On Jeju Island, Won Mi-Ho (Lee Da-Hee) feels despair due to the deaths of people around her. She vows not to lose anyone else and undergoes training from Geum Baek-Joo (Ko Du-Shim) to regain the powers she once had as Wonjeong. In ancient times, Wonjeong was destined to save her people on Jeju Island by creating a barrier from the lust demons that rampaged over the island. Two boys, Van and Gungtan were raised nearby solely to kill the lust demons, but they escaped.

Now, Van (Kim Nam-Gil) and Priest Johan (Cha Eun-Woo) watch from afar as Won Mi-Ho tries to awaken the energy that she was once held. Meanwhile, Gungtan (Sung Joon) lurks in the background filled with fear and rage. He begins his quest to throw the world into chaos and darkness.

Sasha Mar 19 2023 3:43 am And man, Van was the only good reason you can watch this drama. He lifted the whole cast, their acting are good but without Kim Nam Gil, this drama would be so boring! Unlike other dramas you would love to watch nonstop, this is not it. It doesn’t give the excitement effect that you other kdrama feels, you know like fighting your sleep to watch the next episode ? you can even pause this at anytime and you would not feel guilty at all. Overall 5/10 ?

Sasha Mar 19 2023 3:34 am the most chaotic fml the heck, i never seen someone so weak. I hate how they made her character so weak people around her needs to sacrifice their life for her. Her character was lacking so much, they even trained her how to fight how to use guns ever since she was a kid but dang she never fought back anyway. I let it pass on season 1 since (okay she’s shocked) the heck, still weak at season 2??? This doesn’t deserve the hype man, tbh just bc Eunwoo is here people are hyping but a lot of other kdramas are so much better than this. The writer did her character so dirty, she have a really strong look in her face that’s why I expected her to be strong but shesshh so weak

I really appreciate the acting of the cast. I hope season 3 will be meaningful if there will be a season 3 otherwise having a another season will just waste of time and money!!!

It teaches people how to keep one's faith in Him no matter what happens. And for those characters who played the roles of having supernatural powers, they teach us that we can fight our big monsters in life. We only have to focus on our own goals (especially to our mission) and achieve for them. Thank you for this wonderful drama
