters (Joo Seo Yeon and Lee Kangwoo) are boring and doesn't have any chemistry with each other. They look bland in my opinion. Every time they pop on the screen I can't feel anything on their characters. Though both are really good actor and actress, they just don't fit. When it's already their scene I just fast forward to see and watch other characters. And they really give the most dull and uninteresting background story to the main characters which worsen their chemistry. And you can really see that the more entertaining and appealing stories are on the supporting/side characters. I think the best story here are Joo Won Suk's (Cha In Ha) and Baek Jang Mi's (Shin Do Hyun).

I believe 6.5/10 is enough for this drama. The story is funny, romantic , and entertaining to watch especially when the characters aside from the main are around and on the screen. (Rest In Peace Cha In Ha)

So Lala Apr 16 2021 8:10 am Simple plot but interesting, light romance and easy to watch. But with that many side characters, the main partner doesn't get the spotlight that much. The conflict and their dynamics are less striking. So it's prone to viewers not to focus on them. Moreover, the side characters have various interesting stories.

About the immaturity of the lead couple, there's a clear reason. Both still tied up to their teenager self. It was not nicely finished. It sounds unimportant, but for some people, things that were not done well in the early years can become traumas that continue into adulthood which must be resolved. Their childish behavior is understandable, although much is indeed too dramatized.

I kinda disappoint that they don't really focusing on the siblings' relationship tho.

Everybody looks so fit here, I mean like their wardrobe and makeups. Nicely match and done. Hwang Woo Seul Hye and Kim Seul Gi wins these categories. They look so pwetty.

rough i know but Apr 13 2021 1:22 am I kinda want to disagree with all the bad comments, but it's just a matter of taste after all. But as someone who's just fine with this drama, in my defense I want to say some things too.

I did agree tho that the lead roles are immature and overreacting as people in their late 20s. But it just how theyre made. THAT'S their character and that's the point. Annoying-almost-silly looking people facing their 30s. If you demand matured characters just easily drop this drama. It's not for u.

And don't you see how this drama has a really fascinating side characters? Like everyone has stories, and if sometimes u feel tiring watching the lead roles, you can always looking forward for the other characters. It's diverse. You could pick your fave person or fave couple.

I know it's our rights to write a bad or good reviews. But remember there's people who easily encouraged, and they could pass an opportunity to watch something that maybe could at least lift their mood up just because of your self-centered bad reviews.

I started to watch and i liked only 2 character in whole series. her both elder brothers. bt i liked second one too much. i searched about him and found it that he is dead. i still can't accept it that he is no more. i realllyyy like him so much. i still can't get over from him. whyyy??? i really miss him so much ? Cha in ha oppa i m so sorry for coming late. ?

i watched whole drama just because of cha in ha.. it is not that much interesting drama. it is fill of full overacting of main characters.

watch this because of the--"girl who have 3 handsome brothers and living like a hell because of their handsomeness"--plot but what i got is this annoying, clingy, immature (in this drama the average age is 30+ which is i wish more "mature" main love story, but it feel like high schooler love story) main lead love story, really annoying i almost skip all those part where there are ML (male lead) and FL (female lead) met each other, feel like main story are useless i want more story about FL older brothers, how 2nd older brother (who is gay) have more interesting story than main story TT

i can finish watch all 16 eps thanks to all those support characters, without them i'll drop this in the 1st eps and i watch this because of Kim Seul-Gi (i'm rooting for you!) i love Won Seok character and found out that the actor is died in real life really made me sad, May you rest in peace Cha In Ha :"

zzz Jan 05 2021 5:50 am this is a charming drama series. though initially I liked the main couple, but slowly I'm more interested with the side couples instead (especially the oldest brother of FL and sister of ML). Spoiler alert: I'm sad how there's no clear ending of the FL oldest brother and ML's sister :( I actually wish to see them married before their younger sibling, because like, they're older 10++years and more stable though. Also I'm happy with the ending of the 2nd brother of FL's story. Though in the same time I feel sad because I learnt that the actor Cha In Ha has passed away :( RIP Cha In Ha

