Maybe the lesson for other screenwriters is to NOT regurgitate drama after drama, but to let ideas smolder into full fledged stories, characters, etc. Your success with 2 highly rated dramas 5 years apart is testament. Thank you for giving the viewers more, much more, than the just-pretty-faces-driving-dramas scenario many writers have fallen into. Laziness hasn't been South Korea's standard. If more writers, like you, were chosen then I have faith SK will continue to thrive instead of decline (say goodbye to Netflix also for this reason). Rain, Kim Bum and Sung Don-Il as our chief resident Ghost gave us a three-side Bromance that made us laugh one minute and the next instant our cheeks were damp with emotion.Good job Kim Sun-too, your writing as a great mix of light and dark. The ghosts were not horror-filled, but lost souls who passed through the hospital hallways to heal, or to pass on. Great layered and informed writing at the story level as well as some nice wisdom sprinkled throughout. Solid comedy series to watch, if only for the laughs.
