Cheryl Jun 28 2024 6:36 am I just watched the movie Exhuma, twice. I have to say this is incredible writing and the layers of meaning make this movie exciting to watch, even requiring the second viewing to better understand all that the director is trying to convey. Bravo Jang Jae-Hyun for this masterpiece. As someone who loves the supernatural and history, this hit all the bells and whistles for me. It was a simple story with extraordinary events and keeping the storyline from going too crazy in reach, while also having a deeper look at the implications of the impact the Japanese had on Korea kept things interesting. The cast did an excellent job too and I am so glad I found this movie and experienced this amazing piece of art.