Dive Oct 25 2020 5:45 am Love has no flaw. Love is perfect. It's people who have flaws and are not perfect. The characters have had trauma at some point in their lives. Each have unique experience and each have different defense mechanism. How they deal with their past also differs in each person. This series is a good case study for those interested in human psychology and dealing with trauma. Well yes, they have portrayed some annoying actions but they are just humans trying to live their lives. Honestly, I could have not get past episode 1 if not because of the hilarious scenes. I do not like melodrama series in general. Thankfully, this series is not drama heavy and they put a lot of quirky and hilarious twists to many scenes.

I already liked Oh Yeon Seo, the lead actress but I thought I am not going to like Ahn Je Hyeon due to my bias over his divorce but he did a great job in his role that I just saw him as the character Lee Kang Woo. I liked his voice. I think I like actors based on their voice rather than on looks, just a hunch.

wei Sep 19 2020 9:09 pm this drama started off good, but began to drag around episode 16. they do a great job writing the female roles, but they make the male roles highly annoying. the character of Kang-Woo being at the top of the list with being too pathetic, desperate, needy, clingy, and even a little creepy at times. there was really nothing appealing about his character(and i couldn't stand him). they also mention often how good looking, and handsome he is supposed to be. at which point, they really should've cast a better looking guy to begin with. the youngest brother of the family was an absolute idiot, very annoying indeed. the characters Baek Jang-Mi, Lee Joo-Hee, and Lee Kang-Hee were more intriguing than the leads most of the time. then there's Kim Seul-Gi who does a great job at showing off her feisty character Kim Mi-Kyung's irresistible cuteness.

I just wish for part 2 because I'm unsatisfied with the ending in wish they we're married in ending but still it's understandable because of the lead actor. Still great job for all the staff and producer, director, writer, actors and actresses. More projects to come, stay healthy and live a happy life! I'm blessed I have watched this.

Because i know that while ahn jae hyun was filming this drama he was undergoing depression and divorce at the same time. Its sad. Chu May 20 2020 8:06 pm This drama has no real villain. The problem is only a lot of misunderstandings. But, I really love the relationships between siblings.. I wish I had brothers like them, and it's not because of their handsome faces. They treat their sister with care, love, and even when they were teasing her, it was with kind. Won Jae is a protective older brother, Won Seok is caring brother, and Seo Jun is annoying but cute younger brother. Even the Shinhwa siblings are kind to each other in their own ways. And when other dramas are about beating each other for power and position, this drama is about running away from the position to be able to do what they want. This is a good drama and is interesting enough, but I don't get any strong feeling about it. I don't feel too angry, annoyed, sad, or even excited about the storyline. Every scene is justifiable enough for me not to feel too much. It made me laugh in certain scenes, it made me curious about what came next, but I don't feel too much about it. In other words, it didn't make me cry.

Lim Errica Mar 10 2020 6:19 am At first, I was excited to watch this kdrama only because of Ahn Jae Hyeon but then I became interested with the 3 cool and handsome bros of Oh Yeon So's character. Kim Seulgi is as jolly and cute esp when she nags her bestfriend and when she's annoyed with Heo Jeong Min's character. I also love how this drama telltales the hardship of coming out in the open as part of the gay community and how lovingly the family and friends accepts the person for whoever he is. This is a feel good k- romcom but it is so heartbreaking that we wont be able to see the beauty of Cha in Ha ever again.

I love the Side love teams (Joo Won Jae- Lee Kang Hee , Kim Min kyung - Hyunsoo, Joo Seojun- Jo Hee) more than the main love teams! (Ahn Jae Hyun- Oh Yeon so) I love AJH but I find him really Awkward in this Drama, I skipped their part tho. Sorry not Sorry but thankfully there were side Love Teams who push me to End this Drama! But sadly in reality it turned out that Cha In Ha weren’t with us anymore :( it’s so sad

I don't know but I really want to see more between Kim Mi-kyung and Park Hyunsoo, they're so cute and have a good chemistry too. Please give us more about the others characters story too. the story is light but its so entertaining well. I laugh, I cry. And the casts are really worked good. Even I dont like the scenes about won suk and ho dol, I felt so sad about what happened to Cha In Ha. I like character of won suk, he's a good brother, cool, and responsible to his fam's member. Im not big fan of AJH, but I've never complained with his roles in all dramas. Fighting AJH !!! And..I love with all couples in this drama!

Cuz i like it more when the story tell about Joo Family House rather then the lead couple. Sawry, but the lead was bit off chemistry. It make me sad what happened with JWJ & LKH, and i like them more than the lead couple. So glad that this drama is end and no lingering feeling left behind.

I can understand the low rating with LGBTQ but bravo for the bravery of putting it out and to all the actors that participated and new what. And get it together SK times are a changing, The elephant trunk scene was hysterically. I had a hard time looking at Cha and my heart not breaking I wish he could of held on a little longer to see the fruits of his labor!!!! And to the wife AJH who tried to ruin this accomplishment by slanderous words and actions shame on you that is not love!

He looks like Lee Min Ho. Though his marriage with the prominent actress which was reported that they are parted already i don't care besides i don't know the root cause of their separation. Everybody has flaws. We should not judge, because nobody is perfect. Hats off to all casts, I love it. 100 percent love the story. Slight but great!

In fact I love the lgbtq part. I want it more. It’s just the male lead and his chemistry are lacking and cringey. I couldn’t help but to root for the second lead all the time. he’s much better.

The main leads story and scenes aren't very entertaining like the side stories and they deserve more scenes.

chococo Jan 03 2020 11:16 am I love this drama in general and had a great time watching it but let me write some things I don't like about it.

as I think of it, the storyline between the two main leads is actually not so generic, but it's not that enjoyable to watch either. not sure why. I have to admit that OYS and AJH do not have the best chemistry though.

in the contrary, the side stories about the remaining characters are more simple in comparison, yet are really interesting and the casts are also perfect. Kim Seulgi and Kim Jaeyong have done a great job portraying their characters, they're my favorites! Wonjae-Kanghee, Wonseok-Hodol, Hyunsoo-Mikyung, and Seojun-Joohee, really looking forward for their stories!

yikes Jan 01 2020 10:35 pm the more episodes they release the worse this drama gets for the two main leads. they literally had so much potential but the cringey script and the boring backstory ruined this drama. all the other characters have great storylines but I’m confused at what they’re going to do with Baek Jang Mi cause that’s so confusing. this drama is so meh that I had to skip the flashback of her parents’ death due to how boring and how much of a filler it was in the episode

I wonder if the writer writing the sides characters story is different from the one writing the main characters story?? The side stories are way better and its what still keeping me. Hope the lead guy gets another good drama as the ML because this drama and the plot is just NO.

nyway, the chemistry between seo-yeon and kang-woo is literally nil except that he is rich and powerful and forcing link there. Much shipped Seo-yeon and Min-Hyeok but knowing K-drama the ending for this drama is already predictable.

Being rich doesn't mean have to be greedy (as other drama describe some antagonist rich) fighting for power etc. Also the LGBT issue.. Like cheese in trap (in the webtoon the was a little story about the neighbour that having this issue.. But in the drama the story didn't come up at all.. Like at all.. None yup zero.. Maybe the writer wants to deliver something.. But the drama industry are not ready yet. I don't know..

The drama gets better episode by episode . People are saying that oys and lmh should end up together but what about ajh ?? He has loved her since 15 years and is crazy about her . We can also see how oys cares about him and it is clear that she likes him . The side characters makes the show more lively and all the pairs have good chemistry . This drama breaks the stereotypes like gay relationships and male lead having poop syndrome (idk what it is called) One must really watch this drama .

I also love the chemistry of the main leads. I think Ahn Jae Hyun is portraying his role quite well and so is Oh Yeon Seo.

If he was too handsome, the authenticity of the character would be compromised and the audience would not relate to his insecurities. I applaud the nuanced "flaws" that each cast member embraces. The chemistry between the leads is awkward and clumsy which is in step with who these characters are. If they were too polished, the impact of their relationship would seem too contrived. Just a thought...

There's gay characters, there's the homophobia issue, the coming out issue, and overall they're depicted as normal, intelligent people too... Warms my heart. The Baek Jangmi girl seems kinda creepy as of episode 12, but hey, there's probably backstory I'm not aware of. This drama really raised my standards and I didn't expect it to have such a fresh view on world, but here we are ! Can't wait to see more.

Actually this drama is a very fair drama especially to the actors.. you can see their character grews without overshadowing the main lead.

I showed this one to my co-workmates.. I can even see their faces.. of how they bursts loudly (laughing endlessly) because of the epic parts.

Kudos to the people behind the scene and the actor as well. You all did a very nice job!!!!!

This drama is not afraid to say what it wants to say, it's not afraid of being sometimes silly, but most important, it's not afraid of being outside the tired, overused patterns for dramas. But seriously, how can a bunch of adults be so clueless? XD XD XD

They are forgetting this is supposed to be a lighthearted romcom that the audience can watch to take a break from all the seriousness they go through in their daily lives. The acting could use a little fixing but it’s not that bad, the plot is enjoyable and characters are interesting. It’s only been two episodes and people are already expecting it to be a master piece lol. Plus the main lead might not be attractive to you but to others(me) he’s very good looking. He did put on some weight but he still looks good regardless so stop calling people ugly just because they don’t fit your standards of beauty.

The female lead is presented as an animal-angry,furious,brutual,not lady-like. This makes it obvious that the writer is conservative and can't give a proper character to a woman. This drama is the same as others where woman are looked down on.

And I'm totally looking forward to main girl character's eldest brother with the short hair girl's love story. And also her little brother's romance. I agree with t about Jae Hyun act is so cringe, but I thought he just have to be act like "cringe" character but just don't suitable for him. Mostly of the act like they memorizing the script only. They didn't put any soul of the characters into it. Kim seul gi is best actress and I really wait her in drama again because I like her acting. But idk in this drama I didn't get the feel. Her eyes like totally go wrong with the reaction supposed to be given at the scene. It has suppose to be drama with a girl and his handsome brothers, but sorry to say the school doctor is more handsome rather than three of them. The make up is also fail. It's really not natural at all especially for the girl. How come when it comes to the night after they drinking they (main character and her bf) still has stunning make up. And the homeless is also prettier for a homeless. I know she actually not real homeless, but at least when you not in the house from afternoon until night your face doesn't look like that. Then I think may be it's the director style with the make up tone like that so to fits the "almost nearly semi neon" concept tone. But for me it's just a no. Is it now a trend in Korea making the romantic cringe drama like that? After the melting me softly then it comes. Or maybe it's just director's style idk.

But if you ask is it worth it to watch? Yes, it is. Because the script is kind a help and heal you from the mistakes I said above. Btw the acting of the elder brother and main girl is so good. Even the little brother good but still he has to improve to be more awesome.

t Nov 28 2019 11:08 am the acting is so cringe. i get that their doing their roles but everyone else except the two main leads are good. the main guy can't act at all and i don't get how he is playing an attractive male character while he looks like an alien no offence to him. his acting feels forced and unnatural, he should think of modelling since there are a lot of models with strange faces he would fit in. the main girl is really pretty and her acting is fine at times then she ends up overacting and it really puts me off, i really loved her in korean odyssey so idk what is up with her acting here but hopefully it'll get better. I'm going to keep watching bc the plot is interesting and i like all the actors but if the acting gets too much for me to handle i will stop watching it.

She reminds me of Jennifer Ehle (BAFTA awardee) because she can do justice to any role given to her, and so pretty at that. Now that she is with a new agency, I hope to see more dramas featuring her in the future.
